We chose Bailey Connor Catering to cater our beachside wedding event in Galveston. This required some "outside of the box thinking". Marsha and the team were terrific. All these guests had a wonderful time and were very complementary. They have my full recommendation.
We hired Bailey Connor for our wedding in June and they impressed us with food, service, everything!
First off, the food was delicious!! We loved everything they served, even items we selected sight-unseen after our initial tasting. I still have people asking me what the appetizers were because they were that good (get the goat cheese/fig crostini, trust me). Our other menu items included chimichurri steak and firecracker salmon, cauliflower gratin and this ridiculously delicious citrus pomegranate salad.
Second -- the staff there is great. They were very attentive to the wedding party night-of and were easy to work with throughout the entire process, willing to accommodate a variety of guests' dietary restrictions and to play with different options to fit our budget. We worked with Sequena directly through the entire process and she was so great!
Only downside -- they were fairly expensive. They were definitely more than a few other caterers (especially compared to BBQ or tex mex ones) and I think the most expensive vendor in our wedding. So they may not be for everyone's budget, but I think some of this might be due to the current economy and rising food costs. They are worth it tho!
Bailey Connor Catering saved our wedding food! After dropping our first caterer around 4 months out, we were worried. BCC was a preferred vendor at our venue with reasonable prices, so we contacted them. They were incredibly hospitable, patient, and attentive. Their attention to detail helped stick with the food theme we had all along. Since we were an out-of-state couple, my parents attended our tasting on our behalf and they were spoiled to the core! They made sure to feed us at the wedding during the short time we had to eat, and they also kept appetizers coming for the wedding party during cocktail hour and photos. And did I mention how delicious the food was!? So many guests complimented how yummy their plates were. Highly recommend this catering company!

Bailey Connor catered a holiday party for my firm in 2019 and I just had to leave a review now. They are absolutely wonderful! You will not be disappointed. The display was stunning, everything was delicious, and they were excellent to communicate and plan our event with. Absolutely recommend!

We loved every minute of working with Bailey Connor! The staff is professional, the price is affordable, and the food is delicious!
We did a stations package and were pleased with ALMOST everything we got: shrimp and grits, popcorn bar, poutine bar, and a prime rib carving station. We also got the pretzel bar station--this was the one disappointment as the pretzels were dry and cold (as if they hadn't defrosted enough?). But not all of our guests felt that way, so it could have just been a bad bag.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Bailey Connor to anyone needing a caterer!
Where do I start…From the moment I contacted Bailey Connor I knew this company was different. Veronika was so sweet and caring and we ended up talking all about my wedding plans. She helped us in selecting the best items for our guests and we even personalized our stations to reflect our southern taste. They have the best sweet tea fried lollipop chicken and we can’t stop talking about the shrimp and grits. My mom loved Bailey Connor so much she is using them for my sisters wedding next year. We are really picky and Veronika and her team just impressed us so much. We love Bailey Connor and Veronika and all the staff.
The team at Bailey Connor was amazing to work with! Buffy stayed in contact with me all during the year of planning. The chefs even allowed me to create and customize as much as I wanted to illustrate our culture and love of traditional foods from both of our families. They were able to make Jamaican inspired appetizers with the recipes I gave them as well as tweak what they had on the menu so that I liked it better. The guests raved about the food at the wedding and my grandmother even said it tasted as good as hers. I got so many compliments from everyone and I cannot say enough about the service and the staff. They really care about the job they do. They also greeted our guests as they arrived and cut and served my cake for free! They worked with my mom to help at the end of the evening to package up our cake topper, which was a sentimental piece, that we’ve keep in our family. I would definitely recommend Bailey Connor Catering!

