We cannot thank the staff at Avalon for taking the best care of us and turning our dream into reality. Dawn is hands down the best to work with. She treated us with the most love and respect from the minute we called to even see the venue and was part of the reason we chose Avalon. Dawn and staff made the whole wedding planning process a lot less scary! Huge shout out to Marcus for being so accommodating at the end of the evening as well. I don't even know where to begin. From the second my husband and I went to visit this venue, we were welcomed as family by Dawn (the AMAZING coordinator), bartenders, and staff. Dawn made wedding planning actually fun and enjoyable. She was there every step of the way, always making sure things were being done properly and answering my last minute emails. The food was amazing -- I still have guests telling me how great all of the food was. They ensured that every single one of my guests was satisfied with their meals, and we had a few with allergies/gluten free and they were so accommodating. The set up was perfect -- we had cocktail hour on their outside deck and it was spectacular. Great vibes with outdoor patio seating and a bar. Service was spectacular, and all of my guests had an amazing time. My husband and some of his groomsmen golfed at the course the day before our wedding, and had such a ball. Everyone is easy going and inviting. I cannot recommend Dawn and the Avalon Golf Club enough!!

We had our wedding here on 9/22/23. Thank to Dawn and the amazing staff everything was absolutely perfect ! Everyone loved the filet !!! I can’t stress enough how awesome Dawn was with putting it all together! Even with high winds outside she made the ceremony still look beautiful and seamless. She’s a rockstar !! It truly was the best day of my life !!!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Dawn and the team at Avalon Golf Club. They are highly experienced in running large, catered events and everything was done with care and attention to detail. My husband and I live overseas and Dawn was able to accommodate us and plan entirely through email and two site visits. She was flexible, kind, accommodating and quick to respond to every single question and decision change throughout our year and a half of wedding planning. I was able to relax and enjoy every minute of our wedding day because Dawn was on top of organizing our guests, vendors, and wedding party. She made sure we had food and drinks and were taken care of throughout the day. The outdoor ceremony space was lush and green and looked gorgeous in our photos. Our friends loved the deck for cocktail hour and could not stop raving about how organized the open bar was for our 150+ guests. My bridesmaids and I loved having the locker room space available for hair and makeup touchups throughout the night. Choosing Avalon as our venue made all of our other decisions easier - I cannot recommend it enough. Dawn is so professional and kind and made sure our day was everything we wanted it to be.

This is absolutely the best place to have an event. They were on time for everything, they are knowledgeable in all the wedding details that you might not know. The event coordinator (Dawn) is amazing, she is kind and friendly and is definitely a professional in this. My wedding couldn’t have gone any smoother, and when there was a little struggle the whole staff were there to help solve whatever was wrong, even if it was not something pertaining to them or their services. This place is the best ever! 10 out 10 times would go with them. highly recommend any activities here. price was reasonable, food was delicious and the venue is gorgeous. really theres nothing else you can ask for!!! Look No Further! Avalon links is the most amazing place to have your wedding. Dawn Sachs helps you with every single detail no matter how big or small. The day of our wedding my husbands suit jacket was wrinkled on the ride over to the venue, Dawn went and got him an iron. The cake was smashed in my face by my brother in law and Dawn was one of the first people to jump in and take me to the restroom to help me even giving me her own makeup remover wipes. She is a godsent the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for! She made the experience so enjoyable making sure we had our plates made and drinks brought to our table so we could sit and enjoy our first moments as Bride and Groom together. 10/10 the best venue and staff! Dawn and everyone at Avalon links were so nice and accommodating.

We want to thank Dawn and Heather and everyone at Avalon Golf club for making our day perfect. When we woke up it was down pouring outside and they still made sure we had an amazing day. I would recommend this venue to everyone who asks. They really go above and beyond for you and all their brides. They will go to any length to make sure you have the best day. My mom has a very limited diet due to health issues and they still made sure they had something to eat. Even if it wasn't on the menu. I could type all day about their amazing service.

I can honestly say that I had the perfect wedding, I wouldn’t change a thing. I attended a wedding there long before I was engaged and liked the space. When my now-husband proposed we looked at Avalon Links first and it didn’t take long to make a decision. Dawn, the event coordinator, was so knowledgeable and friendly, we knew we didn’t need to see any other venue. We did the entire event (ceremony + reception) there and it makes for a very stress-free planning process. The rooms and the golf course are so beautiful I can’t wait to see the pictures. You will not regret having your wedding at Avalon Links.

