veral hotels in the area, and though they say their reception room rentals are free, the food pays for it - and more; but the rooms are blank cubes, and you have to decorate to make it pleasant. At BCYC, you have a view of Newport harbor, and can even mingle outside by the boats. Have your florist decorate the tables and your reception will look like a million bucks on the bay. Check them out and compare to a hotel.
