From the first time we met, we had an overwhelming sense of confidence in choosing their services for our wedding day. One of the most special things was being able to bless our local sheriff's office with the leftovers. They were so appreciative, and it felt great knowing that the amazing food Trisha and her team provided, could bless others even after our big day! If you want catering that’s both delicious and comes with excellent, out of this world service, Awesome Catering DFW is the way to go. We highly recommend them!

Communication was always quick & professional, and a huge shoutout to Trisha who answered all of my phone calls quickly with information & solutions. We chose the buffet option with 3 appetizers (the Bacon Marmalade Crostinis are AMAZING), 2 entrees (Balsamic Chicken & Chipotle Crusted Pork), and 2 sides (Green Beans & Mashed Potatoes). Nothing was dry and everything tasted delicious. We even got positive food reviews from our guests which was a huge win! Awesome Catering truly was Awesome!

e, plates and glasses. This tremendously simplified our to do list. They were incredibly easy to work with and accommodated a variety of special requests. They provide lots of good suggestions and patiently answered a plethora of questions. We were lucky that our venue allowed us to provide our own beverages. While we had to deliver these beverages to Awesome, they transported everything to the reception venue for us and had everything iced and ready to serve when our guests arrived. We had two passed appetizers, a full buffet menu, and a late night taco bar. Everything was delicious! We received many compliments on the food we provided. Honestly, we had several people tell us the street tacos were the best they had ever eaten. Upon their suggestion, we provided several disposable roasting pans for leftovers. At the end of the night, leftover food was packaged and ready for us to take home. There was also a special "to go" plate for the bride and groom. Remaining beverages were also boxed and ready for transport. We rented Awesome's frozen margarita machine and worried with the extreme heat of the day that the machine would not freeze properly. This did not happen and we served several batches of the frosty concoction - all in glasses decoratively rimmed with Tajin. Awesome's service was also exceptional. During cocktail hour, the servers circled non-stop. At dinner, each buffet item had it's own server to ensure the line moved rapidly. Champagne glasses were filled and ready just in time for toasts. The groom's ice cream treat was brought to the dessert table in a timely fashion too. At the end of the evening, the kitchen of the venue was spotless and the trash was all in the dumpster. Finally, Awesome set each place with the napkin, flatware and glasses. They even added a few upgraded place settings so each table would be complete. Just prior to the wedding, we were going over everything with them one last time. Our coordinator at Awesome said, "Don't worry. We've got this and we will make you look like stars". They were true to their promise and we will use them again anytime a catering need arises.
