ls that were important to the bride, no matter how small.  We had great communication leading up to the wedding and she was extremely supportive and present on the wedding day.  Her competence and calm demeanor was a HUGE bonus.   The venue looked beautiful and serene.  It truly is a lovely place for a wedding.  The reception hall, veranda, furnishings and grounds are kept up and looked wedding-ready except for one small area outside which was cleaned up after a few requests.   Something I appreciate about Wedgewood Weddings is that although they have packages to choose from to help you stay within budget, there is room for flexibility within the packages.  For example, we went with a “higher level” package because we wanted an open bar, but to save money, we were able to bring in our own cake/desserts and florals.   I highly recommend this venue!

er in my corner made all the difference in the world. I was constantly calling and messaging her throughout the entire planning process, and she never once made me feel like a burden. She always responded, always kept up, and always made me feel like my wedding was her top priority even while managing so many other clients and responsibilities. I got her gifts because she genuinely deserved them. That is how much she meant to this experience. There was even a moment the day before my wedding where I realized I had completely forgotten to give her our seating chart and had not gotten frames for it either. Without skipping a beat, she typed it all out, sourced the frames, and had everything handled before I could even spiral. It felt like magic. What also stood out to me is that Amanda Jo has had a Wedgewood wedding of her own at a different venue, and I truly believe that experience gave her a unique understanding of what it means to be a Wedgewood bride. She did not just coordinate my wedding. She understood it. My mom loved her. My mother-in-law loved her. My entire bridal party loved her. That says everything. I also want to mention that we planned our entire wedding in just 4.5 months. We put our deposit down in December and were married by the end of March. That kind of timeline can feel impossible, but Amanda Jo and the entire Wedgewood team made sure that nothing felt rushed, nothing felt less than, and nothing felt overlooked. The venue was just as excited and invested in our day as if we had been planning for years. That truly speaks to the professionalism and heart of this team. Beyond Amanda Jo, every single vendor was extremely warm and welcoming, and they truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life without breaking the bank. I have to give a special shoutout to Robert with Events by Floral. We were working with a smaller floral budget, and he was so accommodating and creative that he made our floral vision come to life in a way that felt like so much more than what we spent. I was blown away. The cake vendor that Wedgewood works with also deserves so much recognition. The baker was incredibly kind, and her prices were beyond reasonable. I will absolutely be using her bakery for future events because the quality and the experience were just that good. The entire Wedgewood team was wonderful across the board. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. The smiles were real, the care was real, and everything ran so smoothly. Even with all of my nerves, the day was everything I hoped it would be. I would recommend Amanda Jo and the entire Wedgewood team to absolutely anyone without a single hesitation.

Truffle pig was the first venue we viewed, and after meeting their entire team - we knew instantly we would be married here and in good hands (thanks Maddie for the time spent!). Wedgewood weddings made sure to hold our hands in the 9 months of wedding planning - and when we had a literal house fire 3 months before - the Wedgewood team sprung into action. Their communication was unmatched, they outlined every action item and gave us recommendations along the way. We have gone to over 30 weddings together and NO ONE has had a planning team like Wedgewood. Their experience with countless weddings gave us so much comfort - we knew they would solve problems so we didn't have to. They made wedding planning fun - and allowed "the bride to be a bride" - making decisions / coordinating so we could soak up the moments. Allison was our day of coordinator and she was simply perfect. Allison kept our bridal party in-line and efficient while ensuring everyone was laughing (yet keeping the bride and groom calm!). Her energy in the bridal suite is a moment the bride will always remember - with a calming yet excited presence. When the bride's dress unexpectedly ripped, she helped with a needle and thread to solve it! We cannot emphasize enough - Allison felt like a blessing we prayed for, and our day went perfect because of how happy she was while hustling in the background. The venue was gorgeous - our guests felt like they were seamlessly guided throughout the day (always with a drink in hand!). The food was exceptional (shoutout to the chef!) and the drinks went down easy. Wedgewood provided an unmatched efficiency - with a schedule, action items, checklists and multiple meetings to ensure our day was exactly as envisioned. Simply put - Wedgewood was worth every penny - and we were able to be present with our family and friends day of because we trusted Wedgewood had our backs.

