g with Travis we were sold. I had a large list of questions and he answered every single one of them without batting an eye. He encouraged us throughout the planning process and made some great suggestions for some of our DIY aspects. He always responded quickly to questions and helped put my mind at ease when the little details started to get a touch overwhelming. His staff was absolutely phenomenal and our day ran so smoothly. Breanna met up with my parents and me in my hotel room before the ceremony to escort us down to the venue and also held onto our belongings, making sure they were kept safe during the ceremony and ready and available to us during the reception. We used the garden area for both ceremony and reception, and guests enjoyed a cocktail hour up on the tennis deck while they flipped the space. They did it so quickly! The space was pretty much ready for the reception by the time our family pictures were done. The adjacent pavilion had a lovely setup for the cake and cupcakes we had and was a great spot for the dance party! There was plenty of space for our guests to move around, but the space certainly didn't feel empty. We had an early afternoon ceremony and chose the hors d'oeuvres package which was absolutely perfect. Many guests specifically mentioned how good the food was! Staff definitely went above and beyond by moving our cards and gifts into our hotel room during the reception so we wouldn't have to worry about that at all. Our centerpieces were custom-made and delicate, and they were all perfectly intact when we picked them up the next day. We didn't have to worry about a thing during the entire planning process or on the day of, which is just priceless. It's a gorgeous venue with incredible staff and, even on our pretty tight budget, it was completely affordable without sacrificing anything to make it so. I can't recommend them enough!
