B. Loved Bridal

This was the first bridal salon I tried dresses on. While I didn't ultimately purchase my dress from here, I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Hannah was my associate. She immediately made me and my crew so comfortable and we had her undivided attention. She was so courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The salon is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I thought they had a great selection of dresses. Hannah, you are incredible! At all the other salons we went to afterwards and after interacting with different associates, we all kept saying "We miss Hannah!!"

This is the best bridal salon in the city! I went to a couple other places before b.loved and let me tell you, from the moment you walk in they make you feel so comfortable and they are just as excited as you are. The entire team was helpful and responsive especially during all the COVID19 craziness. They helped guide me to my dream dress and I could not thank them enough! I would recommend this bridal salon to anyone!

I would not go here if you are a size 12+. They did not have a single dress that I could try on. It was my first experience wedding dress shopping, and I left feeling horrible about myself and very discouraged when they have nothing they could pull up over my hips. I gave it two stars because at least the people there were pretty nice, but I would not recommend visiting here.

B.Loved is truly one of the places we recommend most as a Wedding Planner! They have not only a beautiful boutique, but wonderful staff who are very helpful and intentional in the way they work with their clients. They have a very unique and wide selection of gowns, so plenty to choose from!

Just picked up my wedding dress from B. Loved Bridal and it’s PERFECT! I went here on my very first day trying on dresses after going to another local dress store that left me feeling discouraged. From the second we walked into B. Loved it was a totally different and amazing experience. I worked with Lauren and she was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The dress I ended up falling in love with was one of her recommendations! Lauren is who I have dealt with for my whole dress process and she is just fantastic! It was such a personalized and special experience...everything you want dress shopping to be! Highly recommend!

B. Loved Bridal is a MUST for any bride who is dress shopping in Columbus! B. Loved happened to be my 3rd shop to go to and I was beginning to feel frustrated in the dress shopping process by the high pressure/lack of personalization from other shops. The staff at B. Loved made me feel so relaxed and did not pressure me at all. Because of their attention to detail and laid back approach I was able to find the dress of my dreams--an Alyssa Kristin, all crepe, square neckline dress. I am so thankful that this shop exist-- thank you, B.Loved, for helping me find a beautiful dress!!

From the SECOND I walked into b. Loved bridal everything changed. Lauren is the most phenomenal women in bridal. I’ve never felt more loved, Heard, & cared for from a complete stranger. I walked in the door and immediately saw what has been my dream dress from the moment I saw it online, a dress I couldn’t originally afford. This dress was their sample. Lauren got permission to SELL ME THE STOCK SAMPLE on a discount which made this dress fall into my budget. The second she opened the Curtain my mom & I cried, and I knew 100% this was THE DRESS. Don’t even bother going anywhere else. This is the BEST OF COLUMBUS

B. Loved Bridal was the last place I visited while looking for my wedding dress. I actually had another dress picked out at another shop, but decided to keep my appointment at B. Loved, and I am so glad that I did. The experience was very laid back but Lesley was very attentive and insightful about what exactly I was looking for. B. Loved had a large selection and also a large range in pricing as well. They also have a discounted rack with sample sizes that have been discontinued, which is always a good place to look. I picked out a few of my favorites from their beautiful selection, and Lesley brought me a couple that she thought were my style as well. I ended up finding two gowns that I loved (both Lesley had picked out) and went back a couple of weeks later for a follow up appointment to decide between the two. I had such a great experience here, and absolutely loved working with these ladies!

Lauren was incredibly helpful and patient, listening to my vision and helping to find the perfect look. She worked hard to piece together the parts of the dress that I liked to land on the perfect look. This was the 4th bridal shop that we visited and after countless frustration at other stores being told that my vision wasn't possible, Lauren made it happen. I wish we had started here! Lesley runs a great shop. Highly recommend Lesley and Lauren!

WOW! Our experience here was absolutely amazing! B. Loved was our first stop in my wedding dress search. After trying on three dresses, I quickly found what I thought could be my dress. Lesley could tell I was a bit overwhelmed and not ready to make a commitment that day. She suggested that I call two other stores in town and come back to her the next time I was in town. I listened to her advice and scheduled a few other appointments. I was so excited to come back to B. Loved for my second appointment. Lauren pulled out "the dress" and I fell in love all over again! This fantastic team made our experience delightful. They are kind and thoughtful - and the selection is absolutely beautiful. Every bride should run to this boutique! IT IS PERFECT.

