Francois met with me twice before my son's rehearsal dinner just to make sure everything would go perfect. And it did!!! I couldn't have been happier with Bagatelle caterers. The food was excellent and I even had some people tell me the food was better at my rehearsal dinner than at the wedding reception. I would highly recommend them to you,

Francois was attentive, professional and much more than just a caterer. He created a beautiful atmosphere and all my guests ♡ the Gluten free selections! Food was delicious and served hot and in style. He checked with me and my husband several times to be sure things were going smoothly. Only small concern was waiters were not on time with champagne when they brought the cake out and all stood back rather than keeping tables cleared. The buffet was kept full but if we would have had our expected guest count there would not have been enough food. We were down at least 12 ppl.

Bagatelle is THE caterer to use for your wedding! Having only 3 months to plan the entire wedding AND a location in the mountains of NC, we were thrilled beyond words with every aspect of their job for us. Communication is essential to this planning, and we never waited for a reply about any question we had (usually within hours). They were prompt, professional and pleasant every single time. The attention to detail is perfect! You can plan with confidence that the event will go as you envision. We continue to hear many positive comments about how delicious the food was and how quickly the food line moved. We did an ice cream bar - which was a HUGE hit. Definitely the caterer that will not disappoint.

Bagatelle is nothing short of perfection. My husband and I hired them only months before our wedding, and they were completely on top of things from the start. Francois is very thorough and makes note of everything--down to the tiniest detail. Yanory was such a pleasure to work with, and consistently responded to my every change and email immediately (even the extremely last minute ones!) They allowed us to bring in outside cake (with NO cutting fee) and outside beer, wine, and liquor (with NO corkage fee). Their prices were more than reasonable and the food and service was outstanding. Their team completely took over and ran the entire reception seamlessly--from serving drinks and replenishing food to clearing plates and cleaning spills. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our special day was flawless. I would--without a doubt--recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer to help run their event. So happy we chose them to help us with our wedding!

Using Bagatelle Caterers was one of the best decisions that i could have made for my wedding. Communication with them leading up to the wedding was exceptional! I cannot say enough about Francois and his team at Bagatelle Catering. Bagatelle is a one-stop-shop for catering. You are able to get your food, serving ware, tablecloths, chairs, and tables. Francois thinks of every little detail when it comes to your wedding. He was able to create a layout for our wedding that allowed our guest to quickly get their food and start enjoying their meal. During our meetings Francois answered every question we had and gave us great food ideas for our wedding. The food was amazing!!

From the initial contact to setting the menu to the last minute details, Bagatelle was amazing to work with! Francois and team were absolutely amazing. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure our wedding would be a success. They coordinated the rental of chairs (including delivery and pickup) for our park ceremony in addition to furniture rental, catering, and bar service for our reception. We had a meeting on site the week of the wedding to go through all the details, and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. On the day itself, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. We received so many compliments on both the food and the service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Bagatelle's food and service surpassed our expectations for our daughter's wedding reception. People are still raving about the Chicken with Asparagus and Hollandaise, the Beef Tenderloin, the Salmon in Puff Pastry and the Mac and Cheese Bar. Our venue was in a remote location 50 miles outside of Greenville, SC and yet even the mussels and frites appetizers were superb! Francois and Yanory provide the highest level of customer service. I came prepared for a meeting with 14 questions. After question number three I stopped speaking and placed everything in Francois' organized, gracious hands. You will not find better food or personnel than that provided by Bagatelle.

Wow is right. Francois and Yoney are the best to work with. Food was absolutely amazing..our venue was 50 minutes from Greenville, and everything was perfect. Full pig roast for my son's rehearsal, and it was delicious. They also catered the wedding, unbelieveably delecious. They cooked everything on site. Fried okra and mac and cheese a must! Fritters, mussles, prime rib...cooked to perfection. Thank you for making this special event a memory for the books! You are nuts if you don't book with them...

