tried on a million dresses , they have a huge selection and pricing is affordable.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought my dress from here in November 2023 for my January 2024 wedding (they were aware of the time restraint and the last minute planned wedd...
ing assuring us that they would be able to do everything for us in time) and was told it would be in within a month with the additional fabric to make custom sleeves on it. At that time of sale we were told the alterations would be included in the price we paid. Dress came in end of December and was delayed by 2 weeks, no fabric came with it. The fabric for the sleeves (the whole point of buying the dress from them) was never shipped. Was told the fabric would not be in until January 10th. My wedding was January 27th… I was informed as well when picking up the dress that management of the store had changed and that anything that was discussed with the previous management would not be able to honored and that there was nothing they could do about the sleeves. Then quoted me $1500 for the alterations through a third party company they partner with. Seamstress was also extremely rude. They ordered the dress in a size too big so it needed more alterations therefore more money for them. Took my dress to Trendz who quoted me at half the amount for alterations than this shady business. When the fabric came in finally it was extra fabric cut off from the train of another dress and was not the 2 full yards that was discussed and paid for at the point of sale. After multiple attempts to contact the new manager we spoke with her and she insistent that there was nothing that could be done and if we needed more fabric it would have to be paid for which was insane since we paid for 2 full yards of fabric and did not receive what was paid for. She finally decided to order new fabric for me after my mom got involved and mentioned letting people know how terrible the experience has been. The extra fabric finally came in 10 days before my wedding. They have many dress options but customer service is what makes or breaks it for me and they caused me so much distress in this process that they assured at the beginning would be an easy and seamless process. You could not pay me enough to purchase anything from these people ever again. Go literally anywhere else. No like the prices were better anyway.
I absolutely loved my dress but I was extremely upset that they told me the sample size would be the size they ordered and then ordered me 3 sizes bigger than I needed.
I had the absolute best experience at Azaria looking for my wedding dress. I hadn't gone to any other bridal shop yet so I was unsure of what to expect. Well, Azaria certainly exc...
eeded my expectations. Luanne was working with me and she was kind, funny, attentive and patient. She listened exactly to what I was looking for and was not forceful. She was honest and genuinely wanted me to choose the dress that I liked best. I ended up getting the first dress that I tried on! I had an amazing experience at Azaria and I would 10/10 recommend to any bride, bridesmaid or mother of the bride. Thank you, Luanne.

I first went to Azaria back in March to shop for my wedding dress. Mixie was knowledgable and helpful and I had a good experience trying on dresses. I ordered my dress a few days l...
ater and got a call pretty quickly that it had arrived. That's where the positives end.
When I went for my first fitting I discovered that they had ordered the wrong dress. The woman working that day looked and said the correct dress could be shipped the next day and arrive that Friday. Mistakes happen, and it seemed like a relatively quick fix so I understood. Two weeks pass and I hear nothing, so I call to make sure the dress was ordered. I was told it was. Another week passes and I still haven't received any calls updating me so I call again. The woman on the phone took my name and number and said the manager would call me back later. He did not. I called back the next day and the manager picked up. He acknowledged that I had called the day before but didn't apologize for not returning my call. He said he would call the supplier the next business day and would have it for me the following week. I called the following week and the woman who answered told me my dress would be delivered the next day. They did not call the following day, so I called once again and the manager picked up. I was told it didn't arrive, again. At this point they could tell I was clearly getting annoyed and Howard assured me that he had a shipping confirmation, he would call the supplier, and it will arrive. He said they would call and update me the following day. My dress did finally arrive that next day, almost a month after they told me it would first arrive. I picked it up that night and am taking it elsewhere for alterations as I no longer trust them.
I was really disappointed in my experience. It felt like all throughout their mistake I was being told what I wanted to hear rather than the truth. They were about a month off in their estimation of how quickly they could get the correct dress, and the manager sounded like he thought I was being ridiculous for being concerned about my wedding dress when I called. They were never the ones to call me to update me on my dress, even when they said they would- I always had to call. I do not recommend Azaria Bridal.
If I could leave zero stars. I would. Back in February my mother and I went to a aria to get her mother of the bride dress. She found one she loved we ordered it and we’re told by ...
Howard March 15th the dress would arrive. They also requested to pay in full, so we did. March 15th rolls around with no call, the 16th, the 17th, the 18th finally on the 21st we call where we are informed “oh that dress? Yes. That dress isn’t actually ever coming in.” To our surprise we say “what?” We paid for the dress in full we’re never called that anything had delays or couldn’t be fulfilled. We now get the runaround for two weeks from Brittany and Howard. Brittany telling my mom that she would order dresses and by the end of THAT week they would be in, in her size. That wasn’t true. The dresses weren’t coming in that week and when they arrived the following week which we had to chase down a response to figure out when they’d come in, Brittany stated she never said she’d order it in my mothers size. After my mom tries all the dresses she finds a dress she likes in which Howard promises the dress will come in “I’ll make this right. The dress will be in April 11th by the latest.” Guess what? It didn’t. Howard then lied and said he was in communication with my mother, in which he wasn’t. And when I called to get a status Howard decided to get nasty with me when his store has been in the wrong the entire time and dropped the ball. If you’re in need of prom dresses, wedding dresses formal dresses; STEER CLEAR of Azaria Bridal. They will make the entire process for your beautiful occasion and absolute utter stressful nightmare. Save your time and money! Go to Diane and Co, Castle Couture, Davids Bridal.
I would just like to say WOW this place blew my mind. I bought a dress from there about a year ago. I am now about 2 weeks out from my wedding and unexpectedly 3 months pregnant my...
original dress did not look right with my new body. The owners and brittany went above and BEYOND to not only find me a new dress that I loved and felt good in but get it altered in time for my wedding in two weeks. Alterations prices are fair and honest. Anybody in the ocean county area looking for a bridal salon look no further. Awesome customer service.
Absolutely awful experience. My first seamstress fought me on the train - I did not want one but she thought I should. They switched seamstresses without telling and had my dress...
for 4 months - I had to continually call each week to find the status of the dress. When they finally let me come in NONE of the alterations were done. Then they cut too much off - they didn’t do half of the alterations I asked for and still charged me $800. As I stood crying in my dress at my 3rd visit they told me it was fine and completely dismissed my feelings and forgot my name several times. They are cold, money hungry, and incompetent. Howard the manager should be ashamed of the store he runs. Order an overprice dress here and run with it. Do not let them touch you for alterations.
We absolutely LOVED Azaria Bridal. We wanted to go here because they allowed us to have a group of 6 (bride, mother of the bride and groom, plus my bridesmaids). Most other bridal ...
shops in NJ won’t let you have that many people in a group together but it was a fun experience for everyone. We booked an appointment online about 2 weeks in advance and it was very easy.
When we arrived we were given a huge viewing area with plenty of chairs and couches plus a giant dressing room. They let us bring champagne that we brought plastic flute for. We had our own bridal attendant Aurora who was so kind and patient.
I tried on about 20+ wedding gowns for about 1-2 hours as I really didn’t know where to begin. Every single dress was gorgeous! They also have price tags too so you can judge if you need to go up or down with your selections. All of my bridesmaids tried on a handful of dresses too which was a really nice experience for them.
Overall I recommend this place 10/10. They were so accommodating, friendly, and their dress selection was amazing!
