Aimee and the Avant-Gerde Travel team are amazing! From the very first interaction to the day of departure they were on-point, organized, and an extension of our trip. We wanted a trusted partner to brainstorm honeymoon ideas based off of our needs and they provided multiple options for us to review. Our honeymoon happened to take place during hurricane season and they provided daily reports and communication not only with the resort but keeping us up to speed as well. There were many personal touch-points prior to departure to made sure we had what we needed, and any last-minute requests were addressed. The trip itself exceeded our expectations and we have already reached out to the Avant-Gerde Travel team with two more trips. A true gem in the whole wedding Experience, Avant-Garde makes sure the magic continues in a constant flow after the ceremony. God I do not know where to begin, from the rose pedals scattered in the suits to our dining table, from effortless flow of fun to activities spaced out just right. To all who are in the process of getting married you should not try to plan your own Honeymoon, why do that to yourself, I strongly recommend you leave it to the pros(Avant-Garde). My wife and I took part in all the wedding planning, we did 80% of it, as for the Honeymoon we took part in 4% of it all, why you ask. Because the honeymoon is complicated when you are traveling to somewhere you have never been before, last thing you want is stress or get frustrated with your now wife after being married for less than a week. They schedule all transportation, food, activities, tours, and it's done in such a way that allows you to enjoy it all, in reality they guarantee your enjoying each other. When at the heart of it all that's the whole point of a honeymoon, to enjoy each other, not to run around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off trying to see everything. I was referred to Aimee by my Aunt who has been using her for years to book all her travel. I had never used a Travel agent before but since this was my honeymoon and neither of us had been to Europe before we wanted to make sure we had someone who knew what they were doing put the trip together. From the very beginning I knew I had made the right decision…Aimee spent time asking me several questions about how we typically travel and how we see our ideal honeymoon experience. We talked budget and she let me know right off the bat what kind of hotel and length of a trip we could realistically afford in our price range. In the end we decided on Paris & London. We were given three hotel options in each city to choose from and they were all exactly the kind of places we would typically chose for ourselves - however it would have taken me months to find these boutique hotels on my own! Before the trip Aimee called to make sure we had everything we needed – we were given restaurant recommendations and had some tours booked and some days with suggestions on activities. We spent a long weekend in London followed by a week in Paris. The entire itinerary was mapped out and I had the train tickets reserved from London to Paris. It was an amazing experience and my now husband  and I enjoyed every minute of it. I can honestly say I could not have put together this trip on my own and will continue to use Aimee for all my big trips!
