We came to her perplexed, running out of time to get to Oceania in the summer, with a vision that could not be pulled off without years of planning expertise and a penchant for networking. It is evident to us why Amy gets all of these rave reviews she does. And why we're raving about her on here, too! At the beginning of January, I reached out to Amy asking her for help booking our 2-week honeymoon to New Zealand and Fiji. We connected the same day and she reached out over the phone, and then had us fill out a form with our vision. The target was a late March-early April trip, just in time to catch good weather in both countries. Over 2-3 months, Amy worked tirelessly to cover off on every little detail. As the sample itineraries came in, she listened intently to our concerns and preferences, helped us scenario plan ("Travel north? Or south?") And gave her professional opinion as a travel agent without being pushy. She also hooked us up with someone at Down Under Answers who was more knowledgeable than she was about New Zealand adventures to help us experience the most we could out there. We traveled from Montclair, New Jersey to Queenstown to Rotorua to Auckland to Fiji. It was virtually seamless but only because we worked with such a talented and caring travel agent who helped us plan realistic, vacation-appropriate timelines. The icing on the already incredible cake was when we received a welcome champagne bottle the first night in our first hotel with restaurant recommendations and a Happy Honeymoon note~ My husband and I will be most certainly be working with Amy again for our next trip to really get the most out of it! d eventually planned an amazing trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy for us! It was the first time we had ever used a travel agent and Amy exceed all of our expectations! Every part of the trip was well planned -- we stayed in 3 different hotels and required traveling between them via taxi and boat. Everything was seamless. She helped us plan relaxing days on the beach and busy days site-seeing with tour guides. Throughout the planning and the trip, Amy was reliably in contact with us. She never took more than a few hours to reply to an email and was always available to talk on the phone. She even helped me secretly plan a romantic dinner that my wife wasn't aware of. It was a perfect trip and I'm sure we will go back to Amy when its time for our next vacation.

They were more attentive, personable and didnt treat you a certain way based off of tips. Sandals was more relaxing but Royalton was more fun which is what we were looking for. She checked in with us after each day of resort visits to see how everything went and have a better understanding of the type of resort we liked. We ended up visiting about seven resorts, and I highly recommend it. Amy told us how places can look different in person, and it's so true! When we chose our resort, Amy was instrumental in reserving the room block and negotiating with the resort to get us lower room rates. Choosing room types and how many days to reserve for each room can be very complicated but Amy takes the time to explain it to you. Amy makes it super simple for your friends and family to book their rooms. She also has some seriously good connections. For example, she recommended our photographer, who was not affiliated with the resort, and we are so glad she did. As it got closer to our wedding, my husband and I had some difficulty communicating with the resort. Amy stepped in, really advocated for us, and ensured that the rest of the planning ran smoothly. When we got to the resort a few days before our wedding, Amy also happened to be in Mexico. She took the time to meet us at our resort and sit in on our meeting with our resort-assigned wedding coordinator. She asked important questions that we didn't think to ask, and made sure we were getting everything we wanted. Throughout the entire planning process she was incredibly responsive and spoke with us on the phone even late at night if we were too busy during the day. I seriously don't know when she sleeps! Planning a wedding is stressful no matter how you do it, but I am so glad we had Amy to discuss venues, advise us, and advocate for us. It truly makes all the difference. Amy is also helping us plan our two-week honeymoon in Italy, and she has made the process very enjoyable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all of our options to us. I highly recommend her!

There were so many different parts going into planning our (absolutely AMAZING) destination wedding, that I could not imagine getting it all done with Amy. She did all our travel arrangements and was a phone call away for our guests with any questions/concerns about the events and the travel going into our wedding. There were a lot of moving parts to the wedding. My daughter had just moved to California but the wedding was in the Hudson Valley in New York State. The rehearsal dinner was a big hoe down sponsored by my daughter’s future in-laws and the brunch after the wedding was being hosted by friend of the groom’s family from California. So there were a lot of different events as well as personalities involved. In addition, the space where the wedding was going to take place had “good bones” but needed to be made beautiful but in keeping with the rustic setting and my daughter’s desire not to have a sterile “New York City” hotel wedding. Amy coordinated all the moving parts of the three events flawlessly. The wedding space was transformed into a beautiful space with a rustic, informal, fun atmosphere which was what my daughter wanted. She kept all the different people involved happy and calm.
