RUINED OUR WEDDING!!!!!! Long story short, my wife and I are from The Bahamas. Had to come To Florida to do a taste cake demo and decided to use this company. We chose to get married in Florida. The hour our cake should be showing up to our wedding, was no where to be found. Never was delivered. The lady avoided our calls from our cell phones during the wedding reception and finally answered after we called from a number she wasn’t familiar with. She said the cake was in an accident on the way to the venue but never called to tell us and never provided us with a police report or any proof to show that there actually was an accident. Ended up having to buy 3 Publix cakes for my wedding, which was delicious, don’t get me wrong but this company has genuinely ruined our memories for our wedding cake. No good pictures of a wedding cake and no 1-Year anniversary cake. You ruined it for both my wife and I. Recommend no one use this company. What a disgrace. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Also took almost 1 month for a refund. But at this point a newly wed couple doesn’t care about a refund, Just the fact that their wedding cake was never there and no where to be found.
