The best ever. I spent two weeks looking for a photographer for our wedding. When I saw Chelsey’s work, I knew instantly it was exactly what we had been looking for, moody and romantic. The fact that Chelsey was extremely easy to get ahold of and her personality was super chill and easy going was just the cherry on top for us. When we first arrived at our engagement shoot my fiance and I were both nervous because we didn’t know what to expect but Chelsey made it all so easy. She gently guided us into different positions and had us do some fun and unexpected poses that I would have never thought of and they turned out to be some of my favorites. When I mentioned an idea I would like to do, she was so enthusiastic about it and made it come to life exactly how I dreamed it would. We laughed the whole time, made jokes, and truly felt like one of our best friends was on the other side of the camera and we had just met her that same day. My fiance and I agreed that our engagement shoot was one of the funnest experiences that we had been able to do together and we wanted to do it again. I owe all of that to Chelsey. Flash forward two-ish weeks… Yes, you read that right, TWO WEEKS!! Incredible turnaround time in the photo world, we received our digital copies. I am not an emotional person but when I got our pictures back tears filled my eyes because they were exactly what I wanted and they captured the love and happiness between my fiance and I that I know someone else may not have been able to. Once I posted the pictures, I had friends that had used the same loved photographer for years reaching out to me to know who I used because they were ready to make the switch to Chelsey for all of their future photoshoots. Due to a date conflict that neither Chelsey or I could take responsibility for, Chelsey was not able to shoot our actual wedding day, something I’m still grieving about. However, in true Chelsey fashion she “gifted” us more (like way more) than the normal amount of engagement photos that we were expected to receive, which again brought tears to my eyes. The generosity and kindness that Chelsey showed us is something we will never forget. People, stop looking. Stop wasting your time. I promise, you will not find better quality, personality, and character. We can’t say thank you enough to Chelsey. ♥️

Chelsey was an amazing, wonderful photographer. Not only was she easy to work with but she was fun to work with! She listened to our ideas or concerns and gave expert advice and guided us through our photo session. Her prices were very reasonable. In the end, the photos look amazing and we will love and cherish them for years to come! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a great photographer! She takes stress out of a very stressful day.

Chelsey is an amazing photographer and person! She's organized, patient, and understanding. We found out on the way to the church that our wedding reception flooded due to the rain and she was beyond patient while we frantically looked for a place last second. She even made recommendations to try and help us find somewhere. She went with the flow and took pictures the entire time. They turned out AMAZING! Even after our wedding, months down the road she helped us out when I was struggling with downloading them on my end. She was there for every single question (there was a lot of them too) and was kind the entire time. I highly recommend her for your wedding photos!! Her price is affordable and you get unbeatable pictures that will stun everyone. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!!

Awakening Photography did a phenomenal job and I’m enamored with our engagement and wedding photos! Chelsea and Stephen were SO fun to work with, have an amazing eye for making usual portraits into timeless, artful memories, and their passion for what they do clearly comes through in the magic of their photos. They came with lots of ideas for poses and worked really well with us on specific shots we wanted. The quality and detail in our photos are wonderful and our house is already filled with these irreplaceable memories; I can’t recommend Awakening Photography highly enough!

Chelsea was absolutely amazing. she was able to capture beautiful photos on my special day when not a single person was working with her (we were all too excited to be contained) I am so happy I chose her for my wedding photographer, I highly highly reccomend her. she is not only beyond skilled in what she does but she is also a blessing to be around, such a kind, sweet soul! Chelsey was so wonderful to work with! She is very responsive, professional, personable, and fun! I did a boudoir shoot with her as a wedding gift for my husband, and she made me feel really comfortable, had thought about poses and ideas that would fit my style in advance, and overall was really enjoyable to spend a few hours with! The photos turned out amazingly! She is talented and artistic and it shows in the final product. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for any sort of photography work.

If you are looking for a photographer in the Northwest Arkansas area, look no farther! Chelsey was an absolute dream to work with and her photos are gorgeous! She is well connected with other vendors in the area and was able to suggest a florist and make up artist. We are not from the area, so having her expert advice was such a blessing. The vendors she recommended were amazing! Chelsey was easily available by text/phone and went above and beyond the day of the wedding to help solve a crisis. She showed up early to the venue and was ready for us when we got there. She made the picture taking process a breeze and was quick to turn around photos. I cannot say enough good things about her and her photos speak volumes. We have had so many comments on how amazing our wedding photographs are. The wedding was an elopement with no guests, so it was really important for us to have a quality photographer who could capture that special day. I’m forever grateful to Chelsey for all of her hard work and her beautiful photos.

Chelsey along with husband Steven were so great to work with. They have the perfect temperament -- providing direction and leadership when needed and yet were easy going and flexible to our requests. They captured some really special photos during our engagement shoot and on the day of the wedding. We got a few sneak peaks right away and then the rest were available on-time, and they provided so many photos.

Chelsey photographed my husband and I post-wedding to create moments we didn't know we were missing! She made us feel extremely comfortable and created beautiful shots. Her work and creativity is outstanding and we can't wait to capture future moments with her.

Chelsey is beyond amazing! I had engagement pictures set up with another photographer that completely fell through last min; Chelsey to the rescue! She fit me and my husband into her schedule and our pictures turned out so beautiful! We loved them and Chelsey so much, we asked her to travel to Florida for our beach wedding. We’ve been married for 1.5 years and still get compliments on our photos today! She has such a sweet heart and is so talented! We will not use another photographer ever again - we can’t wait until she captures memories with our babies!

We enjoyed having our pictures taken and are satisfied with how they turned out. Unfortunately, there were some communication and privacy issues crossed and we will not be using this business again.

Chelsey did such an amazing job on our engagement photos, just like she always does! Chelsey was amazing. She was super supportive from the engagement pictures all the way to the wedding day photos. She did a stellar job staying organized while taking many family photos before the wedding so I really didn’t have to worry with it at all. The moments she captured were priceless and she made every vision in my head come to life.
