Based out of Emporia, KS, Bair Coordination is a wedding planning company that serves all of central and eastern Kansas and all of western and central Missouri. Bair Coordination was founded by Grace Bair. As a dedicated wife, dog mom, and planner, Grace has a deep passion for helping others achieve their event dreams. She graduated with a BSB from Emporia State University, and will be a source of comfort, calm, and knowledge. When you work with the Bair Coordination team, you will get to enjoy your special day without worrying about any of the small details or hiccups. The various packages available are all within a very affordable range, keeping you from breaking the bank. Some of the services included in these packages are up to 60 days of unlimited phone communication, rehearsal management, decor set up and tear down, vendor management, timeline creation, payment coordination, gift coordination, and more. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emporia State University with experience in Entrepreneurship. I love to spend time with my 2 dogs and my husband. In my free time I enjoy reading and camping. I was a May 2024 bride and look forward to making all my clients’ days the most perfect day they could imagine.

Grace truly took the worry out of our minds. She setup my daughter's beautiful outdoor wedding in 90+ degree heat! I didn't book one for my first daughter's wedding, and I am so glad I did book one for 2nd daughter's wedding. She truly worked all day and night to make it memorable. She was so reasonable in her pricing, I thought it was too good to be true, definitely would work with her again!

Grace Bair was the perfect choice for a wedding coordinator. She made everything flow so well. I would see her handling things that I didn't think about until she was already taking care of it. She was also anticipating our needs and making sure we were taken care of. We loved having her as our coordinator!

Grace did a fabulous job managing every single detail for my daughter's wedding. I did not hire one for the first daughter's wedding so I was glad I decided to hire one for this wedding. She provided seamless communication with our vendors and ensured she handled everything for me!

Grace was the day-of coordinator for my brother’s wedding. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She knew where everybody needed to be and when! Wedding days are stressful and action-packed, but Grace kept us on-track. Transitions were flawless and we can’t recommend her enough! 10/10 :)

Would absolutely recommend Grace as a day of coordinator. She's absolutely wonderful and made it possible for us to focus on celebrating and enjoying our day. She helped with every aspect of our wedding day, from set up to vendor management, and there were things during our wedding that went a bit awry, but we didn't even find out until after the wedding because Grace had handled it quickly and efficiently. Grace is also super kind and attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of, checking in with us throughout the day. We (and our guests!!) had so much fun at our wedding, and it was in large part due to Grace!
