Babysitting Logistics provides elevated, professionally managed childcare for weddings and exceptional events. We specialize in supporting families so couples and guests can remain fully present, knowing their children are cared for with intention, expertise, and discretion.
This is not traditional babysitting. Our teams consist of professionally employed, W-2 caregivers and event nannies who are insured, background-checked, and trained to operate within luxury environments. We work seamlessly alongside planners and venues to align with timelines, guest flow, and event standards.
From infants through adolescents, including children with specialized medical or developmental needs, our caregivers are experienced, adaptable, and poised under pressure. Every detail is thoughtfully managed, allowing your celebration to unfold effortlessly.
Babysitting Logistics is trusted by private clients, luxury venues, nonprofit partners, and large-scale events. We accept a limited number of weddings each year to ensure the highest level of care and service.
