WOW! what a night! My wife and I got married early January 2025, and it would not have been the same if Jesse had not been our DJ. Having worked in the wedding industry for 4 years, I know a great DJ when I see one. He reads the room unlike any DJ I have seen and mixes his music beautifully. He is a man of his word and makes the whole wedding process so easy. He went above and beyond to make our wedding truly unforgettable. He seamlessly accommodated the unique and personal touches we incorporated, including a live song performance by my wife and brother-in-law, and worked closely with my mom to surprise me with a heartfelt, original song for our mother-son dance. His flexibility and professionalism made everything flow perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our guests kept raving about how AMAZING of a DJ and person he was. Terrific MC too! You wont go wrong with hiring Jesse and his team!

Jesse is a miracle worker! My husband and I decided last minute that we wanted drapery and lighting at our wedding venue (The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion). Mind you, we were extremely last minute as we started contacting people a month before our wedding day. I called many companies, including Baker Event Co, who all told me the date was unavailable for absolutely anything. I accepted my fate as I should have booked this a year in advance! However, I received a phone call from Jesse the next morning explaining that he had a lot of other gigs, but he was going to try to work it out for me. After texting and communicating, Jesse was able to pull through for us, and it was absolutely beautiful. He truly puts his customers first and we are eternally grateful :)

Jesse was hired for our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a more attentive and amazing DJ!! He kept everyone dancing all night and did such a great job keeping the party alive. We are so thankful that he was the DJ for our big day!

We have nothing but incredible things to say about Allen! He was by far the best wedding DJ we've heard at all the weddings we've been to over the past few years. I barely took any time off of the dance floor because every song that came on was so good and appropriately timed to keep the dance party going! Prior to the wedding itself, Allen was very responsive and professional whenever we were communicating with him as well as being very kind and flexible when we missed a meeting or needed to change things. Without a doubt, we would 100% hire Allen again in a heartbeat!

DJ Brent was not only professional, but kind. He told us that he was excited for our event when he saw our planning form and that made us more excited. We had so many different requests throughout the night-family traditions, etc-and he was willing and able to accommodate each one. He kept our reception running smoothly. We had 1 minor slip up during our recessional, but he was immediately apologetic and spent the rest of the night going above and beyond for us. Our dance floor was packed from the minute it opened until the end of the night. You can tell that Baker Event Co wants you to have a good time and will plan accordingly.

Jesse was awesome! He worked with us via zoom calls to make sure the details were arranged before the big day. Great to work with and everyone had a blast! Even my 80+ grandfather was out on the dance floor.

One of the most important details in our wedding, being music lovers, was our DJ. Allen absolutely knocked it out of the park! He was on top of every detail and kept the party going until the end. Everyone raved about how incredible he was!!! Thank you so much for making our dream day so smooth & the party going!

Jesse is one of the most authentic, kind, and helpful business owners I’ve ever worked with. Throughout planning my wedding I talked to so many vendors that didn’t seem to care about my personal feelings or experience and were just focused on getting business. Jesse truly cared about my experience and did everything he could to help me as needed. There is not enough starts to rate how awesome Allen was. He was above and beyond our expectations with the highest professionalism and the best charistma. Our wedding included a lot of spanish speaking people and his transitioning with languages was so smooth and amazing. He really heard and went with our vibe and music selections and brought it to the next level. I think I have never seen so many people dancing non stop coming from so many cultural backgrounds. We hired Baker Event Co as our wedding DJ and they also supplied the decorations for our venue. Let me start out by saying you will not find a friendlier group of people. From Jesse to our DJ, Allen, they truly made everything so easy and the results matched their work ethic. The Stone Barn Farm & Vineyard DJ Cash DJ mixing / music, up-lighting, Photo Booth Honestly, my husband and I couldn’t have imagined a better wedding day, and y’all certainly delivered on all aspects that were promised! Our guests loved every moment and RAVED about how well you guys did! Even with the Photo Booth! Seriously, ‘thank you’ is not enough to reflect how truly grateful we are. We would absolutely give all areas a 5 - in fact, if we could rate higher, we certainly would! Haha! Y’all certainly deserve all the praise and then some! We had Brent as our DJ and he did an amazing job! The dance floor was going all night! He played a wide range of music! We had some different music requests to be played and he mixed them into the night so well! It was always so easy to get ahold of the baker event co when we had any questions or concerns! Can’t recommend the whole team enough!

