is refundable after booking " in my opinion they should make sure they word this differently to not confuse people. I took that as after my appointment I would get the $50 back and it was like a holding fee (kind of like a security deposit). THEN when I reached out about this (politely) I got a very cold response that you could tell was just copied and pasted with no empathy at all.
In my opinion dress shopping is a BIG DEAL and should be one of the best experiences in the wedding process there is. Do car salesman charge you for an appointment? NO . This is the same thing. I would have never kept this appointment if I knew this. There was plenty of other bridal salons that didn't do this.

They also have a discounted rack with sample sizes that have been discontinued, which is always a good place to look. I picked out a few of my favorites from their beautiful selection, and Lesley brought me a couple that she thought were my style as well. I ended up finding two gowns that I loved (both Lesley had picked out) and went back a couple of weeks later for a follow up appointment to decide between the two.
