I had my wedding on 10.10.2026, and it was truly the most beautiful day! A day I will forever remember and cherish. Dawn has been so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From helping us find the best vendors to being a listening ear whenever I needed one, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect on our wedding day. I truly cannot thank her enough for everything she did. She helped make a day I had dreamed about so special! I also wanted to give a special shoutout to PJ! He was the guy working behind the scenes, but he truly made such a big impact on my day. From being there for me before I walked down the aisle by myself, to making sure both the groom and I had drinks all night, and even making sure we had a plate of food at dinner, he thought of all the little things. Those little gestures definitely did not go unnoticed, and they meant more than he knows! Thank you to Dawn, PJ, and everyone who played a part in making our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of. We are beyond grateful! A day we will remember and cherish forever! Another plus everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was!

Dawn made us feel supported every step of the way, and answered all of my millions of questions. She gave us complete confidence that our day was in the best hands. One of the things we appreciated most was how accommodating Dawn and her team were. Every idea we brought to them was met with excitement, and they never once told us no. We chose to get married on Kentucky Derby Day, and they embraced every idea we had to incorporate it into our celebration. They even helped make it possible for our guests to watch the Kentucky Derby at the end of cocktail hour before the reception began. It was such a fun and unique part of our day, and it meant so much to us that they were willing to help bring our vision to life. When our wedding day arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Every detail was exactly as we had envisioned, and Dawn and her team went above and beyond to ensure the day ran flawlessly. They took care of everything behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy every moment with our family and friends. She kept in constant communication with us and always responded to our numerous questions and requests immediately. We got the sense that Dawn wasn’t just coordinating the wedding day, but was actively involved in making everything perfect. She offered great advice and never once did we feel pressured to make a decision. The venue itself was perfect for the big day. The outdoor setting was beautiful and the wraparound deck was great for the cocktail hour. The reception room was set up exactly the way we wanted it and the view of the green surroundings was spectacular. We could go on and on about the food, the service, and the friendly staff (Cindy at the bar!). But everything centered around Dawn. They ensured that every single one of my guests was satisfied with their meals, and we had a few with allergies/gluten free and they were so accommodating. The set up was perfect -- we had cocktail hour on their outside deck and it was spectacular. Great vibes with outdoor patio seating and a bar. She was flexible, kind, accommodating and quick to respond to every single question and decision change throughout our year and a half of wedding planning. I was able to relax and enjoy every minute of our wedding day because Dawn was on top of organizing our guests, vendors, and wedding party. She made sure we had food and drinks and were taken care of throughout the day. The outdoor ceremony space was lush and green and looked gorgeous in our photos. Our friends loved the deck for cocktail hour and could not stop raving about how organized the open bar was for our 150+ guests. My bridesmaids and I loved having the locker room space available for hair and makeup touchups throughout the night. ING. She is so responsive, kind, attentive and really ensured everything ran smoothly. The entire staff at Avalon Golf Club was incredible and so many people complimented me on how amazing all the staff, bartenders and servers were. The whole atmosphere was so amazing from start to finish and the food was SO good!! We had a large wedding with a lot of accommodations and the staff/venue really went above and beyond. It was the most perfect day and we absolutely have our venue to thank for that. If you are considering booking your wedding here... DO IT :)

outdoor ceremony! They made sure every flower was in place and every candle along the aisles was lit. Being at a golf club, they made sure no golfers came near so it felt as though we were in our own private place. The setup for the tiny reception on the outside patio was also second to none. Again , all table arraignments were in place and the privacy barrier was beautifully done. The food was delicious and no one left hungry! The staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. The Links was the perfect venue for the ceremony and reception! My son and daughter in law were extremely happy! I highly recommend The Links!

were amazing to work with especially in this difficult time. Although we went from 100 guest to 17 both Dawn and Anthony made sure that this celebration was perfect. The wait staff did an outstanding job and the food was delicious. We decided that on October 3 2021 we will be back at the country club to celebrate Jeff and Chelsey’s one year anniversary and we will be bringing 100 of our closest family and friends. We decided to host a small ceremony and dinner with family this year and hold a reception and party next year. It honestly could not have turned out better- in fact I feel grateful for the switch. The ceremony and dinner this year was stunning, romantic, and intimate. Avalon Golf Club made sure every detail was perfect and the FOOD was AMAZING. ltar (which is right on site!). She also escorted our elderly guests to their seats with a golf cart (which I think was my wife's grandfather’s favorite part). The linens Dawn suggested were perfect for our color scheme. The tables looked amazing and were spaced apart enough to allow for ample flow of the room. Having a large bar in the room made it easy for my guests to get a refreshment while dancing. During the reception, Dawn was constantly around making sure guests were taken care of and that everything was perfect. For the cocktail hour, we had 2 stationary hors d'oeuvres, and 4 passed options. I highly recommend the scallops in bacon and the crab cakes. We chose the Stations option for dinner. It comes with 4 dinner stations options plus handmade desserts from a local bakery. Our cake was also included in the Stations package which made life a little easier! The filet we chose for the carving station was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The pasta station comes with two options for meat and two options for sauce and is cooked to order for each guest so everyone gets exactly what they want. Everyone says that your wedding is the best night of your life, and I truly believe that the venue was a big part of that. Its been a year and I still have guests texting me about how much fun they had! Dawn’s attentiveness to detail combined with the staff’s attitudes and demeanor made our night very special. I have already book other event with Dawn because of how special she made our night.
