We lost our first baker due to an overlooking, and we were rushing.
Sarah took great care of us.
The tasting was easy (and FREE!); just make sure you ask for water or buy a milk ...
beforehand so that you don't get a sugar high.
The cake was absolutely perfect, inside and out.
I want to find an excuse to get another cake from them!
We had a donut table with a variety of flavors at our wedding instead of cake, and Bakery Express did a fantastic job with them. We had trouble narrowing down to 5 since they offer...
so many delicious flavors. Our guests loved the donuts, pricing for the donuts and delivery was very reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. If you are interested in doing some kind of dessert table at your wedding for a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Bakery Express.
When we were looking for a baker, my now husband and I set up an appointment here. When the day came, we showed up and nobody knew we were coming. Not only that, but nobody from th...
e cakes department was even in.
A woman who worked there was very kind and did her best, but admitted she was not trained on cakes. She set us in the tasting room, provided the book of designs and a tasting plate, and left to try and call a manager. She took notes to pass on to her manager, but we were concerned about the level of disorganization displayed and how that would translate to our cake purchase.
I was a little worried how my cake would turn out since it was ordered last minute due to unforseen circumstances. However, the cake was perfect!!! Not to mention, it tasted so goo...
d! I can't wait to get a replica cake on our 1 year anniversary!
I ordered my husband's groom 's cake from Ms. Desserts (Bakery Express) and it was the best decision I could have made. He's a Dallas Cowboys fan living in the midst of Ravens Nati...
on! Nevertheless, Ms. Desserts made a beautiful Cowboy's cake, and it looked just like the picture that I gave them. Unfortunately, I tried to bargain on my wedding cake, and used a friend of my mother. The cake was leaning and extra flowers were placed on it to hide missing patches of icing. It was so bad that it fell apart when the caterer tried to cut it, so it couldn't be served. Thank goodness for the groom's cake, which ended up being served in place of the wedding cake. Everyone raved about the taste, unfortunately it was not big enough to feed all of my guest. Next time I need a cake for any occasion, I will definitely be going to Ms. Desserts. My advice to every bride is to pay whatever you have to for your wedding cake. It's definitely worth it in the end!
We worked with Ms. Desserts to create a small wedding cake for our immediate family and bridal party. Our guests had a variety of homemade cookies to choose from instead of cake.

Ms. Desserts was professional and able to create a cake more beautiful than we could have imagined. The icing flowers they made for our cake were gorgeous and matched the ones in my bouquet perfectly. On top of being beautiful, it was the best cake we have ever tasted! Neither one of us are huge cake fans, which is why everyone else had cookies, but this cake was delicious!
Our only quam was that Ms. Desserts charged more than half of what the cake cost to deliver it to Catonsville, so we had to have our family pick it up between the ceremony and reception.
so happy! they did a great job and everyone at the wedding thought it was yummY!
Ms. Desserts made us a beautiful custom cake covered in chocolate fondant and edible snowflakes. They even worked with us to create a custom frosting my husband suggested. The ca...
ke was delicious and plentiful (I took part of our leftovers into my 8th grade class three days after and they LOVED it). I was very happy with the end result.
The only reason I removed one star was because the communication was not great. I called 3 times before I got a hold of anyone and my phone calls and emails were rarely returned. However, it was worth it... I would use them again.
Cake was fresh and tasted great
Our cake was BEAUTIFUL and also DELICIOUS!
My only complaint is that they were hard to get a hold of.
Great Taste Great Look we found a cake in a book. Took a picture of it. Ask them to tweak it and it turned out perfect
I didn't really care too much about our cake. It was exactly what we asked for though. Very simple and plain. I added flowers.
