onsive and extremely helpful. His team the day of the wedding was so lovely. Our guests have continued to rave about how amazing the food was. We did a cocktail style reception with multiple stations of different types of food. Our guests couldn’t get enough of the candied bacon and BBQ meats.
My wedding planner recommended Bacon & Caviar Gourmet Catering and I am so glad we went with her suggestion! Paul and Angel were a pleasure to communicate with and were very respon...
sive. Bacon & Caviar even let us alter the menu to meet our needs (ex. allowing us to have some items from the "caviar" menu even though we chose the "bacon" menu). The staff were professional and kind throughout the night and attentive to our guest's dietary restrictions. We had so many people compliment us on how delicious all of the food was! I will certainly be recommending Bacon & Caviar to anyone needing an event caterer!

s, the food choices we had to decide from and the price! Bacon wrapped shrimp, candied bacon for appetizers. Brisket Wellington, Boursin smashed potatoes, and the CORNBREAD! These were just 3 of the choices. And the guests kept going back for more summer salad! ALL OF IT! Spectacular! Look no further for your Nashville caterers!

ey enjoyed it! Angel was incredibly responsive and helpful as we navigated many changes in venue and guest count due to the pandemic and the wait staff were kind and so positive. If you are looking for a company that is inspired by southern cuisine, offers vibrant and healthy options, and is both delicious and reasonably priced, B&C is an amazing option. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our wedding!

ns and more. From the candied bacon appetizer to the brisket pot roast with horseradish mashed potatoes, everything was divine. People are still talking about how good the food was even a month later. We had some people not come at the last minute so we had a lot of leftovers -- we ate the leftovers for a week and didn't get tired of it. They were also great about having all their servers masked and gloved to work within Covid restrictions. I highly recommend them as a caterer and can't wait to stop by their restaurant at the Farmer's Market to have their food again.
