The cake looked beautiful the day of the wedding and one of my only regrets on my wedding day was letting people distract me from eating my entire piece of cake to take pictures. I wanted that cake!! We did bring the bottom layer back home and froze it and I have to admit it's been a challenge to keep it there until our 1st anniversary (we've been married less than a month ago if that tells you anything lol). y fall wedding dreams come true! When first looking into bakers for our wedding, we quickly realized how much most average bakers cost to bake a wedding cake (it was as if anything with the word “wedding” in it made it 10x more expensive than the same cake without the word!) AND that’s just for 1 slice/person! Well, Billie-Jo explained how she just thought that was absolutely ridiculous and she would bake just as high quality desserts for a reasonable price! I wanted a dessert bar with hints of fall tastes since I was having an October wedding! Billie-Jo made ALL of my dreams come true! She made us a dessert bar with a salted caramel cutting cake, mini apple pies, cannoli & red velvet cupcakes, pumpkin & apple cider doughnuts and the absolute BEST mini pumpkin cheesecakes I have ever tasted! And don’t even get me started on the Baked by Billie salted caramel! Safe to say the desserts were a HUGE hit, and we’re still receiving compliments! From the tasting to the display on the wedding day - Billie-Jo made my whole vision come to life! We can’t wait to order some more Baked by Billie goodies!
