We rented a trolley to get family, bridal party, and us from the bed and breakfast to the ceremony venue and then to the reception venue. The trolley was on time, clean, and the driver was polite and fun. Really great experience!

Overall working with Badger Bus to get our transportation from the hotel to the wedding and back for our guests was incredibly simple, and the price to book a school bus basically all day to make a shuttle route was incredibly reasonable. I think our guests appreciated it as well, but I did hear some odd comments that our driver was rude - he never approached us with any questions, but some guests said when they asked questions he made comments that THEY weren't paying him and he wouldn't be listening to them. That was disappointing to hear.

Jane was so easy to work with and was great and communication with setting up the trolley for our wedding transportation! We had Jesus as our driver and he did a great job! The trolley was on time and in great condition! It was so much fun to have as our transportation!!

We had an OK experience with shuttles through Badger. Their prices were competitive and they got everyone where they needed to be safely. It was a little difficult to communicate with them in our planning phase and one bus got guests home for the night much later than expected but I never got the full story on why.

Badger Bus is always my #1 choice for transportation. Shawn G. is the best driver. We had a blast and everything went smoothly!

We used a school bus from Badger Bus at our wedding to take guest from the reception venue back to their hotels. They provided the shuttle service and even stayed a little late to make sure everyone was picked up from the venue and safely made it back home. Our driver was extremely friendly and very tolerant of loud, and sometimes unruly, guests. I would highly recommend their services and their rates are hard to beat!

We used Badger to transport wedding guests from a local school where we rented parking to the wedding venue at a private home. The company was professional and easy to work with. The driver was early and great to work with. We were very impressed with the service.

Badger Coaches advertises a 3 hour booking minimum, so we assumed that we would be able to book a bus in two 3 hour chunks, the first to get our guests from the hotel to the wedding and the second six hours later to get them back. When we requested a quote we were told that Badger Coaches recently changed their policy - now for weddings (and other late night events) they require that you book for the whole time of the event. This caught us by surprise and the cost of the full 9 hour block is significantly more than we had planned to spend. I talked with Jason, a manager at Badger Coaches, and he was very professional and explained the reasons for the policy change, but nevertheless Badger Coaches is now unexpectedly over our budget. Posting here so that other people don’t plan around a pricing model that doesn’t apply to weddings.

From start to finish, working with Badger Coaches was wonderful! The office staff is professional and very quick to ensure all documents were in order and our driver was punctual and so easy to work with! For our next event, we won't look any where else!

We rented a school bus through Badger Coaches for our wedding and they did a great job! I requested quotes from all of the transportation companies in the area, and Badger Bus had the cheapest option for a school bus. They were prompt with getting back to me with a quote and throughout the booking process. On the night of our wedding, they arrived at the venue on time to take guests back to the hotel. They were professional and reliable and did a great job hauling around our drunk guests! :P I definitely would recommend them!

Our bus driver was always on time and even early to pick us up which was great. He was professional and provided great service. Well worth the value!

We used Badger Bus for our wedding party transportation between the ceremony and reception in Milwaukee. My maid of honor was a wheelchair user, so we booked their full coach bus that had a wheelchair lift. The week of our wedding I called to confirm everything and the dispatch staff was really friendly and helpful. The day of our wedding our driver was wonderful - he was efficient with using the wheelchair lift, was able to navigate between locations, and was really friendly. My husband is a Wisconsin Alumni so we loved taking a picture with the Bucky on the side of our bus! Our only complaint was that we had booked a bus with an audio hook-up for an ipod, and the bus we received didn't have one. Otherwise, Badger Bus was great to work with and I'd recommend them to everyone!

We rented the trolley bus for our transportation around town for photos after the wedding. It was stylish, comfortable, and spacious! The driver was very nice and accomodating, and we were even allowed to bring food and beverages along. From the planning stages to the wedding day, communication with this company was flawless and easy. The trolley really added to the style of the big day, and it was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Badger Coaches!

We didn't have far to go, so just rented a school bus. They were flexible enough to allow us to book two 3-hour timeslots for the beginning of the day and the end of the night, instead of making us book them for an entire day.

We used Badger Coaches for both our rehearsal and wedding, and have no complaints! Their coach bus made several trips within downtown Madison to get our guests from their hotels to our venue, and were right on time. Same with pick-up after dinner — and they even dropped a group of us at Wando's by request! The day of our wedding we hired their trolley to take us around town for photos. Sadly our time was cut a bit short since we ran late, but we had a great time tooling around, and the driver took several of our guests from our church to the Overture Center for our reception, which was a nice bonus. Gary and his team were especially easy to communicate and do business with, and even gave us a discount since we were using their services two days in a row. We appreciate their hard work!

We rented the 27-person bus to transport us around Madison for pictures! The service was excellent! I would highly recommend working with them! Gary was so helpful in making the reservation and our driver was delightful! Everything ran very smoothly and made taking pictures around town very enjoyable!

We worked with Badger Bus to provide a school bus to take our guests from the hotel to reception and again later in the night to take our guests from the reception back to the hotel. Our driver was AWESOME!! We had great reviews from the guests and we were able to meet her on the way back from the reception. Highly recommended!! I also had a great experience working with Donna to get everything scheduled and booked. She was SO helpful with helping me figure out the timelines and logistics and bent over backwards to help us out of a bind to get our return trip scheduled. Everything was fantastic and went off perfectly. Great prices, easy to work with, and everyone was responsive and professional. Very Highly Recommended!!!

Vintage trolley that took us from dressing locations to ceremony and from ceremony to capital and Olin park and then to Monona Terrace. Driver was amazing. Kept us informed of the Badgers Homecoming game score and was very pleasant.