I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and it’s because of the dress Lesley at B. Loved Bridal found for me. I had a very specific idea of the kind of dress that I wanted for my wedding, but every place I went, and every dress I tried it just wasn’t working. Although I ended up finding my "the one" dress at another store (not in Columbus), I found my runner up at B. Loved and my experience here was great. I chose to review this store simply because I think other brides would have great experiences here. Lesley was so helpful and after seeing some of my Pinterest pins, helped me narrow in on the style I liked. She pulled some really unique dresses I hadn't seen anywhere else and she carries some dress brands I didn't see elsewhere (and I had probably been to about 8 stores). I definitely recommend going to a smaller boutique rather than a large store and B Loved is adorabl! You will definitely have a personal experience here!

I first fell in love with B. Loved Bridal while out and about downtown. Their storefront is gorgeous, unique, and inviting. You pass by and leave feeling like you'd want to try on every dress they have. My appointment with B. Loved was the best I could've imagined. Working with Lesley was fantastic! She got to know my style and my vision for my wedding. After trying on a beautiful selection of dresses, the first dress ended up being "the one". If you've just started your search or are still looking for your dress, I highgly suggest booking an appointment with B. Loved!

I tried on wedding dresses there but ultimately didn't buy one. I found a dress I loved elsewhere but just wanted to say how nice and accommodating the staff at B.Loved is. I had a mediocre experience with another shop where I actually bought my dress so when I needed a belt for my dress I decided to go back to B.Loved. Just like when I originally tried on dresses there they were accommodating, patient, kind and professional. They squeezed me in for a same day appointment and were truly friendly. They have absolutely gorgeous dresses there (and accessories) and I'm happy I went back to make my accessory purchase there. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Loved Lesley and B. Loved Bridal! Had a great experience finding my dress here - came here because they carried the designer I wanted, and she just happened to have the exact dress I wanted to try on! She also recommended a fabulous alterations lady!

I can't say enough good things about B. Loved Bridal Boutique! My appointment was easy to book and the stylist was easy going and friendly. She really took into consideration the style of dresses I liked and made knowledgable additions to the dresses I tried on. I found several dresses I really liked and after a week went back to purchase the one I couldn't stop thinking about. I tried the dress on again with Lesley and she talked me through the timeline and assured me that my dress would make it in time for my wedding. I never felt pressured or rushed to buy a dress at B. Loved like I did at other stores. They never showed me anything out of my price range or tried to push accessories. It was clear to me that they genuinely enjoy what they do and helping brides find the best dress. I had a such a positive experience at B. Loved, absolutely loved my dress, and highly recommend to any bride!

B.Loved was probably one of the best things that happened to me through the whole planning process. Lesley was so sweet, knowledgeable about fashion/style and took the time to find out the mood I was going for so she could help find the perfect dress. She knew what dress I would fall in love with even before I did! She was not only a pleasure to work with but also directed me to my florist and photographer. She was invaluable to me as a bride with no idea what I was doing!! Highly recommend her boutique to anyone any day :)

I had a *fantastic* experience at this lovely store in downtown Columbus on Saturday. My mom and I were the only ones in the store, and we felt *very* special. It's hard to find that at bridal boutiques! My consultants listened to me every step of the way and worked hard to only pull dresses based on my (evolving) taste in gowns and vision for my wedding. They have an amazing array of tasteful, fashion-forward gowns that looked absolutely stunning, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I *loved* the personal attention! While I ultimately found my dress at another studio, my decision was in no way based on my experience at B. Loved—I had a wonderful morning trying on dresses! At no point did I feel pressured to buy the dress or make any promises. In fact, B. Loved was the studio most open to me visiting other salons; they recognize that each studio has a different selection, and they encourage you to keep your options open. After trying on endless dresses at many other locations I came across B Loved Bridal. I found my dress in no time! B Loved was so easy to work with and they recommend the most fabulous place to get alterations done as well! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and I could have stayed there all day trying on dresses! I am so glad I got to get my dress from such an amazing place, owned by such amazing people!

I cannot rave enough about my experience at B. Loved! Lesley, the owner, received us with open arms and let me try on everything that my heart desired. She gave me good advice, options and ideas. She also let us take pictures, this is HUGE for me, because I believe you should have time to think about such a significant investment, and how the heck are you supposed to think and ponder without any pictures? If you're looking for a unique gown and a variety of price points, this is the bridal salon for you!

BEST SERVICE! I cannot say enough good things about this boutique! I almost gave up shopping for my dress in Columbus, I went to a lot of bridal stores and none of them gave me that special bridal feeling every girl should have. B. I have known Lesley both as a partner for shoots and as a bride for my own wedding. Above and beyond the amazing and beautiful dresses that you will find at B.Loved (most of which are not available anywhere else in the midwest) the experience of working with Lesley to find my perfect dress could not have been any better!