The support team that Wedgewood Weddings has to offer is one of a kind. Since weddings are often a first and last time experience, the process of planning one can be equally daunting and exciting. However, everyone at Wedgewood Weddings helped us focus moreso on the “exciting” part! From the very start, we were able to customize our wedding package, with a clear breakdown of the costs, and were provided a well-crafted wedding planning binder. From then on, the 12-month countdown began and we received help from every direction. Maddie, Mazie and Ramey answered our every question via email and text message; in fact, encouraged our questions! Alison helped us coordinate all the details closer to the big day; her stellar organization, eagerness to help, and great communication made the planning process stress-free! Crystal helped the wedding processional run smoothly on the day of the wedding, even kindly holding the train of my dress to conserve its white color. Tom, our DJ, did an amazing job ensuring we stayed on schedule and transitioning each song seamlessly. Lastly, our banquet captain, Sam, helped the day of our wedding run smoothly; she was prepared for both the expected and unexpected. With all their help, my husband and I could enjoy our special day to the fullest extent. My day of coordinator and banquet captains were both amazing (I believe their names were Ramey and Heather?) during the rehearsal and the day of, and I had very low stress during the actual wedding, thanks to them. The venue is a little bit old but well kept. The winery changed management recently, so I believe the name will change to "Truffle Pig" from Avensole winery? So they had some construction going on here and there. Other than that, the premise is beautiful, and I liked that there were a lot of different spaces to host your guests. There are the outside ceremony location and the indoor ballroom of course, but there are also two terraces and the indoor tasting room you can utilize for the cocktail hour and reception. One of my absolute requirements was the reception was to be inside, and Avensole was perfect for that while giving off the grand and classic feeling with the tall ceilings, chandeliers, and tiled floors. Gardens were well-kept, but you will need to check the season for the vineyards to not look barren (when I was getting married in March, there were no leaves). The food was pretty good, and I really liked that they had a lot of fresh vegetable and salads. My guests really really liked the appetizers. The serving staff were quick and professional. Now, the reason why I docked a star is because there were multiple teams/groups of people touring the premise on my wedding day. Wedgewood and I agreed on a earlier start time, so the whole bridal party and vendors were at the venue and getting ready and setting up starting from 1PM for the 4PM ceremony. My bridesmaids and I had to practice dancing at the reception hall around 2PM, and I noticed a bunch of people gawking at the ceremony set up and reception flowers (like not even a couple people like TEAMS of people) with the Wedgewood staff while we were trying to practice and the florist was trying to set up. They were sitting in my tables and chairs in the reception hall that were already set up, discussing wedding options. And when we were attempting to practice, we got dirty looks. Everyone at the scene was very confused and angry at random teams of people trooping through the already set-up venue and sitting at the tables, etc. I still don't understand why Wedgewood would schedule tours on my wedding day, during the time that I paid for. I think that's the only thing you should really watch out for and clearly tell them that you don't want anyone touring the venue on your day, on your time that you paid for!!

any venues for months, but usually left overwhelmed & not impressed. We toured Avensole Winery this past August with Mazie, and that was a wrap! We loved it so much we were willing to change our desired date of Sunday, November 17th to a Thursday or Monday, in the hopes of maintaining our budget. Well by the end of the meeting, not only were we able to keep our desired date but she kept us below our budget...I couldn't believe it!!! We left there walking on clouds. We just knew it....we had found our venue!!! Since the moment we signed our contract, which was just a little over 3 months before our wedding, everything was just beyond our expectations perfect. Every single detail was thought about, everything was organized & ran smoothly; and always with a smile on their face. Throughout the planning process we got to work mostly with Mazie & Jadey. They were so very attentive & promptly addressed any concerns or questions. Planning our wedding was so enjoyable, literally no stress. And wow all the vendors were all so professional & talented. For our wedding rehearsal & wedding day we got to work with magical Maddie! Words cannot describe how thankful and happy we are to have had her with us on our special day. She literally thought of everything. Not only that, but during our rehearsal I addressed some changes in-regards to decor and within hours Maddie sent me pictures with other options to my liking. Our bartender and catering captain Amanda Jo were also just wonderful. This team is just perfection. My husband and I had the most perfect wedding, and it's all to the team at Avensole Wedgewood weddings! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable !!!

dgewood overtook the business 6 weeks before our wedding. Our dream wedding quickly became a nightmare. Wedgewood's first meeting with us became a "how to pay us" meeting. Offensive, as no coordinator was assigned to us nor any discussion of transition to Wedgewood during this meeting. Overall, this horrible transition was just one miscommunication after another. Salad was changed without notification (we had custom menus made which now were incorrect, and guests had food allergies to the "surprise" salad we had- NOT OK!!!) Cake was cut and we sat for minutes before Wedgewood staff even realized they should serve dessert. Two tables never got cake and our guests had to ASK- horrible and embarrassing. Sent us a final bill that was incorrect 4x times. What a joke. A great boutique venue is ruined; Wedgwood sucks and ruined my wedding. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother making a meeting with these clowns. So many issues I lost count. Brianna and the original Avensole staff- we love you all and any venue that hires you will be LUCKY. You made this venue and now well- it’s a joke. I hope many brides are saved the pain and headaches we had by this review. So unprofessional.

