Avenue Twenty-One

I ordered 20 hand painted oyster shells with calligraphy for my head table for my wedding on June 1. I reached out to the vendor on April 6 to check on turn around time before placing an order, and I was told 3 weeks. By May 2, I had not received my order or even an update. I reached out by email on May 2 with no response, and again on May 9. On May 9, I was told there was a delay, and my order would be shipped by May 15 and delivered to me no later than May 18. By May 20, I had not received my order, and I called, texted, emailed, and even Instagram messaged the vendor, asking for an update or a refund. Radio silence. Finally today, 5 days before my wedding, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Cannot believe I was left in the dark and without enough time for a back up plan, and then the vendor didn’t even have the professionalism to give me a refund.