So professional. So easy to work with. Food was great. Staff was classy, organized and prompt. I didn't have to worry about anything - which is exactly what any bride wants on her big day.

Bagatelle is an excellent catering company to work with. They make sure they can meet your budget and will work off menu to fit any theme you want! They were professional in every e-mail and made sure they had everything they needed from us. Don't be afraid to tell them exactly what you want and what you do not want. On the day of the wedding, I had so many guests who loved the food. The guests were well taken care of by the waiters who made sure the buffet and dispensers were always filled. I can't say how happy I am that we went with Bagatelle.

Bagatelles was superb!!! We had a short time between deciding on a venue and getting married. Francois and Yanory were wonderful! They were so accomodating to everything we requested, changed, or had questions about. The day of the wedding could not have been more perfect. They did their part and so much more! I hosted a dinner party for my wife's birthday. I cannot say enough good things about Bagatelle! I had enjoyed some Bagatelle food many years ago at an event hosted by the CEO of Michelin and I remembered them. This event was no less wonderful. We had chicken and salmon with veggies and rice. Every single one of my guests complimented me on the food. The service was also terrific! Not overbearing but just the right touch for a private dinner party.

I can't say enough good things about Bagatelle! Francois and his team were so amazing and helpful in planning our June 4th wedding. They were very responsive anytime we needed to contact them for information or to make changes prior to the event! The day of our backyard wedding, the team was efficient and professional. The food was amazing! I definitely recommend the dessert table - it was stunning (and delicious)! We had many compliments from my family and guests. Bagatelle Caterers is everything you want, need and so much more. They came highly recommended by both my venue and a friend who had used them for her large Greek wedding. I am so glad I grabbed them up before someone else did. Bagatelle is what I would call an invisisble caterer. Everything was done perfectly but you never saw it being done. His staff was dressed professionally, and on time. The food was phenomenal and everyone is still telling me how much they loved it. Francois knows his stuff so trust in him to do what he does best. We didn't have a wedding coordinator and I don't think my mom or I would have survived it if it hadn't been for Bagatelle and their attention to detail. He goes out of his way as the caterer to make sure you aren't worrying about anything the day of. Every time something was changed on our proposal, a new proposal was written up and sent to us so nothing was left unattended to. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent working with Francois and the whole team at Bagatelle. I couldn't believe how organised he and everyone were. We had an outdoor bbq with chicken tenders, ribs, mac and cheese, corn, potato salad, and fried okra. The food was fantastic, cooked to perfection, and there was plenty of it. Bagatelle was absolutely amazing! We hosted my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary at the TL Norris Art Gallery in Greenville, SC. The location was superb, but so was the caterer. Bagatelle made the event. The display was gorgeous and the food tasted amazing. We ordered a full mashed potato bar and the caterer even made potatoes for guests with dairy allergies. The bar had EVERYTHING you could think of. Next, we had a full salad bar and to top everything off, we had a carving station featuring a whole carved turkey, roast beef and ham. Every dip, sauce and topping you can think of came with the carving station. They provided 2 servers who were simply AMAZING! They not only kept drinks flowing, but they sliced, plated and served the cake as well as cleaned everything throughout the evening. They were so accommodating-- at the last minute, we added tables, an additional 10 chairs, table cloths and food for 10 added guests. We originally catered for 50, then 60, 75 showed up and there was enough food to accommodate them as well. This was done with no problem at all. I can't say enough positive things about my Bagatelle experience. From start to finish, they were top notch. They even visited the venue, met with the venue proprietor and created a floor diagram. Seriously a worry free event when you cater with Bagatelle.

