Avion on the Water

We recently had our reception of 225 guests and we couldn't speak more highly of Michelle and her team. They nailed it! Very easy to work with and were very accommodating to last minute changes. I must say, we were a little behind in our wedding planning and living out of town did not help much but Michelle was very easy to work with and she gave us a lot of ideas to run with. I would highly recommend Avion not only for their great service but for the fantastic food as well. I highly recommend the bacon wrapped scallops and the shrimp. Man our guests raved about everything! 5 Stars and will be recommending this place to others!

I am so happy we picked Avion to hold our reception. From the start, the staff (especially Michele and Mike) were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our planning and made the whole experience very enjoyable. We had a hot cocoa bar for our cocktail hour which was the first one they'd ever done..and it was beyond amazing. They had all the works included and I received lots of compliments on it from my guests. I also received so many compliments on how delicious the food was..because it really was. I also didn't know until the end of the reception from Kayla, a manager, that we also got to keep whatever food was left over! Kayla was also wonderful of course :). The value for food, view/atmosphere, staff, etc. is great. Our reception was even more beautiful and perfect than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend using Avion for your reception and even other large events..you will not be disappointed!!

We held our wedding reception at Avion on the Water and it was beyond perfect. The food was great, the staff was very accommodating, and the venue itself was just beautiful. We worked with Michele during the whole process and she was so wonderful. She helped us with all questions and requests we threw at her. She was also always very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Avion even allowed me and my bridesmaids to get ready there, even though our ceremony was at another location. All of our guests were blown away by the venue and we received (and are still receiving) so many compliments. We really can't say enough good things about Avion!

We were overjoyed we chose to have our wedding reception at Avion! The staff was friendly and knowledgable and very very kind! They were also helpful at all times during the planning phase! Our food was delicious! Five stars isn't enough!!! LOVED the atmosphere outside as well as inside!

We had our November wedding reception at Avion on the Water. Michele was very easy to work with, and since we were in the off-season we had very easy access to the hall prior to the wedding to get everything set up and see the table arrangements before the big day. The food was great! We were served family style at the head table, which allowed everyone to pick what they wanted without having to go through the buffet line. The patio out back is very nice for smokers or people who want to step out for a minute - they're still involved in the party, versus having to go out front and away from the action. Very happy with our experience at the Avion!

Avion is a gorgeous venue to have a wedding reception. We received many compliments just on the venue alone. The staff were wonderful throughout the process, readily available to answer any questions we had. Everything ran smoothly day of and the staff were very accommodating. The food was also very good for buffet food. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it.

Everyone at Avion on the Water as fabulous! They made my vision come to life and let me but my special touches on everything, even with some crazy crazy requests. Michelle and Allison were great at making sure the day ran smoothly and Mike made sure my every wish was met! The food was delicious and the room decorate is modern and classy.

This location was absolutely beautiful and the food was all delicious. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. We did all our own centerpieces and they were more than willing to help set them up taking much burden and stress off of us. On the reception night the staff asked multiple times if everything was to our liking and if they could get us anything. They even called about a week later asking if there was anything else they could have done. Amazing venue, great food, wonderful people. Highly recommended.

Lights were never turned on outside. They wanted to charge us an extra $300 for the bridal party to come in 45 minutes before the doors opened to eat dinner before the guests arrived, when originally we were told it was a courtesy they provided. 15 before 11...they turned on the lights and rushed everyone out. Heather in particular was quite a treat. She didn't know anything about the menu or how the food was prepared and had to call the chef for everything and was incredibly rude everytime we spoke to her. Food was delicious and the service was good.

Avion on the Water is an awesome place to have a reception especially for a summer wedding. The view overlooking the water is breath taking and the patio is a nice place to go out and relax on. The food was delicious and the staff was awesome. They made sure everything went smoothly and were their to help if I needed anything. I would highly recommend Avion on the Water.

The venue was perfect! The staff was wonderful to work with and very professional/polite. We were also fortunate enough to see planes take off/land on the water during the reception! It was my top place to get married and it was everything I hoped for and more!

Avion on the Water is a large reception hall on a small lake. One wall overlooks the water. There is an outdoor patio. Large entryway, very good food, excellent, friendly, and helpful staff.
