She was able to combine styles, communicate with myself, my husband and our families, all with finesse and ease. She kept me in the loop with any decisions, communicated any and all changes being made, and she got stuff done and fast! Nothing can prepare you for planning a wedding. It’s an experience unlike any other. This event is special and whether you have 40 people or 400 people you want nothing more than for your wedding to be perfect. Our wedding could not have been any more perfect and we owe so much to Natasha and AZ Party of 2! We hired Natasha about three months before our wedding day. We had already picked out a venue and a lot of other things but we then we were lost. My wife and I both work full time and our wedding vision started to transform into something we didn’t realize in the beginning. My wife found Natasha and we are so thankful she was able to take us on as her clients as pretty last minute. We were so lucky. Our wedding was not like most weddings. Firstly, it was a blend of cultures; I am from Iraq and my wife was born and raised in Arizona. Second it was a blend of styles as my wife was looking for a more modern style and my family wanted a more traditional Arab style wedding. Natasha worked quickly to get us in touch with the right vendors from invitations to furniture rentals and after a last minute florist change a new florist. Her attention to detail is second to no one and her ability to deliver on her promises is exceptional. At no point in the process will you feel like Natasha is focused on any wedding other than your own. She has a way of making you feel like your wedding is the most important thing on her plate and I even joked with her that it wasn’t until a couple weeks before the wedding where I actually heard her voice mail because she answered every one of my calls within one or two rings. Natasha was honest every step of the way and ensured that she took the time to understand everything that we were looking for. Ultimately she delivered an exceptional wedding. The design of the room was stunning, the execution was remarkable, how she took care of us and our families and the vendors we hired was beyond our expectations. Our wedding was not an easy one, the expectations were so high but Natasha and AZ Party of 2 blew our expectations out of the water. We cannot imagine our wedding without Natasha and team.

A year and a half ago, I was newly engaged and reading a ton of reviews, trying to decide which wedding planner to hire. If that's you right now, let me tell you something - your search ends here. You NEED to hire Natasha as your planner and I promise you will not regret it. From the minute we met Natasha, she was an absolute ray of sunshine, extremely organized, passionate about what she does, and has amazing attention to detail. Throughout the process, we always knew what Natasha was working on and she consistently touched base with us to check-in. In addition, Natasha's interactions with our other vendors were always professional. Our wedding weekend was an absolute dream and neither of us felt even a hint of anxiousness, stress, or worry. I had an awesome opportunity to work with Natasha for a wedding at Skyline Country Club in Tucson. I was able to to help execute all the details for the set up of the reception. The bride and groom looked so happy with the outcome! Natasha really went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, both behind the scenes and out on the floor. Working with her and all talented vendors was so much fun!

