If I could leave a 100 star review I would!! I promise you, booking Kaitlyn will be the best decision for your wedding you make. We had a 153 person wedding and we truly could not have done it without her. When we needed water she was there, when my dress or bouquet needed carried she was there, our cocktails were empty she was there, I had a question or concern she was there, I needed reminded it was time for the next event she was there, we needed flowers and signage transported from the church to the country club she was loading up her suv. Our reception was beautifully set up and that’s all thanks to her. I didn’t have to worry or lift a finger for a second all day. We certainly couldn’t have made it down the aisle without her. She made our ceremony run seemlessly. Leading up to the wedding, she assured me I could contact her with any needs, and she was beyond helpful. With timeline planning, logistics, design, the list goes on. If I could give any advice to a bride, it would be BOOK KAITLYN. I truly cannot express enough how important she was for our day. When I arrived to the venue the following morning, it looked like nothing had even happened the night before. Everything was packed and ready for us to take home. We can’t stop talking about all the small and big things she accomplished throughout the day. The guests even complimented her! Thank you Kaitlyn. You left such an impact and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

orrespondence from one of our vendors in almost 3 months, she provided us 2 different solutions within minutes of first noticing the problem! She had a new vendor lined up - logistics, specific requests, even price negotiations, etc., all set up and arranged within an hour and a half! From planning, to trouble shooting, to even just complaining, Kaitlyn was there with a solution, or kind word (always in a timely manner). When it came to day-of and/or last minute requests, problems, or ideas (you name it, from needing Tums at the reception, to a last minute decoration idea the morning of the wedding), she would respond in under 5 minutes with a solution, or way to fulfill the ridiculous request! When my husband and I arrived at the reception Kaitlyn had everything completely under control. She met us at the car, gave us a brief update, and immediately put our minds at ease. She made sure that upon our arrival we had a moment to ourselves, and throughout the entire reception she made sure that we both had something to drink and/or eat whenever we wanted (She brought us drinks, waters, and appetizers, through out the night. She personally made up our dinner plates and had them waiting for us at our sweethearts table. Additionally, at the end of the night, Kaitlyn made sure to fulfill my request - that I had forgotten about - to send us home with one of everything from our catering menu). I would recommend Kaitlyn 11/10 times for a stress-free, enjoyable, thoughtful, and well organized event!!

On the wedding day, Kaitlyn handled everything behind the scenes so we could actually relax and enjoy our day. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure the timeline flowed perfectly. We didn't have to worry about anything. She also helped set up the venue, and it looked even more beautiful than we imagined. It was clear how much care, effort and detail she put into making sure everything was just right and perfect for us. We are so grateful to have had Kaitlyn by our side on such an important day. She helped turn our vision into reality and made the entire experience feel so special and stress-free. each design would elevate the other. She was professional, flexible, detail oriented, responsive and passionate!! You can tell she loves what she does and puts a lot of effort and pride into the events she does. It speaks for itself!! From the light up candles, to the greenery, to the flawless layout at each individual table, it was perfect so we didn’t out shine the beautifully update barn! The final result was absolutely more beautiful than I could have even imagined! She went above and beyond to make sure each detail was perfect, even bringing all the florals from ceremony inside so I didn’t have to worry! Kaitlyn overall made our day one we will remember forever! She handled setup/teardown seamlessly, giving herself optimal time! She coordinated well with the other vendors throughout the night making sure coordination, the venue, catering, dj and florist were all okay allowing me plenty of time to decompress and not stress before the wedding! m the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, organized, and professional - always quick to answer questions, offer ideas, and help me feel at ease throughout the planning process. For both events, Kaitlyn went above and beyond to make sure every detail came together beautifully. She brought fresh, creative ideas to the table, but also had an amazing ability to take my own vision and elevate it into something even better than I imagined. She struck the perfect balance between being professional and being personable; she was so fun and easy to talk to that it often felt like I was working with a friend who just happened to be an event-planning expert. That kind of connection is rare, and it made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. Our rehearsal dinner turned out absolutely perfect — beautifully executed, smooth, and stress-free. And when it came to the wedding day, Kaitlyn was an absolute rock. She was everywhere she needed to be, often anticipating what I needed before I even realized it myself (she even had water ready for me before I asked!). Thanks to her, the day ran seamlessly, and I was able to relax and fully enjoy every moment knowing she had everything handled behind the scenes.
