Backyard Bakeries

h, super on top of communication, would recommend Robyn to anyone looking for their desserts!

beyond delicious, perfectly creamy and smooth and sculpted into ribbons and roses piled on top and trailing down the tiers. It was a vision of beauty, everything we hoped for and more.

time to bring our vision to life. We couldn’t be happier and are so grateful to have had her as part of our wedding day. Highly recommend Robyn for any special occasion!

he best tasting we’ve ever had and completely transcends the stereotype that wedding cake doesn’t taste good. We sampled multiple flavors with our families before narrowing in, but even selecting 2 flavors was a challenge as there were so many unique options. Come wedding day, the execution of our design + floral placement were perfect. Apart from the actual cake, Robyn is a joy to work with and is extremely organized. We never once worried that the cake wouldn’t get to our venue on time, and Robyn was so efficient in working with our coordinator, caterer, and florist to get things set up. Overall, the cake was one of the best we’ve ever had, the presentation was flawless, and we can’t wait to enjoy an anniversary cake next year!

vor you can't mistake. Best ever wedding cake!!!

one at the wedding commented on how good it was. Would 100% recommend Backyard Bakeries to any couple looking for tasty treats.

h!

d and ask who made it! Robyn was so easy to talk to and work with. I wanted fresh florals on my cake, and she was able to work with my florist to make sure she had what she needed to make it happen. Our cake was beautiful and delicious!!

as very accommodating in our requests, we asked for a figurine of our dog to be put on the cake and she made it happen. Our cake arrived in time for the wedding, looked pretty, and our guests absolutely loved it. We highly recommend her!

ss to a minimum. She delivered the cake to our venue and set it up in a timely manner. While the cake was just for us to cut and not serve to guests, it was absolutely delicious and we are excited to eat the rest of it on our one year anniversary!

s incredible. We had a hard time picking which flavor because they were all so incredibly good. Robyn, the proprietor and baker, was a dream to work with, so incredibly sweet. Can’t recommend this place enough.

our dream wedding cake to life. And it was not an easy task, the main layer was made with thousands of wafer paper circles that she folded into half circles – it was literally a masterpiece and complete labor of love. Not to mention, delicious! We included cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries that were to die for; so much in fact we went back after the wedding and ordered more! I couldn’t have asked for a better friend turned friend, she’s creative and fun-loving with products to match. Highly recommend for any occasion, I’ve since ordered twice from her and continue to be more impressed with every purchase! PS. This site wont allow for me to post any pictures (WHACK) no matter the size or type, please check out her IG account at "backyardbakeries" and scroll to dates April 5, February 6, January 29 & 31, 2024 for a peek at her work of art!

esponded in a timely manner, was very professional both through text and in person, and organized her own delivery of the cake to the venue which helped this stressed out bride not have to worry. Definitely recommend her cakes!

ing the consultation/cake selection process, and we had so much fun at our cake tasting. On the day, the cake exceeded my expectations. Some of the best cake I have ever had. Cannot recommend her work enough!

hope we have a reason to order from her again!

essional throughout the process from planning to pickup. The entire experience was positive and our cake looked almost identical to our inspiration photos I sent her! I definitely recommend Backyard Bakeries!

ll two tier chocolate cake with white frosting, cupcakes with three different flavors, and GF cookies. The price was very reasonable and she delivered everything perfectly. She was so kind and easy to work with. Thank you Robyn!!!!

out of this world! This is cake worth fighting over the last piece! Robyn - thank you so much for making auch a beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding day! We highly recommend Robyn for anything dessert related! Thanks again Robyn and we need more of your cake in our lives!

ke of my dreams. Robyn was absolutely amazing to work with. Our cake itself was delicious and I have never tasted anything so scrumptious. We had traditional white wedding and chocolate peanut butter and by the end of our reception, there was no cake remaining! Not due to the lack of cake, but because of how delicious the cake was. We even ended up ordering extra cupcakes before we left town. I would highly recommend Robyn/Backyard Bakeries to anyone in the Denver/front range area who is looking for a cake/dessert bar for their wedding or special event. You will not be disappointed!!

dal Shower and the Wedding. The custom cookies at the bridal shower were delicious. Our dessert table at the Wedding was exactly the way we wanted it to be and the Bride/Groom cake was something from a magazine. Our guests raved about everything, but especially the macaroons. The variety of cupcake flavors is amazing and the fillings and frosting rival what I have tasted in European bakeries! HIGHLY recommend Backyard Bakeries for your event.

with making brownies and cookies for the reception, which both were out of this world! I would definitely recommend Backyard Bakeries for any of your hosting needs.

ful and then we had a couple of macaroon towers, cheesecake bites, cookies, & lemon bars. Our guests could not get enough of everything that Robyn and her team made. It was all delicious. Definitely going to reach out to Backyard Bakeries for any future events we will have. 100% recommend!

ncredible! I would definitely and highly recommend Backyard Bakeries.

had a pretty high bar set for the dessert served at our wedding, Kyle is self-proclaimed pastry "connoisseur" and honestly Robyn blew his expectations out of the water. She and I communicated quite a bit about what I had envisioned well before we met, and she offered to do a private little menu tasting based on what I told her we had imagined! We wanted a sweets table in addition to the cake that incorporated not only Kyle and I's taste, but fun little things specific to our son's favorite desserts! What Robyn created for us was wayyyyy beyond what we imagined. She made us a 2 tier Butter Pecan and Carrot Cake with the most amazing vanilla buttercream! Crème Brulee Macarons ( which honestly might be one of the BEST desserts I've ever had), Lemon Cake Pops , mini -pies : Pecan Pie with a Vanilla Bourbon whipped cream and a vanilla custard filled fruit tart. When I say that no amount of words can do these desserts justice, I truly mean it. Not a single dessert was left over and I still have people complimenting how delicious everything was. Robyn was so sweet, I felt like I was working with one of my close friends to bring anything I could've imagined to life. Do yourself a favor and hire her immediately. You won't regret it!

on for our dessert and captured it perfectly for the wedding day. We talked multiple times to get a clear idea of what we wanted. She formally worked as a nurse and understood my concerns with Covid, so we went with cupcakes and macaroons for guests and a cutting cake for us as a couple to reduce the amount of people touching each dessert. There was a mix up of address the day of the event, but she had our desserts and cake up in plenty of time for the guests. She let us borrow some beautiful dessert stands and when I returned them, she had made us some extra macaroons to take on our honeymoon the next day. I would recommend her for your event or wedding!

y killed it! It was the best cake I’ve had in such a long time. She was very easy to communicate with and her response time was so quick with any questions or changes I had along the way! Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a cake so good you’ll hide some for yourselves later to keep enjoying!!! ❤️❤️

so easy to work with and flexible! We also used her for the bridal shower. She made gorgeous and tasty cupcakes, and the best sugar cookies I have ever eaten. They were beautiful also!

vors, and she was willing to try new things for me as well. Will definitely be using in the future for any baking needs!!

intricate details to make this cake perfect for this special occasion!