Natasha came into our lives when we were in the middle of our original wedding planner moving away and having a disappointing first replacement. However, once Natasha (AZ Party of 2) was finally brought in to take over our wedding, she did everything in her power to get to know us and make sure that the rest of our planning process was as easy and seamless as possible! She took the time to get to know us, our families, and preferences and really eased all of the worries and stress that had accumulated throughout the setbacks of our wedding planning. On the days leading up to our wedding including the day itself, multiple things went not exactly as planned (out of anyone’s control) and Natasha and her team still handled all of these hurdles with ease and professionalism. She does so much “behind the scenes” work that I didn’t even realize at the time which really kept my worries and stress away. Because she didn’t let certain unnecessary info get to me, I stayed completely calm during my wedding weekend (and I am NOT a naturally calm person)! She took care of us and our family with so much genuine care, and she took our trust in her to heart in bringing our dream wedding to life. We really just adore her, and would recommend her and her team to anyone. My maid of honor even said she wants to hire AZ Party of 2 to help plan her wedding when it’s her turn! Recently attended my aunts wedding and about to start the planning process for my wedding, my aunt HIGHLY recommended Natasha and her crew! I was with my aunt almost the whole time and she took care of it all. The small details, the organization, prepping and planning, it was all flawless. My Husband, Joe and I are incredibly happy that we went with AZ Party of 2 for our wedding planning needs. From the moment we hired Sloane, she has been there through every email, text, call and every nervous breakdown. Trust me, there was a lot of breakdowns. Sloane handled everything professionally and when it came to the day of, she came through even more so than before. When Sloane and her assistant Shyanne showed up to the property where our wedding took place, a feeling of calmness took over and every job we had for them was done in no time at all. At the end of the most perfect day ever, Sloane and her son Race drove us to our cabin for the night in Sedona where they surprised us with packing our dessert waffles that were served to our guests. I came to AZ Party of 2 newly engaged, eager, and with a specific wedding vision in mind... But no idea how to make that vision come to life. Sloane and Gail immediately made my (now husband) and I feel assured that our dreams were achievable and that they would guide the way for us. They built a firm foundation for our plans, and with frequent meetings and conversations, our vision began coming to life! They guided us with large components such as rental equipment and timelines, but also assisted in the tiniest of details such as the specific wording for our invitations and where to place "reserved signs" on the day of. Every time I felt flustered or overwhelmed, Az Party of 2 was there to make sure the ship continued to sail! Sloane even ran our rehearsal practice, without her, we would have had no idea what to do and our large wedding parties would have been lost! Fast forward to the day of... I, as the bride, felt oddly at ease. Even peaceful if you will. I spent the entire day in the bridal suite enjoying the day with my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law. Sloane made sure to listen to the few notes I had for her regarding specific decor placement, and also set the rest up for me. I am a very hands on person as well as a perfectionist, so if you had asked me months ago if I knew that I would be getting pampered with my girls all day while my planner did the set up and decor I would have lost my mind! But the trust I developed with Sloane and Az Party of 2 over the course of our 10 months of working together made it easy for me to allow this to happen (and is why I felt so peaceful the whole wedding day). And when I finally stepped out and saw their work I was moved to tears! Everything was absolutely perfect! My specific items were where I wanted them to be, and everything she had done on her own made complete sense and enhanced the setting that much more. I can't stop reliving my day in my mind, it was the most magical day of my entire life. There is not ONE thing I would change about it my day, and I owe it all to Sloane and Gail with AZ Party of 2.. They will forever hold a place in my heart!

Gail and Sloane were amazing. They made our dream wedding come true. At first we were hesitant if we even needed a wedding planner, but it was one of the best decisions we made. Gail worked with us for an entire year planning this wedding. She went to vendors and skyped with us when I was not living in Arizona. She listened to my vision and gave suggestions and ideas to make it even better. The week before we had a problem that we needed to get a new seating chart and Gail was on it and we didn’t have to stress about it. My now wife and I had an excellent experience with AZ Party of 2 Wedding Planning & Design. Honestly, do not know how we could have done it without them while keeping our sanity. It is tempting to save a few dollars and do it yourself however after going through the process it was money well spent. Basically, with the vendor discounts/relationships they brought to the table it paid for the cost of the planners. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to have a flawless wedding.

I highly recommend hiring AZ Party of 2. Just because your venue comes with a wedding coordinator doesn’t equal success. Our venue went through 4 different ones during our year long engagement. Sloane saved the day with her services.

My job is to know the right person - for the right job. I attended events almost every week directed by event planners, in over 60 countries. Recently, I experienced my first and only opportunity to be father of the bride. After a few months in the pre planning process, I understood my job to be the producer of the event. Gail and Sloane were the directors, project planners, budget hawks, visionaries, psychologists, negotiators, Chief Financial officers, and the only one wearing a watch. The day of the wedding I had a late breakfast. It was to be 72 degrees, a little overcast, 12% humidity and a slight breeze. Ideal conditions for a wedding. The women were already into hour one of six hours primping for show time. As I sat at the table I looked at Pinnacle hill from the Four Seasons in Scottsdale. I felt like Cecil B DeMille. We had just one shoot today but it needed to come off with perfection. I had full confidence in Gail, Sloane and Jaime (the Four Seasons contact) The word from the bridal party room was - Gail scares me a little, and we all want her and Sloane to be our wedding planners. Trust me, without a strong leader like Gail in the bridal room there is chaos and the mother/s of the bride / groom will not enjoy the process. You need a chief of staff in charge of the bridal room to calm the waters. Sloane coached me on my short cameo role as father of the bride. I am business person and measure results. Gail and Sloane produced a 100% return on their fee just on the renegotiation of the flowers. Gail and Sloane executed the plan flawlessly and the Four Seasons staff excelled. Controlled costs, flawless execution, and a perfect plan are important but how do measure the results of a wedding. This is mine. During the father daughter dance my daughter said to me "Thank you daddy for giving the wedding of my dreams". You can have the capitol to pull off a spectacular wedding. We are so glad we used AZ Party of 2 for our Arizona destination wedding for our daughter. Looking back I don't know how we would have done it with out them! It was beautiful and ran smoothly. Many of our guests expressed that it was the most beautiful and unique wedding that they had ever attended.