Jesse was the most wonderful DJ from beginning to end! Everything was seamless and flowed beautifully, letting us just enjoy the day with the perfect soundtrack and emceeing. The dance floor was great, too--what a great mix of music! He listened to what we liked, got to know us, and put together an event that felt like us and sounded like us. We will forever have such fond memories of our wedding, and given that music was so important to us day, our enjoyment of the day (and our guests' enjoyment of the day) was in big part to how easy and wonderful Baker Event Co was to work with. The photo booth was also such a good touch! We loved looking through everyone's photos afterwards, and guests loved the practical souvenir of having fun photos to post or keep. Do yourself a favor and look no further!

We genuinely could not be more grateful to have booked Jesse + Baker Event Co for our wedding day - so much so that after getting married last year, we have already gotten one of our best friends' to book them (s/o to Allen killing it with the EDM/party vibes at that wedding). We can't stop sharing about how great they were, especially when our guests still can't stop talking about how great they did too - even months later. We utilized their sound equipment for ceremony + reception, uplighting, the flower petal photo wall and photo booth, and every bit of their service was nothing short of easy, professional and FUN. We met with Jesse a couple of times before the big day, and he was very organized and meticulous about ensuring he understood exactly what we were going for in regard to our music preferences and timeline. He was also very open with suggestions, but NEVER pushed us to do something we were not comfortable with. In comparison to some of the other initial inquiries we had experienced, it never once felt like a business transaction - it always felt personal, which can be hard to come by in this business. Jesse was very receptive to our feedback, but also very honest in that he asked us to trust him to read the room and trial and error music choices based on the crowd's response, so we could ensure the party kept up all night along. He truly did not disappoint! We had so many people out there from the moment the music started until our last private dance, and I was nervous that our more reserved crowd might have some trouble with that. Not. At. All. The vibe of the music was varied in the best way, and Jesse never skipped a beat finding the right song choice. We couldn't be happier we chose him - please trust us all when we say that you won't regret it. Choosing the right DJ can make or break your reception especially, and we've seen that go the wrong way so many times before. So, it was important to use to ensure that not only we had a great time, but those near and dear celebrating with us had a memorable night too. Jesse and his team 1000% helped ensure that. There was even a hiccup or two with the mics during MoH/BM speeches, but it was handled so quickly and smoothly in an instant there was even a question there might be a problem. They are so prepared to handle anything. We even had a guitarist perform a song during our ceremony and everything came through beautifully so that everyone could worship with us, even all the way in the back. Also, the photo booth was a HUGE hit - I loved that they offer options for the backdrops and the flower petals were beautiful for our venue and the vibe we were going for. It was so much fun to look through the link of everyone's pictures after the fact. The uplighting was also done so beautifully. Fortunately, Jesse knew our venue well (The Booking House), so he was able to gauge what would go well with our vision and enough to help give it a cozy feeling. This is a company that truly cares about having a good time with you, and is WELL worth the financial investment, I can guarantee it.

Jesse from Baker Event Co was absolutely wonderful to work with on our wedding day and the months leading up to it! He was super responsive and gave us all the information we needed to decide how we wanted the music/lighting/etc. on our big day. We gave him inspiration for how we wanted our ceremony to go as well as the type of music we wanted played during our reception and he nailed it perfectly. We continue to have guests comment on just how great the wedding music was and the fun vibe it created. We even had some friends choose to use Baker Event Co for their upcoming wedding! We really cannot recommend Jesse and his team enough - they absolutely exceeded our expectations and are the best to work with!

Allen and the team absolutely get a 5/5 stars on all aspects. We honestly could not have dreamed up a better DJ. He was so fun and personable with us and all our guests, and kept the party going EXACTLY the way we were hoping for all night long. It was a struggle getting people off the dance floor at the end of the night rather than a struggle to keep them on! He worked with every single last minute change we made and ran things by us that helped keep the night so smooth that we would’ve never thought of ourselves.

We had quite a few obstacles for our wedding 11.11.2023, but Baker Event Co. was with us every step of the way. We changed venues from a winery to a friend's property. We even switched photographers when our original canceled 90 days prior. Jesse was wonderful with accommodating all of these changes and sharing suggestions on the day of our wedding to ensure everything flowed seamlessly. We knew we could trust Jesse and Steph with our timeline, and everyone LOVED the music and the lights provided by Baker Event Co. Jesse was great when it came to reading the room throughout our day and both Jesse and Steph were so personable and helpful! Jesse and Steph were phenomenal! If you're looking for a DJ, these are your people! Thank you SO much for everything!