ou are the bride and are busy all day getting ready but she was on top of everything. The food was incredible and Yasmin and her team setup all my decor so perfectly without me having to give them any direction. I trusted their expertise on what looked good and they nailed it. The only thing I wish would’ve gone differently was that she was there for our rehearsal. I feel like things could’ve gone even smoother if it was the same person for rehearsal and wedding day. I am taking a star off because at wedding start there were not enough chairs and also everyone stated the drinks were very watered down. Not only did I notice it, but I had friends and family come up to me and tell me the same thing. The expectation of paying that much for the bar package is that you get an appropriate amount of alcohol, but unfortunately that was not the case.

t truly necessary to elevate anything. It spoke for itself. We have planned our wedding since 2021, and we were communicated through out the whole process until our wedding day Sept. 23,2023. Sierra and Jessica have made our wedding dream come true. Even though Sierra helped us initially, Jessica took it above and beyond and accommodated us and made sure our night was perfect. My mom unfortunately had a exhaustion/dehydration episode during the reception but Jessica immediately called paramedics and ensured that she was taken cared of properly. Her professionalism and her calm manner helped me get through the night and I was so thankful that she called paramedics while all of us were in a panic. She communicated so well to the DJ to make sure no one would lose sight of why they were there and distracted everyone else to make sure I had a good time. I am forever grateful to Avensole. arly 2022. We'd never been to Temecula and toured some amazing venues while vacationing in nearby San Diego, but we went back to L.A. knowing that we hadn't found the right venue yet. I did some research and stumbled upon photos of Avensole. I was immediately struck by the gorgeous rotunda and the sheer beauty of the property. The reviews were also great. I knew in my heart that this was our venue! We decided that we had to book a tour of the venue soon after and we made the trek back to Temecula for a weekend. Everyone who works at Avensole is a consummate professional, and we were greeted and cared for the kindest people. One of these individuals is Jessica (the now GM, I believe) – she is wonderful. She took us on a tour, and the grounds are even more beautiful in-person. We also had two guests who are in wheelchairs, and the property is very much wheelchair accessible. After the tour, we received a free wine tasting and were first introduced to Bryse, who is also wonderful and ultimately helped us pick out the best wines for our wedding. We were sold! We quickly placed a hold on the date that we had in mind. We were soon contacted by our coordinator, Yasmin, who was incredible. We had a few meetings with her before the wedding, and she helped us brainstorm ideas for the wedding, logistics, and décor based on our vision. She was so organized, responsive, and helpful during this whole process, so when our wedding weekend rolled around, it was eerily seamless! From the rehearsal to the ceremony to the beautiful reception space to the delicious food – everything went without a hitch! There was also a lovely woman in the bridal suite right before the ceremony (her name unfortunately escapes me) who was a calming force and so sweet, and the security guard (her name also unfortunately escapes me!) made us all feel safe and supported. Other random observations: there was a super bloom in the Spring and the flowers on site were lush, stunning, and happened to match our wedding colors. My husband also helped a rogue turtle find its way back to the pond on the property. A few of us think that these were signs for good fortune. Our wedding experience was absolutely lovely, and I am thankful for everyone at Avensole for helping us make these memories that will surely last forever.

We were nervous to plan from so far away but started contacting many nearby venues. After calling nearly 20 different wineries in the area, we finally reached out to Avensole and spoke with Jessica. We knew after speaking with her for five minutes that this was going to be the venue we would be married at. Jessica was so informative in the short time of speaking, and she quickly sent us a proposal and quote. We quickly decided to choose this venue based on the breathtaking scenery, as well as the amazing customer service. We knew we could easily plan an out-of-state wedding here as well with the excellent customer service that Jessica and Avensole offered. For anyone wondering, this is not a budget venue, where you can hope to get lower prices. Avensole was an amazing value and completely worth every single dollar in my opinion. Just don’t expect to come here and negotiate prices- you get what you pay for 😊. Sierra, our wedding planner was an absolute dream to work with. She was always available by email, or by phone, and always answered our questions in a timely matter. We never felt like we were out of the loop even though we were out of the state the entire planning process. The wedding day was absolutely the best day of our lives, everything went perfectly! Our guests still comment on how gorgeous Avensole was, how the food was so delicious, and how it’s the best wedding that they have ever been to! Sierra also saved the day with my dress bustle when no one else could figure out how to do it! Everyone was in panic mode as it was time for our grand entrance, and in came Sierra and figured it out in literally 2 minutes! We truly wish we could go back in time to the most magical day ever with the best atmosphere, food, and staff around. We can’t thank Avensole, and Sierra enough for everything! We plan to make it a tradition to come back and visit each anniversary! Thanks again!

