Trisha was amazing to work with! We would use Awesome Catering over and over again if we could. The food was great and the staff was so friendly.

Y’all… stop looking for catering because you have found it with Awesome Catering DFW. I cannot speak highly enough of this company & its staff- especially Trisha. When I came across Awesome Catering DFW, I was beyond frustrated with the catering quotes I had previously received. We needed catering for 250 people- nothing fancy but still something yummy. Our venue space was unique & caused other caterers to stress & charge for extra laborers. Trisha on the other hand said “who cares? All you need from us is a buffet!” I immediately loved her. Prior to even coming in for our tasting, Trisha went out of her way to tour our wedding venue space to see it for herself (it is an hour away from where she lives & her business). I truly could not believe it when she told me she had done this. It was so refreshing to meet someone as hardworking as Trisha is. Our first tasting was great. We went in for a second tasting to truly finalize & perfect our menu - which was made possible by Trisha going out of her way for us. We perfected our wedding menu & were so pleased with the choices & variety. During each tasting, Trisha was present & engaging with us- asking detailed questions of our expectations of her team. One thing I loved about Trisha’s process was the transparent pricing from Day 1- including travel fees & tips as well, so we were never left wondering. She also accommodated meals for 25 kids at our wedding, as well as severe food allergies including gluten. On the wedding day, Trisha was present at our venue ensuring everything ran smoothly & as planned. In the few brief moments that I did get to see her, she was always working hard with a smile on her face. The food on the day of tasted just like the food we had tasted months prior. I am sad I do not have photos to share of their day-of setup, but I can tell you from memory that it looked great & very classy! I cannot recommend Awesome Catering DFW enough. If you want to work with someone who is detail-oriented, organized, & hardworking… look no further. Trisha is the best! (Photos are from tastings)

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Awesome Catering DFW for our wedding! The food was absolutely phenomenal, and our guests are still raving about it weeks later. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The team was professional, attentive, and made the whole catering process stress-free. From the first time we met, we had an overwhelming sense of confidence in choosing their services for our wedding day. One of the most special things was being able to bless our local sheriff's office with the leftovers. They were so appreciative, and it felt great knowing that the amazing food Trisha and her team provided, could bless others even after our big day! If you want catering that’s both delicious and comes with excellent, out of this world service, Awesome Catering DFW is the way to go. We highly recommend them!

Throughout the vendor search, I found it difficult to find a caterer that provided everything we wanted (appetizers, options, tableware, etc.). Awesome Catering not only provided all of this, but did so at a price that was incredibly reasonable. Communication was always quick & professional, and a huge shoutout to Trisha who answered all of my phone calls quickly with information & solutions. We chose the buffet option with 3 appetizers (the Bacon Marmalade Crostinis are AMAZING), 2 entrees (Balsamic Chicken & Chipotle Crusted Pork), and 2 sides (Green Beans & Mashed Potatoes). Nothing was dry and everything tasted delicious. We even got positive food reviews from our guests which was a huge win! Awesome Catering truly was Awesome!

Amazing food, amazing service, absolutely the nicest people ever. The food was the one thing i insisted on during the wedding planning with my wife and I am so happy we went with Awesome Catering DFW!

Awesome Catering really lived up to their name on our wedding day! They are very easy to work with and the food is great! We were very happy with our meal selections and our guests kept telling us they really enjoyed their dinner. We also opted to do a late-night snack through Awesome Catering that was a hit among our guests as well. We are very happy with how our catering turned out and highly recommend Awesome Catering!

We LOVED working with them. The food was delicious, staff was great, and it was a very smooth process. We did the pasta bar option and our guests said they loved it and it was delicious. We also got to take our leftovers home which was really nice that it didn’t go to waste. They packaged it up for us and everything. We also rented our plates and china from them which made it really easy. They came in, setup, served, cleaned up … they truly did it all!

We hired Awesome Catering for our recent wedding reception. In addition to catering, they provided licensed bartenders and servers. They also provided all of our napkins, flatware, plates and glasses. This tremendously simplified our to do list. They were incredibly easy to work with and accommodated a variety of special requests. They provide lots of good suggestions and patiently answered a plethora of questions. We were lucky that our venue allowed us to provide our own beverages. While we had to deliver these beverages to Awesome, they transported everything to the reception venue for us and had everything iced and ready to serve when our guests arrived. We had two passed appetizers, a full buffet menu, and a late night taco bar. Everything was delicious! We received many compliments on the food we provided. Honestly, we had several people tell us the street tacos were the best they had ever eaten. Upon their suggestion, we provided several disposable roasting pans for leftovers. At the end of the night, leftover food was packaged and ready for us to take home. There was also a special "to go" plate for the bride and groom. Remaining beverages were also boxed and ready for transport. We rented Awesome's frozen margarita machine and worried with the extreme heat of the day that the machine would not freeze properly. This did not happen and we served several batches of the frosty concoction - all in glasses decoratively rimmed with Tajin. Awesome's service was also exceptional. During cocktail hour, the servers circled non-stop. At dinner, each buffet item had it's own server to ensure the line moved rapidly. Champagne glasses were filled and ready just in time for toasts. The groom's ice cream treat was brought to the dessert table in a timely fashion too. At the end of the evening, the kitchen of the venue was spotless and the trash was all in the dumpster. Finally, Awesome set each place with the napkin, flatware and glasses. They even added a few upgraded place settings so each table would be complete. Just prior to the wedding, we were going over everything with them one last time. Our coordinator at Awesome said, "Don't worry. We've got this and we will make you look like stars". They were true to their promise and we will use them again anytime a catering need arises.

Awesome just like the name said. They had really good food and service for an wedding I was part of! The communication was good at all times, they also have rentals that make the event much easier to plan. They showed up on time and food was hot and delicious!
