We asked them for raw footage only. I will say that I like that John was willing to work with us to customize what we really needed and wanted from him. In the raw footage he was really great about getting footage that will help the editor splice in some shots of the details of the venue, reception, views etc. We didn't expect that but were impressed that they were included and we appreciated that. He did a good job with the product we received and was quick about getting it to us. However, his presence at the wedding and reception was a little awkward and rude in some instances. My wedding planner didn't exactly find him easy to work with or that he had a positive presence. He also asked me, the bride, to come off the dance floor mid song to pay him so he could leave because his "time was up". Maybe my fault for not remembering to give the envelope to him prior to event starting or to my planner but I thought he had no tack and that was rude. He could have at least waited until the song was done.
