Hey there! My name is Saloni and I am the owner and cake designer at Bake A Wish. I am a self-taught baker and I work out of my favorite space in the whole world – my home!
I absolutely LOVE weddings! I book no more than two or three weddings each week as my couples deserve my undivided attention and all of my creativity and energy. With over 10 years of experience in the industry and more cakes than I can count, I do what we do for the privilege and honor of being a part of a new beginning, and I cannot wait to be a part of yours!

From start to finish, Saloni was very communicative. Our tastings were a very decent size for both of us to try, plus a few family members. Lastly, she was very punctual, which is always a plus!

during the booking process but wasn’t very responsive after that. She blamed it on email problems but whatever. Our wedding cake was beautiful, it was exactly what we asked for on the outside. The top two layers were delicious. The bottom, and largest, later was where it all went downhill. When cutting the cake, a LONG strand of hair was found that was deeply lodged in the cake. We ended up tossing the entire layer to spare the embarrassment of a guest finding a hair in their cake. Before approving them to toss it, I noticed that the cake didn’t even have the filling we ordered. We requested a raspberry filling but it was almost all buttercream! When I expressed my concerns to Saloni she politely removed any blame from herself. At that moment I knew that she would never make it right. If you’re looking for a wedding cake, avoid the fiasco and go to a professional cake baker.

She actively listens and then takes all your ideas and creates one lovely cake! Her sample cakes were delicious and we found ourselves wanting more! She of course delivered the cake on the day of the wedding on time, and it was STUNNING! Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful it was. Then when it came time to cut and eat the cake, we had absolutely no leftovers! Her cake was so delicious that the couple pieces that weren’t eaten people took home in a to go box!
If you’re looking for someone who knows what she’s doing and can make your dream a reality, quit looking! Saloni is the perfect person for the job! I look forward to using her again in the future!
