Our daughter was married on Saturday at Avalon Golf Club and we could not have been more pleased about our experience with Dawn and everyone we dealt with. Our daughter isn’t local, which made the planning a bit more complicated. But Dawn was so accommodating and flexible that everything became simple. She kept in constant communication with us and always responded to our numerous questions and requests immediately. We got the sense that Dawn wasn’t just coordinating the wedding day, but was actively involved in making everything perfect. She offered great advice and never once did we feel pressured to make a decision.  The venue itself was perfect for the big day. The outdoor setting was beautiful and the wraparound deck was great for the cocktail hour. The reception room was set up exactly the way we wanted it and the view of the green surroundings was spectacular.  We could go on and on about the food, the service, and the friendly staff (Cindy at the bar!). But everything centered around Dawn. She was genuinely excited about the wedding and her enthusiasm made a difficult process easier. If we wanted something, Dawn made it happen. We highly recommend Avalon Golf Club!

Looking back on our wedding day, choosing Avalon was one of the best decisions we made, and if we could do it all over again, we would choose it again without hesitation. From the very beginning, Dawn made the planning process feel so easy and completely stress-free. Dawn made us feel supported every step of the way, and answered all of my millions of questions. She gave us complete confidence that our day was in the best hands. One of the things we appreciated most was how accommodating Dawn and her team were. Every idea we brought to them was met with excitement, and they never once told us no. We chose to get married on Kentucky Derby Day, and they embraced every idea we had to incorporate it into our celebration. They even helped make it possible for our guests to watch the Kentucky Derby at the end of cocktail hour before the reception began. It was such a fun and unique part of our day, and it meant so much to us that they were willing to help bring our vision to life. When our wedding day arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Every detail was exactly as we had envisioned, and Dawn and her team went above and beyond to ensure the day ran flawlessly. They took care of everything behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were evident in everything they did. What makes this experience even more special is that months later, our family and friends are still talking about how incredible the entire staff was. We continue to hear compliments about how beautiful the venue was, how smoothly everything flowed, and how friendly and attentive everyone was throughout the evening. That says so much about the people who work here. This venue didn’t just provide a beautiful place to get married, Dawn and her team gave us an unforgettable experience and memories we will cherish forever. We are beyond grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. If you’re considering booking your wedding here, don’t think twice.