Their wedding planning site is full of great tools like a budget tracker, seating chart and detailed timeline. As stressed as I was, they were always excited for us, which made me get excited again. The day of the wedding went smoothly; we were at ease and really enjoyed the day, and so did our guests. I miss our conference calls. Thank you Gail and Sloane for making our day so special!!!

Sloane and Gail are absolutely amazing and the best at what they do!!! My questions were always answered quickly and they made sure I stayed on top of my various responsibilities and deadlines so nothing was missed. The absolute best. If you want a wedding in which your guests rave about for weeks and a wedding that you (read: bride and groom) can actually enjoy, you MUST HIRE AZ PARTY OF 2. Ok the above is for people who don't want to read the essay. I hired AZ Party of 2 a year and a half before my wedding. I got the full service package and it was the best thing I ever did for myself (and now husband). I have a job in which me and him will work 80 hours ++ a week, and knowing I was going to have a big wedding, wedding planning was the 2nd job I never wanted. But Gail and Sloane made things easy peasy. Before I knew it, we had selected the venue, flowers, theme etc a year in advance. And if we didn't have that much time- they would have made it happen. Other amazing feats they accomplished: 1. I had over 330 guests at my wedding. Yes. 330. And EVERYTHING was on time. This is still a wedding miracle in my opinion. 2. Not only that crazy amount of people- middle eastern wedding (Assyrian and Syrian). Do you know how HARD it is it organize that many people, and to add on top of that -people who have no concept of time or courtesy?! But these 330 literally raved about how well organized and put together everything was! 3. Keeping our budget in check. Yes, you read that correctly. A very very modest budget with that many people-and they did it. They worked with vendors to negotiate pricing, guided me to vendors that were incredibly quality but very affordable. This was one of the reasons I hired them-when I said what my budget was and that I was expecting a 300+ wedding, they told me "we will make it work!". I had another planner very rudely told me it was never going to happen. 4. I actually enjoyed my wedding day. I don't know how many people have told me I looked so happy and so natural and it's because these girls took care of all the details and NO ONE came up to me with a question, except for what I was drinking during dinner! 5. They utilize a wedding planning program/website that made organizing guests lists, tables, RSVPs, etc sooooooo much easier than excel. 6. I spent way more time with Gail and Sloane planning my wedding than with my husband. They are wonderful, fun people who LOVE their jobs and who KNOW what they are doing. AZ Party of 2 gave me the wedding of my dreams, with no exaggeration. Seriously, they're the best!

