or handle anything! This was one of the only companies we found that allowed for doing dancefloor-only rentals since a lot of them bundle the packages. They helped with sizing and set it up over the brick flooring in a way you never would've known wasn't always there! I recommend them for any rental needs you have!

t 20 people for just a socially distanced, outdoor ceremony at the original location. With 35 days to go, they still had not responded to numerous phone calls and emails - I pulled the plug and began planning a backyard wedding. I found BTR on google and immediately sent Jim an email; we had a phone call, and after that, I felt so reassured that planning this was indeed possible. Jim had a professional yet very friendly demeanor which really helped make the planning easy, but also alleviate any worries I had about how this would work. BTR had everything we needed - tent with light/side walls, chairs, guest/food/cocktail tables, linens, and even had a wedding arch and dance floor! He was very responsive when I emailed him. The day of setup (which was 2 days before the wedding - absolutely crucial because we were able to decorate early and not rush), Jim and his team set it all up in a couple hours, no issues, and likewise, the breakdown was easy. My mother, who hosted the party on her property, also had nothing but great things to say. One of the best parts of BTR is the price - they are SO reasonable compared to other tent companies and rental companies. Huge bang for your buck. Jim and his team are a great, hard-working, honest group, and I would recommend them to any bride or someone hosting a party, and will be using them in the future!

up front, and we liked being able to personalize it with our own coverings. Delivery and pick up were so smooth - I never even realized that Jim and his crew were there! I went back and forth a lot about getting a chuppah since we weren't having a very religious ceremony, but in the end, I'm so glad I did - it was beautiful.

sive to all our inquiries, including relatively last minute requests to add chairs, and he worked with our florist to make sure the chuppah canopy was just right. Perhaps the best testament to his personal and professional character is the fact that he was willing to rent us a tent at the VERY last minute. We had an outdoor ceremony in a park and there was a serious threat of bad rainstorms. Although we had a plan B, we were stubbornly reluctant to pull the trigger on it, as we both felt very strongly about having the ceremony outside, no matter what. We called Jim the day before the wedding to find out what the cost would be to rent a tent. He graciously offered to just put a tent in his truck at no charge, and said we could make a completely last minute decision about whether we wanted to rent it or not. And the rental price was his standard price - he didn't take advantage of the fact that the request/need was last minute - he repeatedly said that he didn't want us to have to worry about anything on our wedding day. After the ceremony, we went off to a dinner with our families and friends in another part of the park and he dismantled everything without us even noticing! I would also add that the tent was very tasteful and added a sense of intimacy to the ceremony. I would absolutely hire him again.

pahs were prohibitively expensive, but Jim came through with a beautiful, reasonably priced one. We were running a little late, so he even helped my dad and brother-in-law decorate it after dropping it off, and was able to pick it up without us coming over to meet him. He was so nice, and the whole transaction was seamless and easy. I was incredibly happy with how everything turned out.
