Aykut Events

tened. Since he DJs at clubs in SF, I told him to bring that energy (play music that gets people dancing, watch the crowd, remix if warranted, etc.) and he totally did it. We especially love reggaeton and Punjabi music thrown in and he played the perfect amount of it. Really, everyone kept commenting on how good the music was and two friends want to hire him/refer him for other events. He also emceed perfectly; announcements and music went without a hitch! Thank you!!

o experiences was that I had never danced as much at any other wedding as I did for the ones he DJ’ed. I knew from the beginning I wanted him there on our big day. The things that stood out and meant the most to us about Aykut were his attentiveness and quick communication. When we would send an email to him he would almost immediately respond, which meant a lot to us. He made us feel like we had his undivided attention throughout the whole wedding planning process. Another thing we loved and appreciated (and this is what I noticed with the other weddings I’ve attended where he has DJ’ed) is his diversity in the music he plays. Our wedding was filled different cultures/backgrounds made of adults, young adults, elders, children.. and he managed to play music that had literally everyone dancing all night. We collaborated on the songs that meant the most to me and my husband, and him playing them on the big day made it all feel perfect and better than we could ever have imagined.

s Chinese culture and my Jewish culture in the wedding and everyone said they had such a great time. DJ Aykut was responsive, reliable, and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding!!

of our guests had great things to say about him and we couldn't be more impressed. I hope we get the opportunity to go to another DJ AKYUT hosted party in the near future. We would recommend him for any wedding or party where you are looking to invest in your guests having an A+ experience!

ratings, recent reviews, and event photos: https://www.yelp.com/biz/aykut-djs-san-francisco. DJ Aykut performed at our wedding at the Westin St. Francis in February of this year. We are extremely happy to report that all the reviews are true - he is phenomenal. DJ Aykut is timely, professional, dresses the part, and will indeed keep your guests dancing all night. The preparation process was a breeze - we opted to take an easy, hands-off approach. We provided a short list of our 'must have' songs as well as an eclectic song request list provided by our wedding guests (we suggest adding a song request question to the RSVP process on your wedding website - we used withjoy.com which generated songs into an excel list). We gave Aykut full discretion to use or not use any of the song requests to keep the crowd dancing. Trust me - he can read a crowd and he 'gets it'. He used requested songs when appropriate and incorporated his picks as needed. There wasn't a point in the evening where the dance floor was empty. We highly recommend DJ Aykut for any event you want to leave dancing guests both impressed and exhausted, lol.

music. Definitely hire Aykut as the DJ for your next event!

d for our formal wedding, which I really appreciated. Most importantly the music was UNREAL! We had guests from 80 years old to my sorority girlfriends on the dance floor the entire night. He also always played what fit the mood throughout cocktail hour and dinner. If you want everyone dancing at your reception than I’d highly recommend.

ily's horse ranch with our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception each in different parts of the ranch. It was also a Persian meets country style wedding. Aykut definitely had his work cut out for him with the different locations and the drastically different cultures of the bride's and groom's sides! We were blown away by how perfectly the DJ'ing went!! Aykut ensured a fun blend of Persian music, country music, and everything in between. Everyone was up and dancing to every song!

st dance and entrance songs. We had a ton of fun.

d the crowd and keep people having fun on the dance floor. He got a little mixed with the announcements, but all in all it was a five star job!