I cannot say enough great things about Gail and Sloane from AZ Party of 2. They saved the day on to many occasions to count. When we were so frustrated and discouraged with the wedding planning process before we hired these two, and they brought back our excitement. They were so supportive and thorough . Our big day was everything we imagined and more. Our AZ Party of 2 team was perfect- Gail has that creative eye unlike anyone I’ve ever seen, and Sloane has incredible connections everywhere. They literally became family throughout our months of planning, meeting with them was so much fun each time. Hiring AZ Part of 2 as the wedding coordinator was the best and wisest investment I did for my daughter's wedding. Particular Sloane, she went above and beyond call of duty and treat my daughter and me as family members. I came to Sloane with my daughter's and my ideas about my daughter's wedding but I did not know how they can be implemented. She and her team worked magic and brought them to life and the Day of wedding ran so smoothly. From the planning of the intricate details, arranging and coordinating with all vendors, setting up, rehearsal, setting up the after party and bridal suite, Sloane and her team have done an incredible job to make sure our day was stress-free and smooth. I hired AZ Party of 2 for day of coordination, but they did so much more...I never realized how many details I was missing during planning that were needed to fully execute my day. Above and beyond day-of coordination, they created and maintained my timeline, finalized contracts, and were always there for me for advice or a helping hand. What was most important to me and my now-husband was not having to worry about taking care of anything ourselves the day of, and I can honestly say that I did not experience one bit of stress on my wedding day, and fully enjoyed the entire day from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep. They always say your wedding day goes by in a blur, but that piece of mind AZ Party of 2 gave me allowed me to fully taken in and remember every single moment. When I walked into my reception space, I was floored at how beautiful it was and how they made my vision come to life. It was very special to be able to share my wedding day with this group of women. My only regret is not hiring them to coordinate my entire planning process from start to finish. They know what they're doing, they're respectful of the other vendors, they're professional, and most of all they are kind-hearted. I hope I have other events coming up that I can have them help me plan.

She offered her ideas, rentals, and personal experience. She started a Pinterest board, and answered all the millions of emails and questions I had. Sloane works with your venue to put together an extremely detailed timeline and was there for us during the event to insure no detail was missed. Sloane is extremely reliable, caring, trustworthy, professional, and brings positivity with her wherever she goes. I can't thank Sloane enough for being there for me when I picked out my wedding dress, travelling with us to Sedona to chose our reception venue, being there through nervous times with family, and giving me so much positive support. I had a hair and makeup trial that went poorly and Sloane lifted my spirits by creating a wedding morning hair and makeup experience that was fun and relaxing. I could not have had a more picture perfect day! This team ROCKED it 110% They are absolutely the best there is! Gail and Eliza are wonderful. They took care of everything... and I mean everything! My guest book went missing somehow and they got an extra one for us! To any couple out there thinking about hiring them... DO IT!!! Even after the wedding I lost all my pictures on my phone and they sent me every picture they had (thank the lord) They are so professional and sweet. I interviewed many DOCs (Day of Coordinators) before hiring AZ Party of 2. In fact, I'd given the green light to another company when I came across AZ Party of 2. I was so impressed that I changed direction and went with AZ Party of 2. I am so happy that I did. These ladies are amazing. My recommendation - stop reading and book this team now. If you are considering them as your DOCs, heed my advice and consider hiring them as your full-time planners. Had I understood everything involved, I would have hired AZ Party of 2 as my full-time planners. Until you've gone through it, there is no way of knowing how many details (and vendor coordination) that go into a wedding. One vendor didn't deliver enough dinner plates, and Gail handled the issue without anyone knowing. The teamwork of Gail Disner and Sloane Hansen is truly extraordinary. Gail has a decorator's eye, an engineer's mind for structure and organization, and an accountant's attention to detail. It is really an unusual combination. Sloane, on the other hand, brought the decades of experience planning weddings, and a calming effect to the whole process. We leaned on her insights and experience quite often! I played the role of planner for my son and his (new) wife - at their request - and I treasure the many memories we built together. That being said, we could not have pulled this off without the support of AZ Party of 2.

Gail and Sloane were absolutely fabulous! Even with a short timeframe and a small budget these two worked very diligently to help me plan, negotiate (so I could stick to budget) and kept me from pulling my hair out! The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect, everyone was well cared for, they worked with the vendors and everything went off without a hitch. I would...no, I WILL refer AZ Party of 2, any and EVERY chance I get! They helped make my wedding day more perfect than I ever could imagine and kept me sane the whole time! I can not say enough about Gail and her team! She made every part of my wedding fun and we even came in under my budget in many areas. Gail kept me on schedule and was the point person between me and all of my vendors. She speaks "wedding"! I did not worry about anything on my wedding day as Gail had everything organized and she even created a wedding binder so that everyone was always informed of times, deliveries, contact information and more.
