DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give it negative stars if I could! I had originally booked this company for our wedding, for a getaway car. I put the down payment and then called him a week later to figure out what the rest was. Since my fiance is military he told me he would figure out a discount. When I called him he said he was busy and would call me back, but almost a week later, and an email that never was responded to, I had not received a call back. When I called him to try and figure out what I owed and see what kind of discount he came up with he started yelling and threatening me and told me that he does not care to lose me as a client because "your measly $400 means nothing to me! I can lose whatever clients I choose and it won't make a difference! I run a big business so I can drop people when I want" This man is super unprofessional, rude, uneducated, and incompetent as far as business goes. I would never trust him with anything, but I am glad he showed his true colors early because now he said he would give me a full refund so I could book with someone else. Please heed my warning! This guy is trouble and he will ruin your wedding! Plus we found better prices for a Cadillac Escalade with Jay's Valet!