I just can't say enough about the excellent food, attention to detail, and service this company gave us for my daughter's wedding. They were just incredible, from the time spent planning, to being fine with last minute changes, to thinking of every detail we might need, while being attentive to our budget. I loved the work that Francois and Yanory put into making my day a fabulous one. Both of them were fast with emails whenever I had any concerns or changes to be made. I am an event planner and have catered for some events as well as wedding receptions, and attended numerous catered events around the U S,, Canada and Mexico. I was in attendance of the Cole-fox wedding on Friday June 26. The service and caterers were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. a huge thumbs up. The food itself could have been improved upon. Here is a breakdown of what I remember of the menu. Appetizers - helped with wedding party so didn't have a chance to try them Beverages - enjoyed the servers as well as the lemonade and iced tea. Vegetable rolls - no flavor. Fell apart. The sauce provided some flavor but made them fall apart more. Crab cakes - hard, dry, could not tell what it was. I had to ask. Tasted like a frozen item just warmed up. Costco items have more texture and flavor. Shrimp and cocktail sauce - small shrimp. cocktail sauce slipped off of the shrimp (making it impossible to dip the shrimp) Ham rolls - just ok Chicken - didn't try it. Looked dried out. I know there were sauces Vegetables - looked like canned or frozen just warmed up. This was not a meal I would have prepared for others or eaten myself. If budget were an issue, quality would have been first on my list over quantity. An occasion such as my niece's wedding or any wedding should be memorable. Food is an important aspect of any gathering. Friends and family from across the US were in attendance at this wedding. Items on the menu were not memorable. I found out that my sister and niece were not presented with an opportunity to sample the selected items before the wedding to be advised of available options if they did not like the menu items selected. I saw really good reviews about this place so we had a meeting with Francois. The first time we meet him he was very energetic and had great ideas. Unfortunately, this changed when I started asking questions about the proposal he gave us and he did not like that at all. He asked me what was the purpose of all these question, which is ridiculous. How can you not ask questions? He wants you agree to everything he puts on paper. Also, when we met with him we specifically told him we wanted china plates instead of plastic and he said there would be no problem, he said he was going to provide them, but when I emailed him to tell him that he did not add that to the proposal he said that he couldn't do it because he can't compete with the venue. Also, because the cost was too high ($4,000) I asked him to change the menu to save some money. I told him to keep the beef tenderloin and replace the salmon and the lamb with chicken and crab cakes as the main entrees. He emailed me back with the new proposal and I noticed that he was charging $26 for each, when on their online menu it specifically says that each is around $14. I asked him why he was charging $26 when the online menu says $14 per person but he never answered my question. The only thing he said was that there was no beef tenderloin in the $14 price range that I was talking about....I have no idea why he said that because I specifically said to keep the beef tenderloin and just replace the other two. Because he did not like us asking questions and wondering why he was charging almost double for those two entrees, he basically told us to find another caterer that will fulfill our requests. Very disappointed.

Bagatelles was by far the best vendor (as well as Pammy the Cake Lady who works in conjunction with them) that we had on our August 9th wedding. Francois and his staff go above and beyond what you would expect. I was blown away! Francois even helped me with my floor plan and took so much stress away from the things I had been planning. The food was fantastic and the staff really seems to care. They are efficient, kind and the price for the food and the variety we had was outstanding. We got so many compliments on the food and the efficiency of the staff. If you are getting married in Greenville book Bagatelles.

Bagatelle Caterers did a phenomenal job!! Not only was the food fantastic but they provide all of rentals (tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc.) as well. It was a huge relief to have them handle all of that. Francois and Yanory were great at communication about the wedding and planning. No matter what suggestions I had, they made it happen! As said, the food was wonderful!! Francois was on the ball and I knew I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING and that was worth every penny!

Bagatelle made planning the wedding so easy for me. They even created a timeline of how the ceremony and reception would go. They took care of set up and clean up, and set up the tables and chairs for the guests. The workers were extremely helpful, and the food was affordable and very delicious!

