If you are lucky enough to get Meghan and her team to be your wedding planners book it now. It will be the best decision you will ever make. From day one setting up the planning st...
ructure, to all the vendor meetings culminating in the weekend's events Meghan was enthusiastically engaged, meticulously prepared, and running the show with an amazing attitude that got people to happily stay on task. Hard to choose one thing that impressed me most but would have to be the way she handled the weather issues and related logistics. It was planned as an outdoor wedding and the weather did not co-operate. Meghan did not give up without a fight and went to great lengths to set everything up outside even though she knew it most likely wouldn't happen. This was a lot of extra work for her, and her team and she did not have to go that extra 3 miles, but she did. When it became clear the weather would not allow an outdoor ceremony she scrambled and came up with an amazing alternate plan for the ceremony and cocktail party that turned out absolutely perfect. My daughter had insisted she did not need a wedding planner. Luckily, she came around. Not only was a wedding planner absolutely essential to this process but I'd be shocked if another wedding planner exists who could have pulled this off as Meghan did. So grateful to Meghan and her team. We now know who the first call will be made to when our younger daughter gets married!
Meghan and I have worked together on a handful of weddings (her planning, my band playing) and she is spectacularly organized, understanding and generous with her time and communic...
ation. As a fellow wedding vendor, we're all in this industry together, figuring out our clients needs/wants and making sure things work effortlessly on the day. It's really easy to separate the planners who know what's up from those who don't. Meghan is totally crushing it! If you're wanting a planner who genuinely cares - book her!!! Yaaaas Meghan! You're amazing! xx Liz Tobias from SAB
Meghan is the best. Always love working with B. Merry Events for weddings, corporate and private parties. Book them, if you can!
Meghan is simply the best. Period. I work in catering in Chicago and my one request was not to have to work on my own wedding. Meghan made sure that I got what I wanted. She was th...
ere every step of the way. She even hand picked our wedding venue for us! We flew in from out of town to see venues and when we came back unsuccessful I decided I needed help. I called Meghan and she pointed us in the right direction. We ended up booking the venue with out even seeing it. That's how much you can trust Meghan. She is an absolute pro. She knows all of the vendors, which means they work extra hard for her. She had things so perfect for us that we still joke that she even controls the weather. I mean, 75 and a perfectly sunny day for an outdoor wedding?! It could not have been more perfect, all thanks to her! She is a total rockstar. Do not look any further, the best decision you can make for your wedding day is b merry!
I am not exaggerating when I say that Meghan at b Merry was the glue that held my wedding together. I was not the type of bride who had everything planned from the moment I got eng...
aged.... in fact there was much about planning a wedding that I was unaware about. Meghan helped me create a vision and schedule for the day, recommended a stellar team of other vendors including both my photographer and hair/makeup artist, and pulled it all together on the actual wedding day. She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to any couple getting married in Maine!!
