DO NOT BOOK FOR YOUR WEDDING. The limo ride was hands-down the worst and most stressful part of our wedding day. To start with the first limo was smaller than the one we ordered. We had to squeeze everyone in which was incredibly uncomfortable. Then the air in the far end of the limo (toward the trunk) was the only air working and it was only able to go on one full-blast setting. This caused the girls one end to be cold and girls on the end closer to the driver to be incredibly overheated (& made our flowers wilt). The second limo with the groomsmen was over 15 minutes late in picking them up. I understand that traffic happens, but then he also was empty on gas and had to fill up prior to dropping them off. This caused them to about 35 minutes late for our ceremony. Because this was a church wedding, the time that was lost was unable to be made up, including time for our cocktail hour and precious time for family photos and bridal portraits. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and defensive. We were partially refunded, but I still do not believe we were compensated enough for the disaster that was using this limo company.
