The second time I used Azazie, they once again had lots of various styles but when my custom sized dress arrived, the measurements were terribly off. However, after double checking the measurements that I took and sent to Azazie to verify that it was their fault, I emailed the company and was able to get the majority of the cost of the dress and tailoring refunded to me. While the sad experience was my most recent, I am more than willing to try them again and hope that it was a one-time experience!

e to order them and then cancelled multiple times because they were not ACTUALLY in stock as it said on the website. I was finally able to try two dresses and ended up custom ordering one in my measurements. When I received the dress, one of the straps (that come in a separate small bag) was missing. I emailed them, assuming it would be very simple and they would just send me replacement straps. Instead, they are gaslighting me and telling me the Lorena dress is not supposed to come with straps and they refuse to send it. They said the one strap I received must have been an accident and goes with a different dress. The sample try on dress came with straps. I only ordered this dress because it had straps. The photos on their website show the model wearing it both with and without straps; people have reviews posted with straps. It makes no sense that they would try to pretend they simply do not exist. This is so stressful because the dress does not stay up without them. This company treats its customers so horribly.

Members of my bridal party lived in various places, as well has they varied in body shapes, complexion tones, and levels of comfort of the amount of skin shown. The showroom option and ability to order fabric samples made it so easy to show the bridesmaid dress shopping experience across the miles.

red a dress for my future MIL w/ customized sizing and it was made to perfection, it fit her very well. They also patiently helped me back and forth until I figured out the correct sizing for my future FIL tuxedo pants sizing. They waited on me to receive the item, try it, return it, ship a different size, until we finally found his correct size at the 3rd try. They kindly waives re-strocking fees.

It made coordinating multiple bridesmaids much easier, especially when everyone is in different locations and trying to find the right fit. We also took advantage of their sales, which made the dresses very affordable without sacrificing quality or style. Customer service was friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, Azazie made one of the most important parts of wedding planning simple, affordable, and stress-free. We were very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to future brides and bridal parties.

I appreciate that it's both quality and affordable, and the assortment of styles and consistent color swatches made the choice to go with Azazie a no-brainer. Having the colors be so consistent between dresses is so, so helpful so my bridesmaids can pick the style that they felt most comfortable in and still match for photos -- see my photo as an example, as all my bridesmaids except for one went with Azazie! I can't recommend them enough!

re the bride gave us free reign to pick any dress that was chiffon and matched her colors. A few of the other bridesmaids were using other companies, but I came straight to Azazie because I knew I could trust the quality and that they would help me fix issues if I had any arise later on. I ended up purchasing a final sale dress + it arrived quickly, fit perfectly, was gorgeous, and was well within my budget (being a bridesmaid is expensive, so this sale deal was a huge blessing). Shortly after I found out that I am pregnant - an incredible surprise that we did not think would happen - but my perfectly fitting final sale dress is definitely not going to work when I am in the wedding later this year. I messaged Azazie to see if they had a discount code I could use and they responded very quickly with way more than I asked for - they went above and beyond to find a solution for me even though I had agreed to all of the final sale terms. I am floored, but I should not have been surprised based on everything I know about Azazie. In addition to helping refund the dress, they were so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and personable in their communication. I couldn't stop crying happy tears. I don't know why I would ever buy a bridesmaids dress from anyone else when I know that with Azazie they will always have my back if I run into any issues. 10000% recommend.

order still says it is processing, not even shipped or packaged. It is currently April 16, 2026. Customer service has been abysmal to say the least. I've them about 10 times within their call hours and every time I call I get the bot saying I am calling outside of their call hours. I emailed them on April 13th and I have not heard back from them. I tried talking with the customer service bot on April 14th and again on the 15th, however I was just told multiple times that my order is set to be delivered between April 6th and April 11th.

I will be ordering my mother-of-the-bride dress very soon (waiting to lose more weight), however, I did already receive my shoes that I ordered. They are the rhinestone strap heels and I love them. Made of high quality material which is so elegant looking and comfortable to walk in. Thank you for your help Jane. I highly recommend Azazie for any formal event. 

was a straightforward process that required no packaging or shipping--just a drop-off at the local UPS store. I had my reimbursement the very next day. When I had a question, I got a live representative who could not have been more helpful. I felt like I was shopping at a store down the street. Wonderful experience!

ress was great quality, super affordable and comfortable for all nine of my girls ranging in different sizes and shapes for all under $800 ( thanks to the big sale going on around that time). To my surprise, I received all of the dresses within 10 days! Each girl loved their dress but I did have to return one. The return process was great and efficient and my refund amount was sent directly to my account within that same week. I ordered another dress that also came pretty fast.  This past week, two of my bridesmaids let me know they were pregnant and may need a bigger size dress. I hastily called customer service to see if I can get any assistance since the return policy no longer applied. Camille was absolutely amazing at helping me not only return one of the dress, but gave me a discount for the other non-refundable dress so we can purchase another one. My fiance and I were eternally grateful! Our wedding party is pretty big so being able to afford buying our bridal party’s dresses & groomsmen accessories (bow ties &pocket squares) was a dream. We are very happy to have used Azazie for all of our wedding needs. 10/10 company and customer service that truly understand “life happens”.

It was so refreshing to talk with someone who was a human and not a bot on the other end of a customer service email. Azazie was helpful in fixing it and they gave us a refund. I also ordered ties for the groom and groomsmen and everyone has been very satisfied.

phone call from a toll free phone number at the end of January providing her with the great news that someone had returned the dress she ordered, in the similar dimensions she needed, and that the dress would shipped out earlier than expected! Great, right? WRONG. ONE MONTH later, she receives an email being told that the dress AN EMPLOYEE called and told her would be shipped to her, is no longer in stock….. So now, with less than THREE MONTHS until our wedding, she has to scramble around to find another wedding dress. A full refund was provided, and a hilarious 10% discount coupon was offered. What a freaking JOKE. Anyways, don’t waste your time, money, or dreams with these people. ZERO stars.
