She pulled off an unbelievable Wedding for our families, along with assisting with every aspect of vendors, hotels, transportation, meals, day of events hair & make up, musicians, floral, décor, videographer, photographer, marriage license, invitations, reception sittings, honeymoon night, band, rentals for all events. She also assisted in the Destination Rehearsal Dinner, which was phenomenal!! Still talking about the amazing evening and food!! The consensus of everyone involved in Wedding and especially the Bride & Groom is that the entire event was nothing less than MAGICAL! We give God and Ali the credit for this incredible experience! I only wish I could plan another Wedding with her at the helm of the ship leading the way! We love her as our own!!!

We found Ali to be punctual, organized and patient but also diligent when she was waiting on us to make decisions. Because of her vendor relationships she was able to maximize our value and also provide us with unique aspects of the wedding we wouldn't have had otherwise. On the day of the wedding it was clear Ali had things lined up well and was clearly in charge of the entire event from the sound at the ceremony to the last dance for the couple. There were a few things that happened out of her control but she managed them quickly, quietly and efficiently without notice of anyone who wasn't involved. The beauty of all of this is that Ali does everything with a smile and a cheer in her voice. She brings a sense of calm, peace and joy to the process of planning and the execution of the wedding which was a gift to all involved. There are no reservations whatsoever in recommending Ali and AWEvents to help plan, coordinate and execute your special event.

I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner, simply because I prefer to handle anything and everything that I need to. From the beginning, Ali made us comfortable and relaxed with her calm and composed attitude while still maintaining the most focused “I’ve got this” mindset. Throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding Ali was our rock, our guide, our saving grace. Her composure and ease of taking the reigns speaks volumes of her level of professionalism as well as how grandiose an event she can truly handle. When it came to the day of, I couldn’t have been happier to see her face first when I arrived to the venue. Knowing that she had seen wife before the event and gathered her things, set up all of our decor, and still had time to fill made us ebullient. From before the ceremony began, when she was there to calm our nerves and talk with us, until after the reception, where she helped pack up the car and saw us on our way, Ali never missed a beat. If AW Events isn’t who you hire for your wedding or event, you’re making a grave mistake.

ost part, we had a lot of the big things already done in terms of planning, but we wanted to have someone help us for the last few months for coordination leading up to the big day, communicating with vendors and the small details with day-of with logistics. I cannot say enough good things about her. SHE BLEW US AWAY!! From the moment we met her, we felt comfortable and at ease. Amidst planning for a small and safe wedding with just family and close friends during COVID, which was stressful enough in itself, she was able to harness our vision (which was admittedly shifting daily) and still gave us the COVID version of exactly the wedding we wanted - it was even better than I could have imagined. She's extremely personable, kind, caring and thoughtful towards all aspects and decisions. If she knows that you care about something a lot, she'll put extra thought and energy into that WITH you. If she knows that it's less of an important decision for you, she'll just take care of it. She's highly communicative, without being overwhelming and will make you laugh and relax along the way of what can be a stressful journey of planning a wedding. We would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is thoughtful, considerate, compassionate and understanding of everyone she works with. She has widespread knowledge of the industry and is extremely well organized. I was genuinely impressed with her and even though we had a short time together to plan and figure out the final details, she crushed it!! We were SO SO lucky to have had her help and cannot recommend her enough!!

I love the way she works as well, she is very hardworking! Ali was our life saver on our wedding day. She did exactly what she said she was going to do which was make sure our day went smoothly... and it did! As someone who is crazy about control and making sure things go right, I felt so comfortable with letting all that go knowing I had her there. It truly was every we wished it would be and we got to enjoy ourselves! I would HIGHLY recommend her, you won't regret it!

Here is just one example of how Ali exceeded our expectations: Our ceremony site ended up having construction on it that would not be done in time for our wedding and the venue told us only one month before the wedding. As soon as Ali found out, she immediately went to work finding solutions to present to us. Because of her, our ceremony site was moved to an even better (and more expensive) spot at the resort for no additional charge! She did not accept anything less than the venue completely fixing the problem! Ali truly was a rock for us during this whole process. Everything that was important to us, she made happen! She handled every single detail on our wedding day to make sure my husband and I could just focus on each other. I have to mention that Ali truly cared about my husband and I. She was there for us professionally and personally. We consider her a great friend, and I definitely will be keeping in touch with her! Lastly, if you are wondering whether it is worth spending the money on a planner, I can tell you with 100% confidence that hiring Ali will make you stress free during the entire planning process and on the day of. Ali more than pays for herself. She has relationships with so many of the best vendors which gave us amazing deals. Her services alone are worth so much more than what she charges! She works 10x harder and spends 10x more time than any other vendor does on a wedding. We interviewed several planners before talking to Ali, and once we talked to her we knew that she loves what she does and would help us have our dream wedding. We are so thankful for her!

d and I lived outside of Colorado, Ali made sure to schedule meetings face to face when we were in town, as well as, having phone conversations late into the night to plan things out. One thing that stood out most to me was how Ali kept our budget in mind. I saw this through her recommendations of highly professional vendors that were still within our budget. This was also evident through our contracts with our vendors and how Ali would approach the vendors on our behalf when she thought an estimate was too much. She is a team player and will do everything in her power to get you the wedding of your dreams, while keeping you within your budget. The best part of working with Ali, was at the end of the process we gained a friend. Ali takes the time to get to know you on a personal level throughout the planning process and even after the wedding she is in contact with you. I cannot say enough good things about Ali. The huge benefit here is she acts on your behalf but provides her professional opinion. In planning a wedding this makes decision making easier and takes the stress off of the bride and groom. With any wedding planning, you want the day of the wedding to go flawlessly. I can say that on the wedding day all the planning and time put in by Ali was executed flawlessly. Ali stepped in and was completely responsible and considerate with my budget, which was a main concern of mine, she helped me save money and achieve the wedding of my dreams. I completely recommend using Ali for your wedding or any event you’re considering! She has a great network of vendors, and if it is out of her scope, she is a phenomenal researcher to find and figure things out; she will do everything in her power to get things done. Her timeliness is also remarkable, when you discuss ideas with her, or need answers, her turnaround is unlike any other person I’ve ever worked with.
