id. We have no regrets with this decision as Carlos was one of the better vendors that we dealt with. He has a talent with storytelling and capturing key moments. I was also very pleased with his receptiveness to our suggestions and feedback. We were ultimately left with a video that exceeded our expectations within the expected deadline and I am so happy that we chose Azul Dreams. Carlos was nearly invisible on the day of the wedding but somehow captured all the important moments. I don’t think you can go wrong hiring Carlos to capture your special day!

ead the good reviews and watched their videos and really liked them. The wedding day went smoothly and I was looking forward to get the videos. I got a teaser a week after the wedding which I didn’t expect and was pretty satisfied.
But that was just a turning point and there was nothing but disappointment afterwards. When I asked when I can get the finished videos, I was told to check back with them after 6-8 weeks (which I didn’t have much expectation because the contract says 6 months). However, 2 months after my wedding, every time when I checked to see how everything was going, I was always reminded that the contract says the delivery time is 6 months and they will finish them by the deadline. I had to take a deep breath every time before I reached out to them. Well, it’s true that they are not breaking the contract since it’s not 6 months yet. But it just gives the feeling that their goal is just to meet the deadline so they are not in trouble, and making you feel guilty that you asked before the deadline. And I did not even get the raw footage (which just needs copy and paste to a USB drive) until 3 months after my wedding. A week before the 6 months deadline, I asked if I could get everything by that day, and what I heard is “I honestly don’t know but I can rush it”. Eventually I did get everything before the deadline, since I reminded him that we have a contract. But I was so disappointed to see the final video that I’ve been waiting for half a year. I’ve watched almost all their video on the website and this is not what I was expecting. The color is not consistent throughout the video, the sky was always super gloomy, and what is the worst, the image quality of the ceremony (apparently the most important part) is really noisy that looks like it’s taken by a phone. We went back and forth several times and it was still not resolved. When I asked for the audios of the ceremony that was recorded separately, which I suppose is part of the “raw material” that only requires copy and paste, I was even asked for an extra $50. Everything was just so ridiculous.
Carlos was fantastic in his approach. I couldn’t ask for a better service and overall production. I’m very pleased and will be recommending.

Azul Dream based on their passion which was contagious over the phone, attention to detail in their sample videos and transparency in conversation. They made planning easy. Carlos is very prompt in all communications and really captures the essence of the day. The highlights video is something we will cherish forever. They were prompt the day of and made sure to capture creatively beautiful shots that really wow. The drone footage blew us away and watching the highlights film felt like a movie. They are kind and upfront professionals who are insanely talented! We cannot recommend them enough! They exceeded every expectation.

ssionate about what he does. He was so helpful in deciding the timeline of our day to save us money and honest about what really matters in a cinematic film (like not needing hours of footage of people dancing vs. needing a lot of time pre-ceremony). Azul Dream was the easiest vendor to communicate with by far and we immediately felt confident choosing them.
The day of, he and his wife got to our venue much earlier than we asked them to so they could set up, figure out positioning, and shoot our venue. They recorded us reciting our vows to make sure they had clean audio for our highlight video, and even added on drone footage for us. They were both so comfortable to be around and we look natural and happy in our video because of it.
We added on raw footage so we wouldn't miss anything from our wedding and even in that, we could tell that he really has an eye for what he does. There were so many beautiful shots I never would have thought to capture that add so much to our highlight video. We can't stop watching it and I know it's something we will cherish forever. If you choose Azul Dream Films, you really won't regret it!

Carlos and his staff were there the day before the wedding during the wedding rehearsal so they can get acclimated with the castle (venue) and learn shot angles and positioning.

The day of, they did preparations of recording vows before the ceremony so in case the video picked up additional background sounds during the ceremony, they had it prerecorded to showcase our vows.
They took pictures of our guest greeting us, dinning with us and dancing with us!