We had my daughter's wedding at Avalon in October after a two year engagement. This was planned and not affected by COVID. Throughout the whole planning process Dawn was there for every question and had great ideas on how to have a GREAT reception for 225 people. Every person at Avalon is polite, professional, and they really took care of our family and friends. The food was as good as it was at the tasting - excellent! The drink choices and bartenders delivered above and beyond. I have two other children and hope Dawn and the team are still there when they get married!

The most amazing place to get married! During all of Covid they went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding planning was as best as it could be! This place was amazing, my wife and I just had our wedding here and if there is a word to describe the venue it's accommodate. Dawn our wedding planner really went above and beyond with every detail we wanted. Worked with us to help us visual what would work best. She was always willing to get answers and immediately to anything uncertain leading up to our big day. The staff, waiting service, bartenders, chefs, all were outstanding always making sure we were accommodated making our night as smooth as possible. Highly recommended Avalon Golf Club. I cannot say enough good things about Avalon Golf Club. From the moment we booked two years ago up until our special day, they were incredible to work with. Dawn is absolutely AMAZING. She is so responsive, kind, attentive and really ensured everything ran smoothly. The entire staff at Avalon Golf Club was incredible and so many people complimented me on how amazing all the staff, bartenders and servers were. The whole atmosphere was so amazing from start to finish and the food was SO good!! We had a large wedding with a lot of accommodations and the staff/venue really went above and beyond. It was the most perfect day and we absolutely have our venue to thank for that. If you are considering booking your wedding here... DO IT :)

We used Avalon Golf Club for my bridal shower in April 2021. We rented the outside deck - a beautiful space and perfect to help with keep guests safe with the pandemic limitations. Avalon Golf Club did an amazing job from helping with the planning, set up on the day, the food, etc.! The space was perfect and beautiful! I'm not a big drinker, but their mimosas were awesome! Guests could not stop commenting on the setting and space. Thank you for the perfect bridal shower day!

My son & daughter in law had the perfect wedding here even with covid. A small ceremony was planned and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful with ideas and setting up for the outdoor ceremony! They made sure every flower was in place and every candle along the aisles was lit. Being at a golf club, they made sure no golfers came near so it felt as though we were in our own private place. The setup for the tiny reception on the outside patio was also second to none. Again , all table arraignments were in place and the privacy barrier was beautifully done. The food was delicious and no one left hungry! The staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. The Links was the perfect venue for the ceremony and reception! My son and daughter in law were extremely happy! I highly recommend The Links!

My daughter was married outside on October 10, 2020. The arbor area was absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the surrounding area was perfect for family pictures. Dawn and Anthony were amazing to work with especially in this difficult time. Although we went from 100 guest to 17 both Dawn and Anthony made sure that this celebration was perfect. The wait staff did an outstanding job and the food was delicious. We decided that on October 3 2021 we will be back at the country club to celebrate Jeff and Chelsey’s one year anniversary and we will be bringing 100 of our closest family and friends. The most accommodating venue of all time. My daughter and son in law were on the brink of having to change their date for their wedding. Dawn and the crew at Avalon Links were more than willing to help them dial down their guest list in order to have an outdoor celebration that topped all expectations. The service was incredible. Debbie and Anthony on the deck were phenomenal. The food was even better. Guests raved all night with how much they were served and how wonderful it was. I could not be more grateful to everyone at Avalon Golf Club. We had planned a large wedding for this fall and had to adjust in response to the pandemic. It was an incredibly difficult and stressful decision to make. Dawn, and the whole staff at Avalon Golf Club, made me feel so much better. We decided to host a small ceremony and dinner with family this year and hold a reception and party next year. It honestly could not have turned out better- in fact I feel grateful for the switch. The ceremony and dinner this year was stunning, romantic, and intimate. Avalon Golf Club made sure every detail was perfect and the FOOD was AMAZING. It makes me even more excited to be able to celebrate there again next year. I am so confident in the work they do. I can not recommend the highly enough-I loved it so much I get to have a wedding g there twice!

