Baking is my passion! I started baking as a child in with my Grandmother in her kitchen, and have never stopped. Being a lover of beautiful and delicious food, discovering that I had so many food allergies was quite a blow. So, I embarked on the journey to recreate Gluten free and allergy friendly versions of my favorites. I am excited to offer beautiful, allergy friendly, and delicious Cakes and other goodies to tantalize your taste buds. If you have food allergies/sensitivities, you can have your cake AND eat it too! Let's create something beautiful for your Wedding!

The wonderful delicate flavors that lingered divinely even after the taste was long gone were just that memorable - sui generis!  From the bottom of our hearts we thank you Shari, for not only taking our call on your day off & in the midst of moving shops so you could fit in our wedding cake request, but personally coming all the way up to Fountain Hills AZ with dear Mary to deliver thee most wonderful gluten-free wedding cake we’ve ever had the honor of tasting!  Literally *everyone* at our wedding celebration enthusiastically commented on how “AMAZING” our wedding cake tasted and we have you to thank!!  Plus, they kept asking, “This is gluten free?! It tastes SO GOOD!!” We feel super fortunate to have found you on www.theknot.com as otherwise we would have missed out on a class act we’re seriously appreciative of now knowing!! Please know we will be forever grateful for all you did to help make our wedding celebration cake, mini cupcakes & dark chocolate covered strawberries so amazingly special, as they were all standouts in every way possible - just like YOU!!! just only beautiful but delicious and mouthwatering with not too much sugar. Most wedding cakes I have eaten are just average but Shar’i’s cake was exceptionally tasty and the texture divine! Looking forward to our anniversary cake !

nd so much food. But it was her desserts and cake that stole the show on our wedding day. They were beyond delicious. Most people get thrown off when you say gluten free, but with Shari’s dessert you could not tell they were better than any cake I have had at a wedding and I am not being biased because it was my own lol. The cupcakes, petit fours, brownies, fruit tarts, the cake, everything was perfect and mouth watering, she definitely left us wanting more of her yummy treats. Thank you so much for going out of your way to find the perfect trays and set ups to match my wedding, for being on time and setting up this gorgeous array!
