I really wanted to wear my hair natural for my wedding and babybangz was one of the few salons (the only salon to my knowledge) that has services dedicated to styling and consultin...
g natural hair. I was relieved! I had my wedding consultation with Jameika and she jumped right in giving me style recommendations even without having a dress or hairstyle in mind. Her creativity fit my vision perfectly. For the followup appointment, they had forgotten to set a date for it, but as soon as I got in contact with them they set up my appointment right away. One more thing I would improve is the check out time. A few times I visited the salon I waited a long time just to pay for my hair.
Other than that, I loved the quality of each appointment! The second appointment allowed me to see how my hair would look on my wedding day which was a huge plus. I was very happy we did this because it allowed me to tweak the style perfect for the big day. On my wedding day, Jameika showed up promptly and did an amazing job on my hair (my mom's hair too). I got so many compliments on how defined my curls looked and how nourished they were! Plus, I was able to wear the style for a few more days! Highly recommend them if you really want to keep your hair natural on your wedding day. They are well worth it.

e an appointment. BEST DECISION EVER!
When I first met with my stylist, Jameika, for a consultation, I knew I had come to the right place. Not only did she have a huge smile and warm demeanor, but it was obvious that natural hair is her passion. Jameika knows her stuff.
During the consultation, she assessed the condition of my hair, worked with me to tailor a plan to get my hair healthy, and made great recommendations on hair products (not all great products have to be expensive) and styles.
I left Babybangz with an amazing style, a plan for keeping my hair healthy for my wedding and beyond, and have finally found a salon to call home.
Overall, Babybangz has a great welcoming vibe. All the stylists I interacted with were friendly, considerate, and all about ensuring clients where comfortable and satisfied with their experience. This is definitely a place to keep going back to.
