Babar is truly excellent at what he does. His vision is incredible. He's incredibly friendly and accommodating on everything from top to bottom. Very rarely I would say that someone has that much patience to hear clients most impractical touch the moon vision and then actually work hard to make that happen. In our case, Babar has extended his abilities and contract commitments to make my couple’s dream wedding a fairytale!!! No wonder why he is so popular with every age group :)

I cannot think of one criticism I have of Babar or his work. He stayed in communication throughout the planning process and offered tips/advice that might make the occasion better. Along with that, his photographs lived up to the expectation that I had. He went out of his way to accommodate the extras I had in the process. Would highly recommend.

Literally one of the best photographers in DMV area, he doesn’t only capture good but also makes sure you’re comfortable at all times. I got my reception shoot done with him, and he seemed like a person who was genuinely happy and laughed with us. Felt like i had known him forever, and was not uncomfortable at anytime during the shoot. Highly recommend him.

This review is long overdue, we hired Babar for our wedding in December 2018 for photography and videography. He was AMAZING! So many of our friends and family asked us for his contact information after seeing the quality of his work. Not only is the work great, he was on time, professional, communicated clearly, and was very accommodating. We were so comfortable working with him that it felt like we had known him for years. We met up with him before the wedding and told him what we wanted. He made some suggestions and showed us some of his work, and together we figured out what worked best for us. On the wedding day, he showed up hours before the wedding so we could take our bride and groom pictures, and pictures and video of the venue before the guests arrived. Once the guests arrived, he made sure he blended in and wasn't in the guests' face trying to get pictures and video. Overall he was awesome to work with, the price for the quality of work he did was completely reasonable. I recommend him to all my friends and family,and would hire him for other events in a heartbeat.

Babar came out with us for our destination wedding in the Bahamas! He and his second shooter did a phenomenal job working with us. They had a ton of creative ideas, and showed strong technical skills behind the camera. If you are looking for a great destination wedding photographer, check out AVS!

I worked with AVS for a styled bridal shoot in October. My husband I got married two years ago and were very unhappy with our wedding photos. We were very excited when we got the opportunity to work with AVS for a styled bridal photo shoot. I thought maybe I’d get the chance to redo my wedding photos. Babar did an excellent job! From the moment I met him I felt comfortable behind the camera. He is very outgoing and personable. The photos came out absolutely wonderful, and we got the wedding photos we never had. I felt so beautiful looking at the photos with the perfect editing and enhancement . It was truly a pleasure working with AVS Photo & Video

We hired Babar to cover the photos and video for our wedding in Aug 2017. He was responsive, easy to deal with, and professional throughout. He was willing to travel to Shenandoah for our engagement photoshoot for no extra charge. We were pleased with our photos and video and especially love the coffee table album Babar put together for us. This guy does what he can for you if you just ask. The day of our wedding we had our wedding photoshoot at the hotel instead of traveling somewhere "prettier" because my makeup took longer than expected and I ran out of time. Babar offered to give us another photoshoot later at a different location to make up for that even though it wasn't his fault. Would recommend!
