We used Aztec rentals for table setting rentals for our June 2022 wedding. They were wonderful to work with! I was previously using another company who went out of service and left...
me panicking just a few months before the wedding. The team at Aztec rentals were kind and helpful in getting new rentals set up for me. Since I am out of state, they were able to send me pictures of the table scape to make sure it was how I wanted it. Everything looked great the day of! I appreciate that they were able to drop off and pick up the items as well. It was a great experience and the pricing was very fair.
For my large wedding, we chose Aztec for our rentals. We rented plates, several types of glasses, and a few other random items. They were nice when I placed the order and accommoda...
ting to my request to pickup on Thursday before the wedding. And their prices for rental were pretty reasonable and on-par with other rental places.
I found their selection to be lacking, but they were really the only option nearby. They also did not have enough of certain items for me to order through them so I had to go elsewhere and buy some items.
When we arrived to pickup our order, after calling beforehand to make sure it was ready, it was in fact not ready. We had to wait around while they got everything together and they ended up missing some items so we had to go back again to pick those up.
Once we started pulling out the items, we noticed that every plate and glass needed to be washed. Washing almost 1000 glasses was not what I wanted to do the day before my wedding.
Once we returned the items, they said that we were missing some glasses and plates, but they counted them in the back so we had no way to confirm their count. We just had to go with that and pay the astronomical prices for their rental items ($13 for a plain white plate?).
Overall, I was not happy with my experience and probably should have gone somewhere else.
Highly Recommend! Aztec Rentals was wonderful to work with- I went into the store and picked out all of the tablecloths, napkins, plates, utensils, water glasses, etc, that I neede...
d for my wedding and it was done! Anything they didn't have on hand, they were able to get for me- which was necessary with a guest count of ~200. They worked perfectly with my wedding planner to coordinate drop offs and pick ups! Everything came already pressed, cleaned and easily labeled! It was a breeze and I would recommend for weddings and other events!
Aztec went above in beyond this past year working with me and my husband on our wedding. Lori and the rest of the crew helped me make my vision become reality. We were able to put...
things together in their showroom so that I could see how things would look together. They have amazing selections. We used a clear tent for our reception that was a unique touch. I wanted as much gold as possible and Aztec delivered! We had gold table runners, some gold tablecloths, and gold candelabra table toppers. I also appreciated how my vendors communicated with each other to create an A team. Our wedding day was the most perfect day because of our vendor team, which Aztec was a huge part of!
I used the Lynchburg Aztec Rental branch. They were very good about adding on last minute items, and changing things! The set up was longer than I expected, but it worked out in th...

We dealt with Lottie and she was very helpful, pleasant and professional. The equipment and chairs were exactly as we had expected. If we had another large event we would use the...

Although we didn't need to rent many things from Aztec, they did have the majority of what we needed. Some of the items seemed a little dated, and there wasn't a huge variety for ...
weddings, but we were able to rent a few tablecloths and a table that we needed for the ceremony. We also rented a punch fountain for our reception, which worked out perfectly and looked great!
Great products for a great price! Thanks!
I had already confirmed my table and chair rentals with Aztec from their Blacksburg as they had the best price in town and were able to rent me the dance floor and have us DIY it u...
nlike some of the other locations in town. This saved me a decent amount of money. At the last minute the weather forecast for the day of my wedding changed to include rain. This was honestly my only moment of sheer panic during the entire wedding planning process. I went over to the office four days before my wedding and they worked with my to add a tent to my order. Because of the short notice we were going to have to put it up ourselves but were assured that it wasn't that hard, and with all the help we had it wasn't. The fact that they were willing and able to help me with the tent in the eleventh hour was amazing and because of some other adjustments to my order it didn't end up costing me an arm and a leg either. It just goes to show you that sometimes all you have to do is ask and you'll get the answer you are hoping for.
Aztec were excellent at providing all of the rental items we requested. They were flexible with making last minute adjustments and overall they were very accommodating.
very wide variety of rentals available, all colors you could ask for in linens, modern and traditional designs. Best place to buy a runner with a pretty design.
I used Aztec Rental for my Chairs. I recieved excelent service. Loretta (IN Blacksburg) was awesome.
We rented a tent, 3 sides, an arch and 80 chairs. Thank god it wasn't raining during our ceremony like it was an hour prior because the top had slits and holes. We were only able t...
o use 2 out of the three sides because the window side had a HUGE gash throughout an entire portion. The 'white' arch had black marks all over it from being banged against other products in the truck. It looked so tacky. We were extremely dissatisfied with them after spending over $1000 for these so called quality rentals. They were the most damaged and aged things I think they could have given us.
We rental a tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, and an archway from Aztec. The cost of everything was so low and the quality was wonderful. So happy we found them!
Very helpful and great prices!
We were hesitant to use this company (based solely on the fact the website was less than helpful) but our wedding planner swears by them, so I said let's do it. Other than the fac...
t the large tent rentals are CRAZY expensive (which you'll run into anywhere you look), we were happy with their service. It definitely helps to have the wedding planner discount! Otherwise I might've looked elsewhere.
Aztec has ok customer service, a terrible website, and doesn't relay all information very well. They had great tables and chairs they delivered - almost a day late (which was scary...
) I might add. They also set up absolutely nothing when we were told we were paying extra in order to have everything handled and set up by them. The equipment was great but it's not like we had a choice of other vendors in this area.
I used Aztec Rental for the tent, tables, chairs, etc. at my wedding and was pleased with their service. They did not have a very good website up and running at the time of my wed...
ding (June 2011), so I had to make numerous phone calls to them, which was a bit inconvenient.
The actual products were great and in good condition. They were delivered a bit ahead of schedule, so that definitely relieved my stress about the event.
The only downfall was the price of the rental. Their tent prices are a bit steeper than most of their competitors, but I was willing to pay extra to ensure that I actually got our rented items on time.
Overall, Aztec was reliable and helpful throughout the process and I'd recommend them to anyone having a wedding in the southern VA area.
For prices, they are hard to beat. Selection is another thing. They didn't have enough of the colors that i needed. They also didn't have enough white table cloths, which I would t...
hink is the most common color to have. I ordered a white pipe and drape, and it was black, but they fixed it. The other bummer was that I could only use one of the sections because they gave us the wrong pipe. Overall things worked out.
Our wedding was held outdoors at our residence on Smith Mountain Lake. Therefore, everything from the dance floor, tents, chairs, tables, etc had to be rented and we couldn't be h...
appier with the selections available to us and service provided by Aztec. Everything was delivered for us a few days in advance and arrived just as we ordered it. Working with Aztec is reliable and providing of high quality materials and service. I would receommend them for any occassion.
Thank you Aztec for contributing to what was, so far, the best day of my life :)
Aztec rental was great to work with. They had everything I wanted and were able to pull things from their other locations if they didnt have it! I made many changes in the months ...
before my wedding and they were always polite and willing to help! We had no problems with the delivery, nothing was left out! The linens were gorgeous!
