B2Z were exceptional to work with. We found them at the last minute when we had to cancel our previous transport service because they were charging us far too much. B2Z was affordable and easy to communicate with. We need transport from the 33015 area to the 33030 area and back at separate times. The total was about $600. We then added one additional stop on the way home that would allow us to drop my daughter off at her home. We added this on about 5 days prior to our service and it was no hassle at all and only for an additional $50. The drivers were attentive, prompt, and extremely courteous. We transported 12 people on the way there and 9 on the way back. The first sprinter was a tiny bit run down (some of the leather was already coming off) but the AC worked perfectly and we had lots of space. I wish there was something to hang outfits from because we had to place them on the back which took up the back 4 seats. Regardless, we made it work with the help of the driver. The second sprinter that took us home was in better shape. They answered all our questions, verified addresses, and took our advice on using google maps vs. waze and vice versa. We are happy to have found them and partnered with them!
