to say, that says ALOT about B Street Benny. Having been to a ton of weddings and hearing the same Motown or pop hits, my husband and I wanted variety from 70s, 80s, and 90s classics to New Orleans funk, we got it ALL with this band. Their song list is endless and it’s absolutely amazing how each song played sounded exactly like the original hit. The band even learned songs from some of our favorite local artists in order to enhance our day even more. Not to mention, the entergy they brought to the entire wedding was next level! From start to finish there was a huge crowd on the dance floor.. even having to drag people off in the end. People are still talking about B Street Benny almost a year later and many of our friends plan on booking them in the future. Not to mention, Brad and TJ were an absolute joy to work with. They spent quality time engaged in every conversation and immediately understand our music tastes. Look no further when it comes to booking B Street Benny if you want insanely talented acoustics, vocals, and an endless music variety that will keep people talking for years!

To me, that shows the time spent building a relationship to truly deliver a customize experience. Our wedding was July 1st in Huntsville, AL. It was a bit of a drive, but they were wonderful about keeping travel costs to a minimum and not up charging to make a few extra bucks. Susan and I’s wedding was nothing like Taylor’s. Our song choices were different and quite some time had passed giving us plenty of new choices. But I was truly shocked at just how different we were able to make it. Tj and Brad spent time discussing and designing the song list specifically to our likes and dislikes. We are a very religious family so it is important to us that all of our music choices reflected that. We discussed some contemporary songs that we liked but had lyrics that our parents and grandparents may not be so fond of. They were certain to edit and change lyrics. For us, it showed their attention to detail and their commitment to listening to their clients. If you want to have a wedding celebration that is truly yours - not a carbon copy party that someone had last week - you have NO choice but to hire B Street Benny

were we able to reboot B Street Benny, but they applied our first deposit towards our new contract. We were scheduled for Oct 2020. All we all know what happened then. So, another postponement to Nov of 2021. But as we had lots of guests traveling and Covid was once again on the rise, we had to postpone - again. Aug of 2022! Since our initial contract, cost of travel rose drastically and logistics became a bit of a nightmare, but Brad and TJ handled the entire situation very professionally. They were completely transparent about travel costs (Richmond, Virginia) and while it did increase our initial rate, it was not for sake of profit by any means. Our day finally arrived and it was perfect. B Street Benny provided classical guitar for ceremony and of course their reception band. The next statement is all you need to know about B Street Benny’s performance. My little sister got engaged the week before my wedding. She’s planning a wedding in England in 2024. She’s planning on having B Street Benny celebrate with our family once again. And my dad thinks they’re worth the costs and then some.

They truly made our wedding incredibly memorable and ensured everyone was engaged and having fun the entire night. The thing we wanted most from our wedding was it to be one big party for our guests and B Street Benny delivered! Not only do they sound incredible, but they are extremely easy to work with and professional. They chatted with us multiple times throughout the year leading up to our wedding and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable as wedding date approached. B Street Benny has a HUGE song list and can cater the set list to virtually anything that you and your guests require. They are able to play everything from classic oldies, hair-band 80s rock, alternative 90s, and any genre from today. Song list aside, B Street Benny understands how to structure and execute your song list throughout the evening. They understand what types of songs should be played while guests are still mingling and eating and which songs to play when it is an all-out dance party! This seems subtle but the way they have a pulse on the room and react with their music accordingly was probably my favorite thing about them! My wife and I have already recommended them to our friends who will be getting married in the near future and if for some reason I have a need to plan an event with live music, B Street Benny will be the first and only band I call! So incredibly grateful to B Street Benny for helping to make our wedding a perfect night!

been non-stop, and at least two have inquired about how to hire them for an event. The reception was a blast, with great music and almost non-stop dancing. I would recommend booking them or checking their schedule when you pick your wedding date if you want to have a great party with live music and dancing at the wedding reception, they are that good!!! The female vocalist is fabulous and has a Janis Joplin, Melissa Etheridge type voice. The male vocalists are also very good and the band is very talented, which allows the band to provide diverse music. My wife and I had been to a wedding reception in New Orleans where they performed and assumed my friend paid a fortune to book them. I was surprised that they would travel to Baton Rouge and that their fee was quite reasonable. When I found out what they charge and that they would come I booked them immediately, as I knew the reception would be great with them playing. They did not disappoint. I have been to two events now where they performed, and they are absolutely one of the best cover bands I have heard. They play a diverse range of music to appeal to all ages. I can't imagine how the reception would have gone without them. Everyone raved about the music at the reception. They have a song list, and allowed us to pick special songs outside the list for bride and groom dance, etc. and to pick songs on the list we liked that we wanted to hear. I recommended and requested a number of songs and gave them latitude to adjust to the feel of the party. It was perfect. Every song was great. The dance floor was packed. Once the party got in full swing, the floor never emptied as every song was a hit. They were easy to work with as well. They gave us a contract, worked very hard, showed up early and were ready to go on time; were very professional and only took one very short break while they gave us background MP3 music for the tossing of the garter and bouquet and cake cutting. The break flew by and they were at it again quickly to keep the party moving. If you need a great band for a wedding reception where you want your guests to dance and have fun, I would definitely choose them.

B Street Benny was even able to completely handle our second line, not only the band, but also the entire permitting process with the NOPD. We didn't have to stress about anything. All of this doesn't even talk about how great the band was. They were a blast all night and kept the dance floor moving!
