I did change my mind a couple times about flowers, but they were very patient despite the extra communication. Overall, their customer service and expert staff took a tremendous amount of stress off of me, the bride, knowing they handled everything once we "placed the order", confirmed the contract details, and committed to the sale.

heir prices are high but I decided to go with them because they are a well known vendor and they delivered. Fast forward to my wedding day, I was not thrilled with what was delivered. I obviously used the florals for my wedding because it was too late, but they were nothing like what I had imagined with the design team. My colors were burgundy with greenery so we chose different types of greenery with white mini calla lilies and added the burgundy leucadendron to have color. The leucadendron matched the bridesmaid dresses when selecting, but they were almost brown on my wedding day. If they were not ready to be used on the day, Bachman's should have contacted me to choose another flower. It was the only color I had in my bouquet and it looked bland. And the bouquets were tighter and smaller than I imagined. I thought at $150, my bouquet would be large and flowing. Also, the corsages and boutonnieres were so small. At $20-$30 a piece, I can't believe how small they were. The boutonnieres I understand because they are pinned and have to fit on a lapel, but the wrist corsages for my mother, MIL, grandmother, SIL, and step-mother were so small they were worthless. I am extremely disappointed and DO NOT recommend using Bachman's for your wedding day.

We originally met with Kristi in November who (supposedly) took notes on our preferences and promised to follow up with a contract. A couple of months later I still hadn't heard from her, so I contacted Bachman's only to find that she'd left! Without setting up an email auto-response. She also hadn't left notes on what type, color, etc of flowers we'd talked about. Luckily Cindy apologized, took over our order and collected all of that information. Jen did a fantastic job putting everything together, although I never met her in person. Overall I'd highly recommend Bachman's as a wedding florist, and I don't think that communication will be an issue for them going forward given the specific people involved with my issue.

My first visit to the Plymouth location I told the sales associate I was looking to speak with someone about wedding flowers and he said they couldn't help because they were closing. I went a second time to the Plymouth store, which is when they told me they don't do wedding flowers here, it's only at the Lyndale location. She gave me the phone number and said to just deal with it through that store. I then called the store, explained the wedding flowers, and they forwarded me to the event department where there was no answer. So. I drove to the Lyndale store. When I got there, they informed me that the event florist wasn't here, and gave me her card. They also NOW said that I needed to schedule an appointment. Maybe most people know this...but I'm not "in" the wedding world, I had never heard of a floral appointment, and none of the 4 other people I had talked to mentioned this. When I got the card for the event coordinator, I left a message and it took at least two days for her to call back....but not leave a voicemail. I called again, no answer, she called back again four days later. By this time I was so frustrated with the experience that I have since booked my flowers elsewhere. I believe they would have done a great job but the whole process made me think it would be difficult dealing with them and I wasn't interested anymore. The next florist I tried booked me an appointment (new brides this is a thing) for that same day, and I had a deposit paid the same day...SO much easier.

About two weeks before the wedding, I had not heard from Kristi, so I decided to reach out to set up a meeting to go over the small details for the big day and confirm what flowers we would be using that were now in season. Kristi did not end up showing up to this scheduled meeting. I was told by one of the Bachman family members how apologetic they were for Kristi missing the meeting and how they would go out of their way to "make it right". Still not sure what that meant exactly. A few days later, I was able to set up a time to meet with Kristi again. This time she did show up, however the flowers she had presented in this meeting looked absolutely nothing like the original sample bouquet nor was it similar in any way to the inspiration photos that I had shared in the initial meeting. I genuinely thought she may have mixed me up with another client, that is how far off this bouquet was. I shared these concerns with Kristi in the meeting and she repeatedly assured me, very vaguely, that "everything will be beautiful" . Two days before the wedding, there was a sample bouquet sent to a family member. It still looked completely different from what we had discussed. In all of the stress surrounding the couple days before the wedding, I had to reach out to Kristi to ask her to basically start from scratch and go back to what we had originally discussed in our initial meeting. This was immensely upsetting and not the kind of stress I needed at that time. Miraculously, Kristi showed up the day of the wedding (3hrs earlier than originally scheduled) to set up and brought with her flowers that surprisingly matched the decor and was exactly what I was looking for in the beginning. Though in the end the flowers did work out, I was still extremely disappointed by the service and organization of our coordinator. I felt that she was scattered, unreliable, and not a very good listener. I would recommend using Bachman's to any bride, just make sure you are able to have someone more dependable help you through the process.