The team was very professional and flexible! I had several ideas of how I wanted the layout to be, especially with our photobooth, and many of the decorations that I had as well. The exclusive caterer they have, Coast Catering, is fantastic. My husband and I value food as one of the highest priorities to meet, and Chef Barry and his team were wonderful, and the food was even better than some of the restaurants we've been to. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and even though we had our wedding celebration in the summer, with one of the hottest temperature days, the team made sure we and our guests were taken care of and comfortable. The only mishap we had was that not all of our decorations were put out, but we did have a lot! I would just double check with the rehearsal coordinator about everything that needs to be put out. Our wedding celebration was beautiful and so much fun, and I will always cherish that day and memory!

were stuck on what how we wanted something to look. The day of our wedding it rained IN SEPTEMBER and our wedding ceremony had to be moved indoors. This did not take away from our day at all. The staff made us feel so comfortable and confident that everything was taken care of. They transformed the ballroom from ceremony to reception so fast it did not alter the day of our timeline. You are able to have a bar with hard liquor and the food amazing with good portions. You will not regret having your wedding here, we sure didn't. It truly was the best day and that is because of Sierra and Jessica at Avensole.

A huge reason we chose Avensole was because we got the beauty of being married at a winery but our wedding did not have to end at 10 and they have a full bar with hard alcohol option unlike so many other Temecula winery’s. Our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed the food at cocktail hour, dinner, and the late night taco station! One of our favorite parts of the planning process was getting to go to the tasting event hosted by Avensole, not only was it a great opportunity to taste and consider food selections, but we also enjoyed meeting vendors at the event, seeing an event there in action, and having the chance to meet other couples hosting their wedding at Avensole. I also especially appreciated their gorgeous/spacious bridal cottage the morning which made getting ready relaxing and fun. We couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommended Avensole!

Their recommended vendor list was amazing, we ended up choosing our DJ, baker, and rental company from their list and were impressed by the quality of these vendors. Avensole really allows you to enjoy the process of wedding planning because they are so communicative with the couple and vendors leading up to the big day. We really enjoyed our menu tasting event, and felt confident we were going to feed our guests quality, delicious food at our wedding! We also loved how the property has a natural beauty that does not feel contrived/fake/"set up". The Avensole wedding team is a well-oiled machine that made our wedding day magical and smooth. If we could get married again, we'd do it again at Avensole!

Our wedding day turned out better than we expected! Everything was so organized. We loved the indoor/outdoor environment that made our covid-conscious guests very comfortable. We had so much fun and everyone said it was the best wedding they've been too. You seriously cannot go wrong with this venue. First off the venue is BEAUTIFUL and the staff here is amazing!

Catering, linens, and alcohol are also factored into your package which helps so much in planning - less vendors to have to shop for! But the biggest selling point was definitely the staff. Everyone is so kind, friendly, helpful, and responsive! Their wedding team is amazing! As a person who typically hates group projects, they made it a breeze! My venue coordinator, Sierra, was perfect and really helped bring our vision to life. I put my trust in her and the Avensole team and they delivered! I would highly recommend Avensole!

Avensole's pricing was straightforward and fair, and we really enjoyed the delicious food/wine tasting. Coordinators Jessica and Yasmin were so helpful, kind, and responsive to our many questions throughout the planning process. Our wedding itself ran extremely smoothly and was a major success thanks to the incredible staff. This place is a gem and I 10/10 recommend it!

She checked on us a few times to make sure everything was tasting good and even brought us appetizers while we took photos so we wouldn’t miss out. Everyone that attended the wedding said the venue was stunning and that the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. to my emails as quick as possible and even though I lived about an hour and a half away from the venue they always made time to call me and make sure that everything was taken care of. Not only do they have an incredible team but the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The elegant ceremony outside was stunning with the sunset and The reception in the ballroom was so beautiful we really didn’t have to worry about bringing our own decorations because the venue itself was unlike any other that I toured. I still am getting texts about how good the food was and how incredible the chef they have is there and the fact we got the entire area for the entire evening was absolutely unreal. the staff. Our wedding coordinator was Sierra Money who was fantastic! The pictures online of the venue are very accurate but the venue is even more beautiful in person. Speaking with a wedding coordinator via email was very effective and easy! Sierra answered all my emails in a timely manner. She had a very calm demeanor and was very knowledgeable. Avensole winery is 5/5 stars. The staff are accommodating and professional. They large glass doors in the ballroom create a beautiful indoor-outdoor space. The food was delicious. Most of the wedding guest said it was the best wedding food they have ever eaten.

