Bacio Bacio Bridal Salon was truly above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Kimberly was an absolute godsend—she worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect dress, even when I didn’t have the language or knowledge to describe exactly what I wanted. She just understood my vision.
Olga was equally incredible—she transformed my mom’s wedding dress into something entirely new, creating a beautiful rehearsal dinner dress and a bolero from the train. It was so meaningful, and the moment I wore it brought my mom to tears. I felt beautiful every step of the way—from the rehearsal to the wedding day.
The entire team made the experience so special, and I truly felt like a mermaid princess. I’m so grateful and feel so blessed to have had Bacio Bacio be part of our day—they made everything absolutely perfect.

I was born in West Palm Beach, married for 30 years with 3 beautiful children and 2 granddaughters. I founded Bacio Bacio in 2006 and have been the Operations Manager since. Over the years, we have helped thousands of happy customers. What makes us unique? I feel our customers deserve to work with someone who is happy and as excited about their wedding day as they are. I didn’t get alterations here because I moved, but Amy even cared enough to follow up. As a plus sized bride (and a pregnant one), trying on wedding dresses is a really tough process, but Bacio had so many options for me to try on and I never felt short of beautiful and supported. I got so many compliments on how gorgeous the dress is. I cannot recommend this store enough.

We live on the other coast, but still decided to make the 3 1/2 hour trip a couple times because of our amazing experience here. Amy Was always accommodating with our appointment times given we had to drive 3 1/2 hours. Kimberly Was always in when we were there and was so sweet and comforting. My only thing I was sad about was that I was told I could bring my dress and veil I purchased to get steamed before my wedding when I picked it up from alterations with their in house seamstress. I mentioned when I would be coming, but no one mentioned to me that they would be closed on the day I would need to pick up the items steamed since my wedding was destination.

to get fitted. The promises made to me in reference to alterations when I purchased the dress were not able to be made to the dress. Everything was”YES”. The owner and consultant said alterations and padding could be could be done. But once I met with the very kind alterations lady she was honest and said that it could not be done but she tried her best. The owner was so upset that as she was assisting me in removing my dress she popped a button off. And brushed it off by saying it comes with extras. Not sensitive to the situation at all. The owner did not stick around the process to ensure the issue was fixed. I was left with a dress on my wedding day that ... I could not lift my arms, barely could move without my chest area being exposed and was not fitting the way it should have. We had already spent to so much on the dress I did want to make a huge deal cause I felt there were no options to fix this and to move forward being uncomfortable. Special ordered my daughters dress from them and that also was to tight. I feel they did not care and it was just $$$$ for them. Very upsetting. In conclusion, my mother purchased this dress for me so that’s what made it special and I had to discard wedding photos that caught the dresses imperfections and slip ups. Thank God for my family, friends and other wonderful vendors that made my day so special.

as we all knew, you were happy. If you were not really happy, we did not know that until right now. We just spoke with the seamstress and she thought you were happy with everything, as well.
At the time of purchase, the honest answer was YES. Yes, we can add chest padding and YES we can add appliques to cover exposed areas. The gown that you chose had a bodice that was see through, except select areas, see through the entire back and around sides and hips. It also had sheer long sleeves. Having sleeves can sometimes limit movement but we would not be able to change that. I suppose that is something to look out for when deciding on any dress.
As for us only caring about money, honestly that is sad to hear. Especially since we appreciated you so much that we gave you a free cathedral veil. We also waived the additional factory charges to us to make 2 of the 3 flower girls’ skirts go to the floor. We only charged the factory's "custom" measurements for your daughter because the dress did not go up to the size needed. They had to make a pattern and charged $50.
As for the button, it came off because it was not sewn on properly at the factory. It happens from time to time and unfortunately, it happened during a time that you and your family were upset about how you felt in your gown and how low and exposed your chest, back and hips were. I saw how upset you were and I tried my best to comfort you. I took you into the dressing room and tried to reassure you. If you recall, I was helping to add those pads that we discussed. We don’t usually interfere with the seamstress and her work, unless we overhear something that is not going right. Once, it was understood that everything was worked out to your satisfaction; we left her to do the work.
Regarding your daughter’s dress that was too tight, we ordered the dress with custom measurements. They created a new pattern for a special fit. It did not come in the size needed. Looking back at the notes, 2 extra inches were added to be sure it would be ok. From now on, we will add even more to the measurements to allow for changes, as children tend to change and grow quickly.
Again, I am very sorry that you had this experience. I wish we had knowledge that there was an issue, as I would have definitely “stuck around.” We will keep trying to do better to make sure all of our brides are 110% happy and content. Thank you for your feedback and for taking time to write.

ly issue is that my veil was supposed to be steamed before I picked it up, and it wasn't. For the money I paid at this bridal salon for the veil it should have been steamed like they said it would.
