r song list is impressively deep, and they were able to help us put together a mashup for the father/daughter dance. I’m a big live music fan so we went with an 8 piece band -- the most our venue could fit. On the night of our wedding they were the highlight of the night. Everyone, even the people who religiously don’t dance, was on the dance floor, and months later we’re still getting comments on how Bachelor Boys were the best wedding band they’d ever heard. Their Motown covers were undoubtedly the high point, with everyone joining in the dancing. If you're on the fence, just book them — you won't regret it.

They also provided sound support for the ceremony and cocktail hour (which we were especially grateful for, as this was a fairly last minute request because we hadn’t realized we would need it!). All of this was very reasonably priced. Bachelor Boys was terrific from the planning phase through the wedding night. Alex was so organized and thorough, and was always incredibly responsive to questions. The band was receptive to our few song requests. On the day of the wedding, the band was truly wonderful, playing a versatile setlist that kept the dance floor absolutely packed, and Calli was an amazing emcee. We received so many rave reviews from guests of all ages afterwards about the band and really felt like they made the night. We highly, highly recommend!

ng! They ask many questions and have many forms to fill out but all is SO worthwhile. They absolutely blew the roof off the place. We chose the 7 piece band for the reception, and that was JUST right for our size wedding. The horn section was the added touch that made ALL the difference in the world. We have both male and female singers and both could sing in every register to they traded songs as needed and the harmonies were fantastic! I would highly recommend Bachelor Boys Band as the entertainment for your next function. They even learned two songs from my band from 30 years ago to play, and they absolutely CRUSHED the songs perfectly...guitar solos, singing, drums, everything was absolutely spectacular. We also had a jazz duo for the cocktail hour and a string duo for the ceremony...it all could not have gone any better or more smoothly! Highly HIGHLY recommend them!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all in different locations around the same property.    Leading up to the event, communication was excellent and Taylor was incredibly transparent with the information the team needed. We used the website heavily in the planning process since they provided a sample wedding timeline, and we tailored that timeline to better fit our event. This same timeline was eventually shared with the venue, catering, and wedding coordinator who all were very appreciative. We were able to meet with Taylor over the phone and made sure that the venue was appropriate for the size of the band and ensured that the band was the correct size for the type of music we wanted. We provided ~30 songs for a sample playlist and the band was able to run from there and fill the rest of the time with other songs in the same genera.   The day of the event went great and we had no complaints to report back. They were able to learn/play our first dance song so that it would be live music which we both very much appreciated. The band was flexible with the various locations and adapted seamlessly, leaving no “adjustment time” between each segment of the day. The band played at the perfect volume for the inside reception area where it kept people on the dancefloor but didn’t blow any eardrums. Feedback from our guests was all exceptional and many were very impressed with the vocals and overall talent of the band.   To summarize- communication, recommendations, planning, flexibility, performance, and talent of this band far exceeded our expectations and we were incredibly happy with our choice to have the Bachelor Boys apart of our day.

e wanted a live band for our wedding reception instead of a DJ. Music is a major part of our lives and our story, so we were determined to find a band that could perform a versatile repertoire, sounded clean with talented musicians, and offered a horn line (my husband is a trumpet player, so this was a non-negotiable). Aside from having a thorough website with music samples from many genres, we loved that the Bachelor Boys Band played demo shows at Kingfly Spirits in the Strip (Pittsburgh, PA). This allowed us to actually hear the band live instead of only relying on recordings or videos. During the demo performance, they played two sets with a variety of well-known songs from many genres. Musicians and combos also rotated in and out to give listeners the full scope of the band’s offerings and capabilities. After attending with parents and a friend, we were so excited to book. We even attended a second demo performance with some family members just to hear them play again after booking them for our event! We worked with Andrew during our booking and planning process. He provided us with detailed information and was quick to address every question. The planning page made it easy to lay out every detail of our event including contact information, the day-of timeline, and specific music requests. We loved how the band was so willing to achieve our vision and allowed us to fully customize offerings and tailor them to our vision. They were willing to play some of our special songs live, were open to playing recorded versions of special songs so we could hear a specific version, and used our music preferences to create an incredibly fun, high energy setlist! During the band’s short breaks, they used a Spotify playlist specially curated by my husband and I, but will also develop their own if requested. Again, they will work to fulfill their clients’ vision. The day of the wedding, we had a cocktail hour trio, MC services, and an 8 piece band with Vince serving as our band lead. They made our reception an absolute breeze and SO FUN. My husband continuously looked at me and said, “This is the best money we ever spent.” Our guests had a fantastic experience and continue to rave about how much they loved the band. I highly recommend prioritizing your music entertainment for your wedding or other special event. Their voices were amazing, but they also interacted with the guests and came onto the dance floor which was so much fun! Leading up to the wedding day, the communication from Amber was great. She was very responsive and helped answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this band for anyone’s wedding!

case. We thought there were many great vocalists that performed, but Calli was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! We were lucky enough that she was able to be our MC for our wedding. She was accompanied by Osneil (sp?), who was also incredible. The entire band was super tight in their performance throughout the night and we could NOT have been happier with the decision to go with BBB. Overall, we went with a 7-piece band, jazz trio for cocktail hr, and added the option for stage lighting. The whole process was seamless. Alex was quick to respond to any questions in the months leading up to the wedding. You cannot beat the value of booking with BBB-- bands can be very costly, especially for weddings, but their prices are beyond fair, and without any compromise!

Logistically, the band was responsive on questions and made the planning process very easy. We heard many compliments from our guests during and after the reception on how impressed they were with the band's performance. The band went above and beyond by learning our first dance song so that they could perform our first dance song live. Additionally, the band was flexible on the sets by playing longer sets and only taking one break which kept the dance floor full and the party going!

ing dinner. We made a playlist of the type of stuff we like; and though we weren’t explicitly asking them to learn all those songs, they played nearly every song on the list. (Some of the songs we knew they could play because they have a Spotify site of some of their covers). They fulfilled every little request we made, and then went further. Even little details like the recorded music they played between their sets was curated for us. We walked out of the ceremony, and later, down the staircase for the first dance, to their live instrumental renditions of two of our favorite songs, and those remain some of my most vivid moments of the day. Bottom line is, if you’re considering a band, you probably already know how much cooler and more dynamic it is than a DJ — but only if the band is good. This band is high-quality, both in their musicianship and their professionalism.

n and had all generations on the dance floor. I can’t express enough the importance of a seasoned MC either. My husband and I walk out to start our first dance, the band hits play on our requested song, and in the first spin, my hair gets caught on my husband’s jacket buttons. After my husband’s sister helped us out of the bind, we laughed and awkwardly went to continue our dance. Our MC was so quick to say “let’s start this one over!” The crowd was laughing, we were laughing, and it just set the best tone for the rest of our dance. We had a blast. So thankful for the immensely talented band who made our wedding a concert.
