I received complete event design that comes with a Custom Design Proposal. I showed her one Pinterest photo and she found every last detail with REAL vendors and put it together in a deck for me to review. She won't show you something that can't actually be rented or bought for your day. If you love a check list like I do you will love her planning tools! She has a digital check list so I could see the full list, check off items and see when things were coming up. It kept my stress in check! You will have the BEST time with your virtual and in person meetings!! I never wanted them to end. We would go over our to-dos or any vendors and work together to make the vision come to life. All the hours spent together making decisions was my favorite part. Unlimited phone and email communication with your Lead Planner throughout the entire planning process - I CAN TELL YOU THIS PART OF THE CONTRACT IS REAL! I could NOT believe how timely I would get a response and how helpful. Again, I always felt like her priority and felt so special. The coordinators day of were amazing too. She has the BEST team that will bring all the fun during planning and day of! So many smiling faces and all the happy memories made were because of their hard work. I cannot recommend Availed Events more! You will not regret it and you will have the PERFECT wedding.

I interviewed multiple planners but it only took a few minutes to realize Lexie was the one. She was SO easy to talk to and she felt like a best friend. She was there for us every step of the way — she came with us to all our venue tours, meetings, etc and ensured that everything was perfect on our day. She was a constant, calming force every time I was stressed. Overall, Lexie is a wonderful human, a boss lady, an incredible mom and she stacks her team with people just as great as her. Not only did I gain a husband, but also a life long friend. James and I feel so lucky to have had the privilege of working with Availed.

The moment before I walked down the aisle, Lexie and Taylor were there, fluffing my dress and encouraging me. I still tear up when I think about that moment. When COVID-19 came along her help was invaluable as we had to change our date, change our venue, rearrange vendors, cancel invitations, etc. She was always available to talk with us to help tackle all the obstacles that came up while staying positive, organized, and not letting anything fall through the cracks.

Lexie is intimately familiar with the vendors and venues throughout the Twin Cities and gave spot-on recommendations throughout the planning process, which saved us SO much time and energy. Seriously, who wants to spend hundreds of hours tirelessly researching vendors? If you haven't planned a wedding before, you are not an expert, and you have NO idea how many different details there are- you will find yourself reading wedding blogs about things you didn't even know you need to think about. Instead of wasting all that time and doing a half-ass job of it, you can hire Availed/Lexie and have one person answer all your questions and tell you exactly how it's going to go down. Over the 6 months, Lexie communicated promptly and professionally with all of our vendors, advocating for us when there were any bumps in the road. My fiance and I are NOT details people (an understatement), but we didn't have to be with Lexie on our team. Lexie managed details we never anticipated, giving us timelines, check lists, and to do lists, keeping us on track and calm leading up the big day. She was easy to reach, SO responsive, calm, and kind. She took so many burdens off our shoulders so we could focus on being excited. And then on the actual wedding day, it was INCREDIBLE having her onsite. I'll never know if anything went wrong on our big day, because Lexie handled everything behind the scenes. She kept us on track for timeline, juggled vendors coming in and out, and this meant our parents and bridal party had practically 0 responsibilities other than having a good time- that was priceless. My fiance and I agree without hesitation that of all the 10,000 decisions we made across the wedding process, Lexie was undoubtedly the best one. Yes, a wedding planner is an investment. But it is a smart investment, because it frees up SO much time and stress- you can still be a normal person while planning your wedding. And the best part- your day will run smoothly. I have so many friends who have used different wedding planners, and as we shared our experience with Availed, they all kept saying "What?! OUR wedding planner didn't do that." Enough said.

I either didn’t have time for or no idea of where to start. One example is the day of timeline. Thankfully, Lexie is a pro at this and did all the work of coordinating with several vendors to come up with a timeline for us to review. I can definitely say the last month leading up to the wedding was much more pleasant and less stressful with Lexie on our side! Also, having Lexie and her assistant, Ali, available the entire wedding day was amazing. Instead of worrying about whether things were going as planned, how the room flip at Watson Block was going to go, etc. I was able to be present and soak up all the amazing parts of my wedding day. Further, I didn’t need to recruit family members to help with those things so they could relax and enjoy since it was an important day for them, too. Lexie is incredibly professional and organized. She has working relationships with many local vendors and knows what she is doing. Her services were some of the best money spent on our wedding day. If you think you can get by without a coordinator, think again! I cannot imagine how things would have gone without Availed.

I met with probably 15 coordinators in the area for our wedding and no one really clicked with us like Lexie did. Not only is she a real and down to earth woman but I felt 100% and completely at ease working with her. Being a little bit type A and "particular" it was super important to me that I could fully trust someone to help me execute everything I dreamed of and more on our special day. They did just that! We originally wanted just a day of coordinator and I am so happy we went with Lexie and her month of coordination package. She was so helpful the weeks leading up to the event, not to mention was there literally any time I had questions for her from the second we hired her! The day of the event, she and Christine on her team really rolled with the punches and made our event perfect without us even knowing things didn't go perfectly.
