I can't recommend Avancy Bridal enough. I had been to two other bridal stores that were much larger (and not chain stores either) and they did not compare to Avancy. At these first...
two places, the customer service did not compare. I felt pushed to try on dresses really fast and make a purchase. I was also surrounded by other lovely brides and thier loved ones, but as someone insecure, I felt bad I could not find anything I liked at the other stores. Therefore, I love how this is a smaller boutique. It feels so much more like an experience when you're there. I felt like it was just me, my family, and my best friend versus other stores where you see and hear everyone around you. I liked that I couldn't compare myself to other girls or feels discouraged when other girls found their dresses. I loved the music here and their whole vibe and energy! You can tell there is so much love, thought, passion, and personality in put into this store. Their dresses are also SO PRETTY!!! like holy moly I thought everyone I tried on was so pretty, but of course the, "one," stood out! There is plenty of room to walk around in your dress with accessories on, great lighting, and great mirrors! And the employees encourage you to strut the runway and hold tall mirrors in front of you so you can see how you'd look walking down the aisle! If my parents crying wasn't enough to bring on the waterworks, seeing myself walk sure was! Leslie is the BEST consultant!!! She was the kindest and most knowledgeable girl ever! 😭💗 and she was such a hype girl too, making sure I got what I wanted! And at my first appointment there, the owner, Vanessa, came out an brought a special accessory for my dress that just MADE it! When I found out the designer had another accessory that was not in store, Vanessa made sure she was still able to order it for me with my dress. After finding the one, I was able to stay and take all the pictures with the cute signs and enjoy my moment! They even posted a boomerang on their Instagram which I thought was so thoughtful and fun! They also take a polaroid picture of you and have you sign their love book! I cannot recommend this boutique enough, especially if you feel like you had a bad experience being rushed or pressured to buy. This team has great communication on their social media and there is a number you can text as well. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

This was the first dress shop that I scheduled an appointment with and I found my dream dress after trying on just 5 other dresses, so I naturally cancelled every other appointment I had made! Vanessa was so welcoming and the passion she had for dresses, brides and weddings in general was so apparent and contagious. Not to mention, they literally have the cutest and most elegant store! They made me feel beautiful in every dress, supported me in every decision and advocated for my opinions! They embraced my funny and sarcastic family and created a beautiful and perfect experience for all of us! Unfortunately, I was a COVID bride, but I was never stressed when it came to alterations or steaming my dress on very short notice because they are so dedicated to their brides! They answered me quickly and Vanessa went ABOVE and BEYOND when it came to getting my dress steamed in time (as we moved our wedding date up drastically and basically gave her two days notice)! We each picked a couple of dresses (very hard to do as they have SO MANY BEAUTIES!!) and ultimately the one Vanessa picked for me was THE ONE. She was very patient with me and supportive in the decision, being honest yet super sweet and professional! The dress arrived sooner than expected AND i even got to meet with her trusted seamstress who worked her magic. Alterations took only a couple of weeks and my dress is PERFECT. To compare - I left my appointment with Vanessa after purchasing the most perfect dress and went to David's Bridal for bridesmaid dress shopping. The woman helping had three other appointments at the same time, couldn't be found when we needed her assistance, and rushed us through the entire appointment to get us out the door for her next set of clients.
That's not how Avancy is run. All of Vanessa's attention is on YOU, for as long as you need, to answer questions, and to make suggestions. I had the most perfect dress shopping experience, with my family and friends, and 100% wish every bride could experience this with Vanessa and Avancy.

Vanessa has kept in touch with me and even followed up with me a month before my wedding to make sure my dress was perfect. She even just checked in to see how my wedding planning was going. You don’t pay for that type of customer service. That is free.

I had my eye on these gorgeous dresses for a long time and could not bring myself to pick a dress, until I could try on the very special ones in this bridal salon. I ended up saying yes to a dress at Avancy Bridal, the one that was my favorite from the beginning. Vanessa was EXTREMELY sweet & accommodating the entire time. She made sure the appointment was everything I had hoped it would be. She even played the song I was going to walk down the aisle to, made sure I had my own moments to reflect, and provided a bouquet to really help me envision our wedding day! Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pushed at all. I even went over my appointment time but she made sure I was able to try on everything I wanted to regardless, which I really appreciated. There was also an adorable set up at the end where I actually got to take pictures with an “I said YES to the dress” sign and do a toast with my family. I wouldn’t have wanted to get my dress anywhere else. The experience provided here is intimate, focuses on one bride at a time, and just allows you to really have “your day” that you’ve been dreaming of since you were little. As a skeptic, it was hard for me to imagine that I'd ever be able to find "the perfect dress" that would make me swoon and believe that I would look my most beautiful on my wedding...
day. However, all doubts and skepticism disappeared when I spoke with Vanessa at Avancy Bridal. As a California Bride, I knew it would be difficult to communicate my plans and vision for my wedding with a long-distance vendor, but Vanessa treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. As our conversations continued, Vanessa offered helpful advice and much needed guidance, especially since I was having a hard time deciding what dress style I would want since all of her dresses were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! That was all erased as soon as I set my eyes on one of her amazing Crystal Design Dresses (which are only available in her store on the West Coast)!!! I was sold on the dress, sent her my measurements and said "yes!" to my dress with Avancy Bridal. Once I had the time to travel, I visited her shop in AZ, tried on the dress, and knew that I had made the right choice. Her shop is adorable and has the most positive atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. I felt instantly welcomed and am glad that I made the visit! I am beyond excited for my wedding day, but I know that I would not have felt this way if Vanessa hadn't been patient with me, guiding me through the entire process even though I asked an enormous amount of questions and contacted her frequently because I'm from out of state.
I met Vanessa the owner at the bridal show this January. I stopped by the booth and everyone was so friendly. I booked my appointment and found my dress!! The second one I tried on...
was perfect.
I felt comfortable the whole time. I had visited other shops and I felt like just another person there, but not here! I had so much fun at Avancy Bridal. I was laughing and dancing and had an amazing experience with my family.
I'll definitely come back to buy my bridesmaid dresses from Vanessa!
