Based out of Emporia, KS, Bair Coordination is a wedding planning company that serves all of central and eastern Kansas and all of western and central Missouri.
Bair Coordination was founded by Grace Bair. As a dedicated wife, dog mom, and planner, Grace has a deep passion for helping others achieve their event dreams. She graduated with a BSB from Emporia State University, and will be a source of comfort, calm, and knowledge.
When you work with the Bair Coordination team, you will get to enjoy your special day without worrying about any of the small details or hiccups. The various packages available are all within a very affordable range, keeping you from breaking the bank. Some of the services included in these packages are up to 60 days of unlimited phone communication, rehearsal management, decor set up and tear down, vendor management, timeline creation, payment coordination, gift coordination, and more. Grace cannot wait to work with you!

Grace is also super kind and attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of, checking in with us throughout the day.
