In addition Derek Baldridge went above and beyond his job by standing in waist deep water to help direct cars when the roads around my reception venue flooded. Turn around time on the photos was good as well (just over 2 weeks). The only negative I have is that it sometimes took a long time for them to return E-mails during the months before the wedding, but when it came close to the actual wedding date they were more timely, and I was able to get all the information I needed