When I met Jesse at a bridal expo, I immediately had a good feeling about him and knew he would be a great fit for our wedding. We had spoken to a number of different companies big and small, but none seemed to have the same level of organization and professionalism. One of the standout qualities of Jesse was his exceptional organization. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, he communicated with us to ensure he had a thorough understanding of our musical preferences, the timeline of events, and any specific announcements we wanted to be made. This meticulous preparation paid off on the big day, as everything flowed seamlessly. He helped let everyone know when it was time for speeches, entrances, and dances. The day of went off without a hitch and that is a 100% because of Jesse's communication with my "Day of coordinator"(my sister in law). When it came time to cut the cake I forgot to get out the cake knife and my heart sank. It was buried underneath a bunch of boxes and I was panicking, but Jesse stayed calm and helped me quickly locate what I needed and kept the party going. He played a great mix of music that was perfect for getting everyone to the dance floor, while still playing music that my husband, his friends and I enjoy. I have received so many compliments on the music at the reception and how amazing the party was. Overall, Jesse made us feel like family. He had a calm friendly smile throughout the day, which is exactly what you need on the most important day of your life. We could not recommend him enough!

Jesse was fantastic from start to finish as our DJ and sound tech for the ceremony. From our beginning conversations with him, his professionalism and suggestions to make the night flow smoothly gave us confidence in his abilities. The night of the wedding, we were amazed with his ability to get everyone on the dance floor and keep them there. It was a nonstop dance party thanks to him and the crew and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to go with the Baker Event Co.

We used Baker Event Co on 9/30/23 at Historic Shady Lane as our DJ and as twinkle lighting for our reception tent! Jesse was great! Leading up to the event, Jesse and his team were great communicators and had us fill out a detailed form with all the necessities for the event. Jesse took the time to call us and go over every little detail prior to the event. The day of our wedding, Jesse made sure to constantly communicate and check in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and did a great job reading the room and made sure the dance floor was lively until the very last song! Would definitely recommend Jesse and his team!

I couldn’t have been more impressed! Dylan and Cash were our sound techs for our wedding weekend which comprised of several events that needed complex sound setups - some in remote areas with no power and needed generators, others with a 5 piece band, outdoor sound, a DJ, moving equipment across a huge property and much more. I cannot recommend them enough. I didn’t have to worry about anything with them there because they were reliable, professional, proactive and went above and beyond to make sure everything sounded amazing and went smoothly. Not just that they were positive, friendly and blended with the event perfectly. They know what they’re doing, amazing job!

Allen was amazing to work with! He provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as well as uplighting in our reception space. He listened to all of our requests and executed everything flawlessly. He kept the fun going all night long on the dance floor and made sure to check in with us periodically throughout the night to make sure we were happy! My husband says he is an overall good dude!

Brent just DJ'd our wedding last weekend at The Booking House and he was amazing! The whole process from booking, to consult, to day of was so easy. My husband and I were recommended by a friend to hire Jesse Baker as our DJ and we were not disappointed. Everyone had a great time dancing and the flow throughout the evening was perfect. He was very helpful when it came to picking songs for certain parts of the night and playlists for cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. We got married at Bluestone Estate this past August. DJ Lance was AMAZING. I truly can't say enough about how he brought my wedding music vision to life. We absolutely loved our dj and the bakers pre planning! It was so easy to work with them and they were always understanding and had helpful suggests when we had questions or concerns!

Our wedding at The Lodges of Gettysburg was awesome with Brent. He provided the ceremony music, cocktail hour music, and reception music. He provided uplighting throughout and got the dance floor rocking with it. He also provided a projector for a special speech we had planned. We had a few things to ask of Baker Event Co. including multiple songs for bridal party entrances, a last minute projector add on for a wedding speech, and extending our time at the reception. They handled everything flawlessly and nailed every aspect. Brent checked in multiple times after our initial call to make sure all details were correct and song choices were perfect! He had the dance floor rocking and made our night awesome!

The Baker team is fantastic, especially Brent. He was super professional, did an amazing job with choosing songs with little suggestion. He was super accommodating and quick to change things when needed to last minute. We also added the Photo Booth and that was a huge hit with all the guests and gave us the best guest book ever! Wonderful and easy team to work with and made planning the music for our event stress free.

Jesse was literally the IDEAL DJ for our wedding! We sent him a playlist with tons of songs and he curated the PERFECT night of music that kept everyone up and on their feet dancing for hours. He was so cool and friendly to work with and was flexible as we changed our plans. He really understood our vision for our wedding. Our wedding was in DC and I would hire him again a million times for any event. He even worked with us to bring a violinist to perform during the ceremony who wrote customized music just for our wedding. Five stars, amazing, fabulous!