Bagatelles is absolute quality for your money and our guests raved about the delicious food and stellar service. I would not hesitate to use them again for any party! The best way to describe Bagatelle Caterers is "perfection". We couldn't have been more pleased. The food was wonderful, the service top knotch, the organization was right down to the smallest detail and the display was beautiful. We were impressed from our very first meeting and felt comfortable that we had chosen the right caterer. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. I can't say enough about Francois. Over the span of planning my wedding, he always made me feel as though I was his only Bride. I had his full attention when we would meet! He heard everything I said and put together the dream I was looking for. At times, he made me feel like my wedding was the wedding of his own daughter. I originally had my own idea of how I wanted my seating and Francois showed me a much more convenient and spacious way that would work better for my guests. He doesnt just provide you with good food and service, he leaves you with YOUR dream.....

Our October 2013 wedding in Greenville was planned entirely by myself. I relied heavily on online reviews and personal referrals. Like most brides, I wanted great food, service, presentation, and communication from my wedding caterer for a reasonable price. WOW! I got that and more from Bagatelle Catering in Greenville. Francois was recommended by my wonderful florist Dahlia’s owner, Kristie. Even though my wedding was small compared to most, Francois and his team treated me like my wedding was the only the one on their books. I entertained a few other Greenville Caterers with excellent reviews but them lacking in attention. As a busy career woman living over an hour away from Greenville and planning the whole event myself, I needed prompt responses. Bagatelle is worth every last penny! Francois can give you so much more expertise in reception planning, layout, menu, and general physical assist than ANYONE else in the Greenville area. He set up our ceremony area the night before the wedding for the rehearsal, transported our cake from another vendor, helped with the reception venue layout and provided a fabulous and professional staff to fill any role we needed. 10 gold stars! This man is the best so book him ASAP and sleep easy!

Bagatelle definitely came through with memorable food. My family has a rich tradition of Pig-Pickings, and Bagatelle put on the best one they had been to! In addition, he baked a pre-prepared dish a groomsman made for us, and it was a huge hit as well! He is willing to work with whatever you inspiration is. I even had compliments on the peas and carrots! Not only is he great at food, but helped with the wedding logistics as well. We likely would not have met important deadlines if he hadn't prodded us to give him exact details on the band, etc. A+ would use again.

Bagatelle catering is by FAR the best catering company in Upstate SC! I was a very picky bride, and the owner Francois made sure I was the happiest bride he'd ever had. He had numerous meetings with me over the 6 month engagement, and created a menu just for our wedding, using some old family recipes and special ordering certain food items! My husband is from Louisiana and I'm from South Carolina, so we wanted a traditional Southern meal with Cajun influences. Francois made homemade crawfish Étouffée, and at my request had rice AND angel hair pasta to go with it. I'd also had the idea of doing a praline station as the favor, and Francois made that happen with no problem, delivering the most delicious pralines I've ever had (he even pre-packaged 120 favor bags with pralines in them for us!) The food was delicious, the appetizers were amazing. We had 2 signature drinks that I wanted butlered as welcome drinks, along with appetizers, and it was perfect. Francois was extremely organized and has a very commanding presence, he absolutely gets the job done with efficiency and perfection. I had actually never tasted his food when we booked him, but I was so impressed with his throroughness and knowledge on the details of the event (and had heard rave reviews from friends on his food) that I went with my gut! Francois handled table assembly, linens, benches for the ceremony, and everything else I needed. We got married at my parents' house (which had never been used as a venue before) so we had to do a lot of troubleshooting on location, figuring out the best place for the dance floor, reception, cake, etc, and Francois was an amazing help! Bagatelle is extremely professional, all the servers were in pressed white shirts and black dress pants, they were all very kind and professional. Francois was actually at our wedding the entire time, from set up to tear down, despite the fact that he had other weddings and events occurring at the same time on the same day. He gave us special attention and made sure that I was the happiest I could be- I am aware that I was an OCD bride, extreme particular and very attentive to detail, and Francois catered to me beautifully. I am SO thankful that we found him- our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without him! Bagatelle is a great value for the services and quality you get- I actually used to work for another local caterer in college, and I can speak from experience that Francois is a different level of professionalism and quality. I know this is a long review, but I just wanted to emphasize how extremely happy we were with Francois and bagatelle caterers! I believe he just won "best of the knot" for catering, I know he's been voted best in the upstate for years- he absolutely proved his value and worth at our wedding in May! We used Bagatelle for our rehearsal dinner and reception. The food was delicious! We have gotten so many compliments from people who were very impressed by the freshness and flavor of the food at the wedding. I admit, I myself was delightfully surprised because a lot of wedding food ends up being bland. The cater waiters were wonderful too, although not very many speak english. The only thing keeping me from giving an overall 5 star rating is this: the owner, Francois told me early on I didn't need to have a coordinator for the reception because he would handle everything timeline wise. He said everything would run smoothly from the first dance to the cake cutting to the send off. Well I never saw him at my wedding and I told my day of coordinator that she didn't have to stay because i thought it was handled. To be honest the photographers helped more with the timeline than anyone else. Overall I wouldn't let that prevent anyone from using Bagatelle's I would just make sure to express if you will need his direction.