comparing to the consult, where Kristi went and grabbed real flowers to give a demonstration of the arrangement. I gave her a "range" of colors that the bridesmaids would wear, and she did a great job with a color plan. There was an odd order of events with the contract and confirming my booking, but it all worked out fine. I would recommend to pay for the delivery, time and peace of mind is worth it. I just wish I would have had a better idea of the size of bridal bouquet that was being created, it was absolutely beautiful, but double the size I needed, I wonder if my low budget could have gone further with a smaller bridal bouquet.

. I am a visual person so she even grabbed examples of flowers while we were right there in the store. I recommend getting the delivery + set-up service because it was absolutely amazing. A few days before the wedding I dropped off all of our centerpieces and decorations that involved flowers and the day of Bachman's delivered the flowers and set everything up! The delivery was on time and made my day that much less stressful. They are reliable and amazing at what they do! Go with Bachman's!

She said Bachman's would call a week before my wedding to confirm everything. Monday evening (5 days before my wedding) I called them as I hadn't heard from them and was told by a rude customer service person that my order didn't exist. I was told to call on Tuesday (which was the 4th of July) and talk to the wedding consultants. Called on Tuesday and was VERY rudely told again that my order didn't exist and that the wedding consultants were off for the holiday and to call on Wednesday. Now the panic sets in. On Wednesday, it took multiple phone calls for me to get a wedding consultant on the phone and me taking a half day off of work in preparation to go to Bachman's myself to deal with my flower order. I was told Wednesday that they had my order everything was good. Saturday, the day of the wedding, my mother, sister, and I arrive at Bachman's to pick up my flowers all dressed and ready. They can't find the order!!! They looked for about 20 minutes and finally found it. Overall, the flowers were okay. The boutonnieres were SO small for what I paid for them. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquet were NOT in the color scheme I ordered. I ordered everything bright pink and got bright pink roses, and pale pink or ivory colored flowers. I brought this was up to the woman who brought me my order and was rudely told there was nothing she could do. I selected Bachman's as they were on my venue's preferred vendor list and now I am regretting it. The customer service is lacking. There was a lot of unneeded stress in the few days before my wedding (including myself taking a half day off of work and using valuable vacation time to fill it) and on the day of. I am also unhappy that my bouquets were NOT what I ordered.

The receipt showed incorrect amounts of the flowers, and showed that my card had been over -charged (this was after asking for the receipt several times). It took several days for anyone to get back to me, while I'm panicking that my order is all wrong. Kristi finally got ahold of me and talked me off the ledge, and reimbursed my card- no problem! Another few hiccups later.... Two days out from the wedding, I get a call saying there is a problem with my delivery. While planning on picking the flowers up the day before the wedding (as we had discussed in the consultation), this representative said that that was a terrible idea and my bouquet would wilt by the wedding! Alarmed, I shuffled the wedding day schedule around to accommodate the 9 am pick-up, which just happened to be as hair appointments began. My friend goes to pick up the flowers, and they are not there. We finish our hair appointments (unfortunate since the missing flowers were for the bridesmaids hair) and I march over to Bachman's with my hair and make-up and veil, tearing up from the frustration at having to make an administrative stop on the way to the venue on my wedding day. I will say that Kristi again saved the day- driving the flowers over herself when she heard about the mix up, refunding me the entire cost of the flowers that couldn't be used because hair appointments were over (we ended up attempting it ourselves later, with moderate success), and apologizing profusely. I had the best perception of Bachman's going into this and was frankly baffled by my terrible experience. But again, all said and done, they owned up to the mistakes, amended the problems the best they could, and I loved my bouquet in the end.

o set the flowers up at the reception venue. Due to poor communication, our reception venue person set up all of the flowers before our Bachman's designer showed up because the person who delivered the flowers made it sound as though no one was coming to set them up. The flowers and centerpieces turned out absolutely gorgeous, it was the lack of communication that was not so gorgeous.

large florist. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted and although flowers weren't really that important to me, I wasn't sure if they'd be able to get my vision. They definitely did, and then some! The flowers were perfect; lush, fresh and smelled amazing. I thought the price (for what I wanted anyway) was really reasonable and was cheaper than many of the smaller florists I looked into. I would definitely recommend.