The Avalon Links team ensured our ceremony and reception were seamless, beautiful, and perfectly executed even during the COVID-19 pandemic. The landscape is perfectly manicured. The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The clubhouse is modern and welcoming. The ceremony site is picturesque, and our modified reception was tremendous. I cannot recommend the Links highly enough.

This venue is beautiful with great staff and super delicious food. We held our post wedding ceremony dinner here and we could not have been more pleased. Dawn is an absolute pleasure to work with and she accommodated to our every need, even though we had to postpone the full reception due to COVID, Dawn made sure that we still had an amazing family celebration. The outdoor patio is absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect place for my family to celebrate while overlooking the greens. We are extremely grateful for Dawn and this spacious, affordable, well-located venue.

After visiting the Avalon Golf Club the first time my husband and I immediately knew we found the place for our wedding, We had our reception on the deck, over looking the golf course, such a beautiful setting, fire pits, outdoor bar, just the vibe we were looking for. For the ceremony, she decorated the altar (which is right on site!). She also escorted our elderly guests to their seats with a golf cart (which I think was my wife's grandfather’s favorite part). The linens Dawn suggested were perfect for our color scheme. The tables looked amazing and were spaced apart enough to allow for ample flow of the room. Having a large bar in the room made it easy for my guests to get a refreshment while dancing. During the reception, Dawn was constantly around making sure guests were taken care of and that everything was perfect. For the cocktail hour, we had 2 stationary hors d'oeuvres, and 4 passed options. I highly recommend the scallops in bacon and the crab cakes. We chose the Stations option for dinner. It comes with 4 dinner stations options plus handmade desserts from a local bakery. Our cake was also included in the Stations package which made life a little easier! The filet we chose for the carving station was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The pasta station comes with two options for meat and two options for sauce and is cooked to order for each guest so everyone gets exactly what they want. Everyone says that your wedding is the best night of your life, and I truly believe that the venue was a big part of that. Its been a year and I still have guests texting me about how much fun they had! Dawn’s attentiveness to detail combined with the staff’s attitudes and demeanor made our night very special. I have already book other event with Dawn because of how special she made our night.

We live in a seashore destination wedding town and there are many options to choose from for a wedding reception, but the Avalon links was; by far, the very best! The room was absolutely beautiful, beyond what I imagined. The ceremony space at Avalon is beautiful, the deck for cocktail hour is unique and fun. The reception room has the perfect set up to keep the party going all night. I wish I could relive this process over and over! I cannot recommend Avalon enough, especially Dawn! My husband I and just got married last month November 3rd, 2018 at the Avalon Golf Club, Dawn was amazing supper helpful and explained all the questions that we had, the venue was amazing staff were nice the food was amazing and very generous every body had fun. My husband and I had our reception at Avalon Links in May 2017. Not only is the venue beautiful, they had recently added an amazing outside patio that we had the privledge of using for cocktail hour. It was perfect! Dawn was so accommodating with our requests and did everything necessary to make sure that our day was everything we dreamed it could be. She really went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we wanted/needed. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so friendly! It was the perfect day and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

My husband and I got married at the Avalon Golf Club on May 12, 2018. We booked the venue about a year and a few months in advance. When we visited the Avalon Golf Club for the first time, we absolutely fell in love with the entire venue - the patio, the main restaurant room, the overall vibe that we got from the staff, and of course, Dawn, the coordinator, who helped us tremendously through every step of the way! We visited at least 8 other venues in our search to find the perfect place, and the Avalon Golf Club was what we found to be, exactly what we were hoping to find and we were certainly not disappointed with any aspect of that choice. Dawn is amazing and was always available to answer questions and offer advice. The price for the packages are very reasonable and were affordable for us. A lot of people say that their wedding day is the best day of their lives, and I truly believe that Nick and I can say that our wedding day was the best day ever and we wouldn't have chosen any other place than the Avalon Golf Club. In fact, we went back a week later for lunch (which was delicious) and to see the space that we love so much and relive the night (and also got to talk to some of the waiters that served at our wedding!!). All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was!! Such a great place and great people!