every step of the way (we started calling them "The A Team"). I can't even count how many people came up to me at or after the wedding to tell me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The Avensole team goes above & beyond to make the entire wedding planning process seamless, fun, & stress free! They also assign each couple an Avensole Coordinator (which is already included in the wedding package at no extra cost) who personally helps with all the wedding details from the time that you book all the way through the actual wedding day, which is such a huge help! We had Sierra as our coordinator and absolutely LOVED her - she was so organized, thorough, thoughtful, & genuinely excited to help us make our big day as amazing as possible. She also brought up a lot of things that my husband & I hadn't even thought about yet & kept us on track with making decisions & meeting deadlines. She also provided some amazing insights into what worked at other Avensole weddings she's coordinated & recommended some great vendors. I honestly didn't even hire a separate wedding coordinator because she was so incredible! I could go on & on about how much we loved her, but there's a limit on the word count & so many great things to say about Avensole. The actual grounds of Avensole are STUNNING & they truly built the space to optimize the entire experience of the big day. The flow of the event spaces is truly flawless. The ceremony site is absolutely gorgeous & just a stone's throw away from the bar for cocktail hour (which is a huge help because it's a seamless transition after the ceremony to the party)! The bar is also connected to the reception hall, which is absolutely beautiful as is - the reception hall has huge glass sliding doors to a big outdoor terrace overlooking the vineyard (the Terrace already has bistro lights & HEATERS), making for the perfect indoor/outdoor wedding reception. Also, as a bride, I appreciated that the cottage that I got ready in, which is so cute & perfect, was a very short walk from the ceremony site through a path that's hidden by the vines - it made it easy for me to get to the ceremony (in heels!) but also allowed for the perfect "grand entrance". One of the most important things for me & my husband was the food & Avensole absolutely knocked it out of the park. During the planning process, they hosted a tasting event (which was so fun!) & we had a chance to try the food from their catering partner, Coast Catering. WOW! We were stunned & so were all of our guests! Everyone was telling us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding - & we have some friends & family with very discerning palates! The hour derves were incredible (my fave was the poke tacos!) & the dinner was absolutely delicious. We did a "duet" where we served both Chilean Sea Bass & Hanger Steak - both were so delicious & cooked perfectly. We also did a "late night taco" add on where Coast Catering set up a taco bar on the terrace (we did Skirt Steak & Carnitas) & it was AMAZING! Everyone loved it & it was the perfect late night snack after everyone got hungry from all the dancing. Long story short: this venue is perfect & has the best team. You should stop looking & book ASAP. *PRO TIP: join the wine club for 20% off your bar package!

The memories will last forever and we will happily visit again even without a wedding to attend. We cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a stunning winery, but you don't want some big commercial venue that makes every wedding look the same, or a very small venue that doesn't really cater to brides but will do it anyways for the extra income, then Avensole is just right. It is the goldilocks of wedding vineyards (and trust me, we looked at a lot!)

I received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was! The flowers and vineyards were in full bloom which created an unbeatable ambiance. We also received a TON of compliments about the food! We repeatedly heard "that was the best wedding dinner we've ever had!" I would 100% recommend having your wedding at Avensole! We couldn't be happier with how ours turned out!

We had a few ideas that Sierra took, and with her creativity, brought to life in a vision board that we had in our inbox before we even got home from our meeting! The rest of the planning process was so organized and each meeting with Sierra was incredibly productive and fun. Everyone on the wedding team at Avensole was a pleasure to work with. Planning a wedding for the first time, you have a lot of questions while having to make a ton of decisions. Every time that I reached out to anyone on their team, their responses were prompt and incredibly helpful. I can hands down say that having our wedding at Avensole was the best decision we made because of their team. We did not have to worry about anything! On the day of wedding, it was so nice to have a beautiful bridal suite and groom’s suite to get ready in on site. It made everything so simple and stress-free. The food was incredible, and the wine is amazing. All of our guests raved about both! The service staff at our wedding were so friendly and professional! One of our servers even brought us out a plate of appetizers while we were doing photos to make sure we didn’t miss them! After the wedding was over, we all said, “can we do this again?”. It turned out more beautiful and amazing than we could have imagined. I would recommend Avensole Winery to any couple who is looking for an intimate and beautiful vineyard setting, an amazing team, and a fun and stress-free day that you and all of your guests will remember forever!
