Throughout the year leading up to the wedding Kerry was in constant communication with us and always available to assist us with finalizing details with the venue, florist, photographer, rentals etc. Things were always changing with COVID-19 restrictions and she helped manage our questions and anxiety. She always had a positive attitude, listened to what we wanted for our big day, helped us think of ideas/gave us suggestions, and relayed those messages to each vendor. On the day of the wedding, Kerry guided every aspect of the day managing the expectations of the venue, the photographer, the transportation, and the florist allowing us to relax and enjoy time with our family and friends. Throughout the reception Kerry performed the job of the venue, ensuring that the food was brought out on time and that we (the bride/groom and our family) were well taken care of. Kerry truly cared about our event in a way that the other vendors did not, without her our event would have had significant issues. , I had extremely high expectations about everything: from the exact location of the signage around the space to the angle of furniture placement in the lounge area and everything in between. We hired Kerry for full planning services and she came through. She spent the time on our calls really getting to know us and that was the biggest difference: since she knew us better, she knew which vendors to source to us. We rarely had to meet more than 3 types of vendors for any given area because the vendors Kerry brought to us we exactly to our taste. Kerry was patient and diligent in every aspect. She asked a TON of questions and was NOT afraid to get LOUD when advocating for the best pricing, packages, and deals in all respects. She was with us for every step and we booked everything (except venue) through Kerry. Kerry treated us to dinner as a way to check out the spot she wanted to book for our rehearsal dinner (Kittery on Smith Street in Brooklyn, NY). The dinner was amazing and she was able to get us an amazing deal with the restaurant. She was able to secure us the entire indoor space and facilitated a rehearsal with our families. Not to mention the space was BEAUTIFUL! Kerry and her team did an AMAZING job on the beautiful balloon arch. The wedding weekend was seamless. My husband and I did not lift one finger for our rehearsal dinner planning outside of communicating to the folks attending. She and her team did it all and we felt like royalty for our entire day. The wedding venue was like a page out of my dreams: it was everything I wanted and more! Kerry was clearly listening in our meetings and took detailed notes because I am ABSOLUTELY HUGE on details and she flawlessly executed on each and every one of the meticulous details we had created. Every single one of my guests has gone out of their way to tell me how smooth and seamless everything was and how the details (like the flip flop station we came up and the bathroom emergency/courtesy basket Kerry provided) were covered. It truly was a challenge keeping our wedding vision the same during a pandemic but Kerry would not let us sacrifice our our ideas. ous. However, once we had our initial meeting 30 days out I felt immediate relief knowing that someone who really knew what they were doing was in charge. She’d thought of everything. She planned with us and ironed out all of the small details leading up to and on the day. I had heard that there’s so much going on on the actual wedding day that you don’t get to enjoy it as a bride. That was not at all my experience and I know Kerry is responsible for that. On the actual day of the wedding, all I had to do was show up and she took care of the rest! If anything came up that needed to be taken care of, I didn’t even notice — everything was seamless and beautiful and I was able to enjoy my wedding and be completely present for it. Several guests spontaneously sang her praises during the event. She made a big difference in the guest experience as well. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

One of our groomsmen had an issue with his tux on the wedding day and within minutes Kerry had someone willing to take our groomsman for last minute major alterations. Thanks to Kerry, all my husband and I, and our wedding party, had to concern ourselves with on the wedding day was enjoying ourselves! Our guest felt welcomed by Kerry, she made us all feel comfortable and at ease by checking on us and our guest throughout the night. Our wedding felt twice as expensive as it was, which is an amazing feeling, but more importantly, it felt so personalized to us, and it evoked exactly the type of experience we wanted (and wanted our guests) to have. Kerry is a fantastic listener; she really focuses on what’s most important to you, whether it’s how guests will feel, how you want to feel, making sure your grandmother feels special, enjoying the process of trying on dresses and tasting cakes, etc. She makes sure the wedding day is absolutely perfect AND that the time you spend preparing for the day is also fun, happy and special. When I thought my bachelorette would get cancelled, Kerry planned for a small local bachelorette night that I never asked for (and luckily was able to go on my original one), but that’s an example of the dedication and care she takes of her clients. Kerry pointed us in the right direction for the main planning and worked with us a lot during the month leading up to our wedding. She was very hands-on as we approached our wedding day, so we were confident nothing would be overlooked. We even made a last-minute change in our timeline (we decided to do the Horah, even though we had previously told her that we weren't going to do it), which she handled with ease and made sure everything was accommodated. the very beginning, Kerry kept everything insanely organized, she created a planning schedule from the day we started to our wedding date that kept us on track for every deadline including our honeymoon!  She fiercely negotiated with all vendors to get us the best prices available and helped us stick to our budget.  When it came to design, she listened to our colors, ideas and descriptions and showed us what was in season, most affordable and blended with our personality (her knowledge of flowers is seriously impressive)! But most importantly, she kept us calm and made the planning process fun -especially when our vendors were hard to get a hold of and made mistakes. A week before the wedding, my make up artist did a second trial that she rushed through the trial and the makeup was so caked on that I looked like a different person. Kerry connected me with one of her amazing stylists that carved out time to make it there on my day!  On the day, Kerry and her team executed everything flawlessly. They worked through language barriers (my husband's family is from Italy) and a slew of bridal party bronchitis to make everything come together and ensure all my guests had an amazing time. Any bride would be lucky to have her at their side!

I actually met her because she did my sister’s wedding a year earlier. Kerry was one of my first calls after picking a date! She was available at crazy hours to discuss things. She answers her phone and calls right back when she can’t. She makes the job look easy and made me feel so comfortable asking for anything I needed. I never had to get personally involved with any situation that stressed me out. Kerry was on it! She is the one part of wedding planning I miss! ing at 6am and was with us until after midnight!  From the hair and makeup, to the first look, champagne toast, processional, first dance, tarantella, toasts bouquet toss, to the cake cutting - she made sure everything happened on time and exactly the bride wanted.  When the bride's drunk brother tried to make an impromptu and undesired speech, Kerry handled it like a champ with almost no one noticing anything even happened. She was always there to help, she made sure the entire bridal party never waited for a drink and were constantly taken care of. Kerry made the day easy, she was super friendly but at the same time super organized and assertive. I cannot wait to have her work my wedding!
