Cake was one of the most important parts of the wedding day for me (I love sweets), so finding the right baker was a MUST. Erinn did a FABULOUS job! She was great with communicating, and any questions I had about certain flavors, sizes, or decorative details about the cake she always answered with "I can do that!" It was wonderful! The cake turned out beautifully and it tasted delicious! We have leftovers that have been frozen and we can't wait to have them at a later date! If you choose Bake Me A Cake Etc. for your wedding cake you won't be disappointed!
