She truly cares about walking you through the entire process. Every meeting we talked about each item we planned and after each call, she would let me know what we talked about and what was next. She constantly stated in touch with me and came up with ideas and alternative ideas just in case! If I could find what I wanted, she did. If I couldn’t picture it, she made me a visual. For every problem she had an answer.
My entire wedding party, officiant, and caterer raved about Erica! They loved that she walked them through every step of the day. Not only by making herself available on the phone, but by her fun detailed documents created for each job/person. They felt fully supported, which meant a lot since it was a first for a lot of them.
Ultimately, our day was so special and it’s all thanks to Erica with Backyard Bliss. I would choose her for every party, wedding, or special occasion.
