re the bride gave us free reign to pick any dress that was chiffon and matched her colors. A few of the other bridesmaids were using other companies, but I came straight to Azazie because I knew I could trust the quality and that they would help me fix issues if I had any arise later on.
I ended up purchasing a final sale dress + it arrived quickly, fit perfectly, was gorgeous, and was well within my budget (being a bridesmaid is expensive, so this sale deal was a huge blessing). Shortly after I found out that I am pregnant - an incredible surprise that we did not think would happen - but my perfectly fitting final sale dress is definitely not going to work when I am in the wedding later this year.
I messaged Azazie to see if they had a discount code I could use and they responded very quickly with way more than I asked for - they went above and beyond to find a solution for me even though I had agreed to all of the final sale terms. I am floored, but I should not have been surprised based on everything I know about Azazie. In addition to helping refund the dress, they were so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and personable in their communication. I couldn't stop crying happy tears. I don't know why I would ever buy a bridesmaids dress from anyone else when I know that with Azazie they will always have my back if I run into any issues. 10000% recommend.

I've them about 10 times within their call hours and every time I call I get the bot saying I am calling outside of their call hours. I emailed them on April 13th and I have not heard back from them. I tried talking with the customer service bot on April 14th and again on the 15th, however I was just told multiple times that my order is set to be delivered between April 6th and April 11th.

ress was great quality, super affordable and comfortable for all nine of my girls ranging in different sizes and shapes for all under $800 ( thanks to the big sale going on around that time). To my surprise, I received all of the dresses within 10 days! Each girl loved their dress but I did have to return one. The return process was great and efficient and my refund amount was sent directly to my account within that same week. I ordered another dress that also came pretty fast.
This past week, two of my bridesmaids let me know they were pregnant and may need a bigger size dress. I hastily called customer service to see if I can get any assistance since the return policy no longer applied. Camille was absolutely amazing at helping me not only return one of the dress, but gave me a discount for the other non-refundable dress so we can purchase another one. My fiance and I were eternally grateful! Our wedding party is pretty big so being able to afford buying our bridal party’s dresses & groomsmen accessories (bow ties &pocket squares) was a dream. phone call from a toll free phone number at the end of January providing her with the great news that someone had returned the dress she ordered, in the similar dimensions she needed, and that the dress would shipped out earlier than expected! Great, right? WRONG. ONE MONTH later, she receives an email being told that the dress AN EMPLOYEE called and told her would be shipped to her, is no longer in stock….. So now, with less than THREE MONTHS until our wedding, she has to scramble around to find another wedding dress. A full refund was provided, and a hilarious 10% discount coupon was offered. The dresses I truly wanted to try weren’t available for the at home try-on, but I gave the representative (Janie) my measurements and she helped reassure me with which styles would work best for my body type and recommended the custom size option. I was also assisted with choosing a veil that would go best with the dress and I finally felt confident in saying yes to an Azazie wedding dress. The customer service experience with this company made me feel better about choosing a dress online rather than a boutique. After my terrible experience with David’s bridal and no luck with any local boutiques, I found Azazie through a friend recommendation.