Miss Veronika and her well trained staff are an exceptional example of professionalism. Our Wedding was made so memorable because of Bailey Connor Catering. The food was supreme! Down to every attention to detail. I didn't have to do anything except let the "experts" handle it all.
Since my husband and I love to travel and know good food when we taste it, it was hands down at our tasting on who we would use as our caterer; however, we had NO idea how beautifully it would all be pulled together. The table linens, real china and glassware, the candle abra's, flowers - all created such an exquisite ambiance. It was all so very creative and personal just for my husband and me. They worked with my wedding planner like a well oiled machine, one helping the other - I highly recommend Bailey Connor Catering for ALL your catering needs. I will most definitely be calling them again for future events and parties. I can't wait to plan my next event - Forever a Bailey Connor Fan!
We looked at several caterers before deciding on Bailey Connor. We even did a tasting with another caterer and we were really disheartened because we were told they could do all kinds of ethnic foods. We are both big foodies and we tend to place a lot of value on our culinary experiences, and since this was the beginning of our life together and the most important night for both of us, everything had to be perfect. Kurt and I have a very refined palate and I know that not everyone cares about food the way we do but I felt like it was an expression of our story together. We met at the international festival through friends and we both wanted to allow our guests to experience our love of food. I think we both knew after meeting Veronika (one word-AMAZING) and the tasting that we had found our caterer. Our guests were so impressed with the diversity of the menu and Kurt's cousin just booked Bailey Connor for his wedding.

Our wedding was on December 3rd, 2016, and we absolutely adored working with Veronika and her team throughout the entire planning process and day! What stood out to us about this caterer at the beginning of our search is their wide variety of cuisines (we chose from the German menu!). The food was so delicious, we only wish we could have them cater every meal for the rest of our lives! Our guests are still raving about the food! The service was perfect as well; their whole staff was attentive and perfectly kind. They even were prepared to serve our cake, and brought cake serving utensils with (since we forgot ours!). My bridesmaid was amazed at their kindness in serving a special plate for her toddler. I give this company all thumbs up and wish them utmost success in the future! I met Veronika this past weekend at one of our brides wedding and she is so amazing! I loved the fact that she is the owner of the company and was there serving the bride\groom and constantly in top of the guest flow! Me being a hands on owner of my own event production company really appreciate her dedication! Her staff are always smiling and willing to help, professional and are constantly aware of the guest as well. We used Baileys' for my daughters bridal shower and wedding. They did an excellent job. The food and the service was perfect. I will definitely use them in the future if I need a caterer!!
The food at our wedding was SO delicious! When we walked around to speak to guests, almost everyone commented on how good the food was and how it was not your typical, bland wedding food. You could tell the quality was high and they truly care about the product they serve to guests. The menu was a very important aspect to us, and we were very pleased with the food. We were a bit disappointed that we did not get to pick out the food for our tasting, especially since we did not end up even having most of it on our menu. Despite that, the food was still very good, it just was not the type of food we were looking to serve. It all ended up going extremely well and we worked with Veronika to come up with the perfect menu for us.
The presentation was inviting, professional staff and the food was delicious. Very pleased with this caterer.

The food was great quality and fantastic taste. We received comments from at least 6 or 7 guests on how good the food was. Which is wonderful because you want your guests to enjoy themselves. However, as the customer, my wife and I were highly impressed with Veronika and her team. They were flexible to our needs and pricing. At our consultation, Veronika gave us quite a few helpful tips in our planning. We feel like we received great value with both planning and the day of wedding.
We had their Chicken Picatta at my wedding and it was a big hit! The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious as well. Everyone was telling me how good the food was!

I had to find this place! I attended my friends wedding this past summer at the Montgomery, TX Sanctuary Resort and the food & catering by Bailey Connor catering was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The prime rib was so succulent & juicy and the pasta station...Marinara & chicken Alfredo...OMG!!! Veronika and her staff were very professional, hospitable and they went above and beyond to make sure that the guests were well taken care of!
Bailey Conner provided excellent food and service for our wedding. We had a buffet dinner with chicken, beef, fish and vegetarian meals. Veronika and her crew did an outstanding job and everything went smoothly. She went the extra mile in providing us blueberries and syrup mix for our signature cocktail at no extra cost. We highly recommend her for top notch catering service.

Bailey Connor Catering was wonderful! They were there and ready to go in plenty of time and there presentation was excellent. Veronika was very helpful through the my entire planning process. They even went the extra mile and helped set up center pieces during the room flip. Although, they brought food to me I didn't not get a chance to eat much but got wonderful compliments from our guests. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I used Bailey Connor for food and beverages at my reception. The staff was very professional. I wasn't very hungry, so I didn't eat much, but the Mini Beef Wellingtons were divine. People also commented on the high quality of the cheese that they served.
There was a bit of a problem in the planning process when my contact at BC quit just weeks before the wedding, but Veronika stepped in and took care of everything.