I didn't know I wanted! Our wedding was in Eden Prairie, and they even went the extra mile by shipping our flowers to the EP location instead of making us drive to the main location to pick them up the morning of the wedding (which was great since we had a noon ceremony and everyone was so busy). I would definitely recommend them!

of the delivery and the degree to which the flowers were different from what we discussed. Initially they told us that they could only do an hour delivery window, which did not work since we needed them there at a specific time. They then assured us the flowers would get there between 12:30 and 1pm, which made me happy. But then they ended up delivering them to the church at 11am; we were very lucky someone was there to receive them. I didn't think anyone would be there that early on a Saturday morning, and we were busy getting ready at the hotel. I don't know what would have happened if they had delivered them and there was no one there. The second issue was how different the flowers looked from what we discussed. The only arrangement she warned me might look different and smaller was the altar arrangements. However, the altar arrangements had these strange palm frond/fern looking greenery sticking out prominently that were never in the photos I showed. Also, the inspiration photos for my bridal bouquet showed barely pink blush flowers. The roses in the one I received were bright, barbie pink. When a bridesmaid called Bachman's about the issue, Cathy came out to replace those stems, which I thought was really great service. The mother corsages were also smaller than what we discussed and I had not been told in our consultation that those would need to be sized down to stay in budget. Overall, the flowers were pretty nice and the value was ok. Cathy was great and I was happy my bridal bouquet was fixed.

updates timely. Two weeks before the wedding the confirmation email did not include half of the flowers I ordered and confirmed months prior. When I called about it, the person answering the phone stated I was the one who was wrong. Eventually the Director was involved and was told she would resolve it. She was also slow to follow up on commitments and I had to call back yet again. After being told everything was going to be handled, it was not. When the flowers arrived the day of the wedding my bridal bouquet was not at all what was discussed, not was the groom's flowers. All other bouquets contained specific items I said not to include and the centerpieces were tiny. I would have been better off walking into Bachman's and buying a $20 bouquet the morning of, compared to what I ordered. The "replacement" bridal bouquet and groom's pin did not make it on time for the ceremony. After the event I followed up with the Director who offered a small refund based on my experience. I am sorry, my wedding day and pictures with sub-par flowers are something I will never get back. All I ask as a consumer is that I get what I pay for and Bachman's failed to deliver even with engagement from the Director of the department.

However, there was pre-wedding stress because the designer we started with left the company and we were never notified, so we found this out about a week before the wedding. Because she had been out of touch we were not aware of the final date to change the number of centerpieces and so were not able to update this number in our final order. The billing department also started asking us for payment before a new designer had been in touch with us to even confirm what would be in the final order. On the day of, though, everything went well and the flowers were beautiful!

there were errors in the order quantities and emailed our consultant to fix these errors. Quickly she responded with an updated invoice. The day before our wedding I went to the store to pick up our order. After being informed that it wasn't there, I was encouraged to call their customer service line. The representative determined that not only was our order not shipped, it had not even been put together! In full on crisis mode, I played phone tag with Cathy in the wedding department, was informed that our initial consultant was no longer with Bachman's and that she would personally ensure that the order was made and ready in time for our wedding the next day. My family was very frustrated with the situation. However, the reasons that we initially decided to use Bachman's for our flower needs were apparent in the end. They worked with the now constrained deadline, had the flowers to the store on time and they were beautiful!

ause I didn't get to the see the flowers before they showed up, but once they arrived they were perfect. They also lasted the whole day, which is amazing for being fresh flowers in August.