My husband and I had our wedding here on August 18th and had the best experience ever. From the get go planning was a breeze because we got to work with Dawn. She was so helpful in every aspect. The food was amazing, bartenders fantastic, and event staff- great! Our guests raved about the food in particular. When Dawn was working with other guests and we had questions or needed guidance, her assistant Mark was just as helpful to us. He knew exactly what was going on and how to help us. Avalon Links was also the perfect choice for us, and others who might need to at least "try" to stay in a budget. Dawn even directed us to local vendors for services like photography, hair, music, and flowers. Overall we were more than thrilled with our wedding and we can honestly say we wouldn't want to have had it anywhere else!

My husband and I hosted our son’s wedding at the Avalon Links on Sept 24, 2016 and I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful it was. We had the ceremony outside and the setting was just perfect. Next came the outside cocktail hour on the new covered deck at the Links, it was perfect with the gas fire pits lit and the beautiful décor. The reception was then inside, and the room looked absolutely beautiful. Of course I can’t forget the food…we choose a buffet and everything was fabulous. The servers and bartenders were the best, they made sure everyone had everything the needed. I have to give a huge thank you to Dawn Sachs the event coordinator at the Links, she was fabulous. Her attention to every detail was amazing. I got to the point where she would ask me about something and I felt so comfortable with her decisions that I told her to do whatever she thought was best, she knows what she’s doing! I have already had many guests tell me this was the best wedding they had ever been to! Trust me, if you are thinking about hosting an event at the Avalon Links, you will not be disappointed. I wish I had another child to host their wedding there!!!!

My husband and I just got married this past October and we had our ceremony and reception at the Links in the Avalon Golf Club, and we are SO GLAD we chose this venue over others for our big day. When looking at venues, it was important for us to have beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony areas just in case the weather wasn't in our favor. We also found that personalization was very important as we had a lot of fall themed decorations and some venues we looked at were very limiting on what we could do to decorate. Another huge bonus is that there are rooms for both the bridal party and groom party to get ready in (and they are separated so the groom won't accidentally catch a glimpse of the bride before the wedding!). My girls and I had such a blast drinking champagne and dancing to N*Sync while getting our hair and makeup done, and my husband and his groomsmen had a good time watching football and drinking beer in the gentlemen's suite. The AGC truly has it all and so much more! BUT... the best thing about this venue is the assistance we received from the event coordinator, Dawn! I should mention that I'm usually an anxious person and I usually get very overwhelmed when stressed, but I was sooo calm on my wedding day because I knew that Dawn would take care of it all! Over the span of about a year, Dawn got to know my husband and I, our personal styles, and what we hoped our wedding would look like, and she went above and beyond to make our dreams come true! Dawn made sure that the entire bridal party and our families had some refreshments after the ceremony and during pictures, and she was very attentive to anything we needed and the schedule that we set in place to remain on time for the wedding. Dawn and the staff at the Links made sure everything was set up exactly as we wanted it, and someone always checked up on me and my girls before the ceremony to see if we needed anything. As a matter of fact, I mentioned to one of my friends that I wished I had remembered to clean my engagement ring before the photographers came, and someone from the waitstaff came to me 2 minutes later with a bottle of Windex! The same waitress also periodically checked on me and my husband during the reception to see if we needed a drink or anything at all. Our whole day was stress free thanks to Dawn and the staff at the AGC. Even now, 3 months later, I still have family and friends coming up to me and telling me that our wedding was the best wedding they ever went to!! Our guests LOVED the fall themed decorations, the spectacular outdoor ceremony area, and the food! So many of our guests told us that they are usually disappointed with the quality of food served at weddings, but they then told us that the food we chose to serve at the wedding was delicious, tender, perfectly seasoned, and hot! We chose the deluxe buffet package and was certainly not disappointed by any of our food choices or our delicious and beautiful wedding cake that came with the package. Another big hit with our guests was the candy bar that Dawn made sure coordinated with our theme and colors! To put it simply, everything at the Links and AGC is perfection! The food is delicious, the scenery allows for AMAZING pictures to be taken, the suites are incredibly convenient and comfortable, our candy bar was AWESOME, and Dawn and the staff go above and beyond what anyone else would do to make your day memorable and perfect. Our entire day was perfect! We HIGHLY recommend the AGC!!!!