Bagatelle Caterers did a great job catering my wedding. They are not just a catering business, but they are entire wedding/event coordinator business. They handled all of the preparation of the food, rentals (including tent, tables, chairs, linens, illumination, etc.), and timelines for the day. Francois, the owner, did a great job of making time to meet with me to be sure that they had exactly what I wanted (including a praline station I wanted at the reception). He meet all of my needs and was extremely affordable and professional. If you are looking for someone to take charge and handle all of your rental and catering needs, this business is exactly what your looking for and it won't break the bank!

I used bagatelle for my wedding catering and the food was great (the little I was able to enjoy because I hept getting pulled away). We chose the Deluxe BBQ and it came with pulled pork (yum), smoked sausage (yum), ribs (yum), and grilled chicken, also salad, pasta salad, some other sides and assorted desserts. I didnt really care for the chicken I think it was yogurt marinated but all my other guests thought it was wonderful. Not only did they do the food but the did all my rental items. My wedding was wonderful with the help from Bagatelle. Francios and his staff are great to work with. And I would def use them for any other event! This ended up being the second most expensive thing for the wedding but the food cost per person was great.

Bagatelle was so incredibly helpful in planning my wedding. I am not one of those women who planned my wedding from childhood. I had a general idea of the style and setting for my wedding, but there were so many small details that I had not even thought about, and Francios was an angel. He listened to me and didn't try to push things on me that I didn't want. Yet, when I was unsure, he gave me both sides of the decision, if we went one way or the other, this is what would happen/what it would look like. He was a little pricey, but wasn't that far from what other caterers were charging and he did WAY more than any of the others. There was only one mishap during the reception, and that was we asked to have cornbread included and there was none. It wasn't a deal breaker, as there were various rolls there, it was just a little disappointing. The staff was very friendly and accomodating at the wedding and never lost professionalism. We were very happy with choosing Francois and his team, and would recommend them to others.

Francois & his team at Bagatelle have been nothing but wonderful to us! We used them as our wedding caterers, and we loved the fact that they were a 1-stop shop, a FULL-service catering company! Not only do they provide delicious food, but they provide linens, tableware, etc. They went out of their way to make everything perfect for us on this day! The initial reason my husband and I chose Bagatelle was because they offered a wedding menu with "paella," a typical dish from Spain, where I was born. After the first meeting we were VERY impressed at how much experience Francois and his staff have had with catering. I just had to start explaining my idea and he had a picture ready within seconds of something he'd done before and looked exactly like what I had in mind. Bagatelle is open to communicate through email and meet as many times as necessary to get the place to look EXACTLY like YOU want it! These guys are on top of EVERYTHING. I never felt like they were trying to sell me the expensive stuff but rather helped me get to most bang out of my buck. The organization was superb, and the execution of the plan was seamless. The food was amazing and the presentation top notch. The staff was professional in their appearance and manners. In fact, we thought we had to make some last minute changes due to weather, and they were more than ready for that with a plan B. I highly recommend their services to anybody.
